This is one of the worst “educational” apps our child’s school offers. The iPad versions often doesn’t work correctly and require access to a dozen sites to function. The web version for computers requires flash which everyone including adobe wants to get rid of for security issues and performance. Encourage you kids school to stop paying for this junk
I received directions from my son school on how to “configure” this on an iPad. So I go to the settings on the iPad, find the iRead app, and there is no place to “configure” the app so it works for my child. I have all the information to configure it.....but, there’s no where to do this. Very disappointing. My son did this in school and now there’s no school, I’d love for him to continue. I wish they would fix this.
Fulton county school asked to use it but can’t get it to work. Tried troubleshooting steps but stilL no luck. It asks me to make changes to Sam url but what I see is mdm. When I entered the hyperlink it atleast moved from the 2032 error to user name screen where now it freezes after entering user name. I’m on the verge of giving since I can’t find any help. Can someone reach me on my email and please help!
It is not working as it supposed to my daughter had tried getting on it but it says there’s an error what am I supposed to do are we supposed to get on a computer or something else? That’s my question I’m wondering it’s hard
Why have an app for it if it doesn’t work on an iPad? I was really counting on the app working especially now that everyone has to learn from home at this time. I hope they figure out a way to configure it soon.
Gives me an error 2032. I was hoping it will work for my iPad so my kids can get on but can make it work. I tried everything and I still get the same error message :(
Took forever to to download on to iPad and now it won’t work. Was really hoping to use this app while we are doing school from home and the teacher suggested this app. Such a shame.
First I couldn’t make it work on iPad because of flash, now it gives me the option to sign in but it won’t take my sons student id. It’s frustrating that he can’t use it at home
I will be reporting to school board in fulton county. It will not work on any apple product. They are lying to board saying it does work. Total scam and shameless. I will be looking in to reporting them to any licensing agencies as well. Scamming 4-6 year olds is disgusting.
I downloaded this app for my daughter to use at home. She entered her log-in information from school, but it states that she can't play on the iPads without Adobe Flasher. Bummer!

On the storybook section of the Iread app, it'll read the story correctly, but when you tap on the individual word, it gives you a completely different word. I would give this app 5 stars if this matter gets fixed. I think this is a pretty important issue since it is a reading app.

My daughter has a Iread account at her school. We have waited over a year for them to make it a app so she can use it at home. Problem is, it won't give her a option to put in her account password or info and jumps right into a demo. It says see her teacher to set it up, but gives no options what so ever after teach contact? What the deuce? So much for her using it, to many hoops to jump through just to access her account.
When I try to log the students in, it keeps giving me an error that there is a connection problem and I am connected to the Internet. It says error #2032.
