I have tried almost every workout app on the market... And this is so much better than a “workout app”. It’s live classes on demand!! Each day they post new classes for anyone to enjoy, and on top of that they have permanent content that is always there to enjoy. They have content for all time limits, many different instructors (each and every one is amazing in their own ways), the best music, and the best energy. I feel stronger and more confident in myself every time I finish a class. It’s truly an amazing community that I can’t recommend enough. Shannon is a Pilates MASTER!!! And her platform is proof of her mastery. Seriously, what are you waiting for?!
Absolutely worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
It took about 2 full weeks to get my account cancelled. I tried contacting the app support, the actual retail store and emailing whoever I could from the HOT PILATES company and everyone lacked basic customs we service skills. I even needed up calling the store and spoke to Shannon herself, the owner of the company, and she was blasé about the whole situation, didn’t offer any sort of solution and said it has nothing to do with her and that I had to take it up with support. You would think they would try to not live up to reviews that are left about them, but this is your typical LA pilates studio, celebrity and skinny girl focused. The customer service in the store is lacking and on the back end of their application as well. And on top do this all the workouts are so low impact it’s not even worth the expense. I absolutely love the trainer Lex Fish and hope to try and continue to do her online workouts! Gabrielle is also great. The company as whole and the Vemeo who handles their application, absolutely disappointing.
I live in NY and have been following Hot Pilates for a while on Instagram. Just tried the free trial and took the first class and I loved it. There’s something about the audio, it is the perfect balance between clear and echo-y with the music that it feels like I am there in the studio with the instructor. Her instructions and cues are so helpful and I really felt it in my muscles as I was following along. I loved the workout, felt like the perfect low impact workout to fit into my schedule. Now I just gotta figure to heat my room to match their studio temp...
This app is incredible! I am on my second pregnancy, and wish I had I this app for my first! Shannon’s prompts are clear & safe, & her energy is incredibly motivating! Working out with her is like training with a dear friend who has all the secrets to a healthy and fit pregnancy. I highly recommend it for fitness enthusiasts at all stages of life!
The girls at Hot Pilates never disappoint! I used to go in person, and now with this app and online my body has gotten so much better and I feel so much stronger and flexible and lean. The user experience is great, and I love how there are new videos every week so I don’t have to repeat a workout. THANK YOU LADIES!
I have discovered Hot Pilates a year ago and it has made such a positive impact in my life! Challenging classes that don’t hurt your joints and only workouts that have defined my abs. However they use to do a lot more 45 to 50 min daily classes and they have shortened most to 30 min which doesn’t feel like enough so hoping they lengthen videos again soon.
I recently moved from LA and can no longer take Hot Pilates in studio… I’ve been using the app and it’s safe to say I’m absolutely obsessed!! I love getting Hot Pilates workouts at home and when I’m traveling. all the instructors are amazing and I’m so happy this app exists!!!! ❤️❤️❤️
The workouts are fun and energetic even through a recording. I’ve been taking Hot Pilates virtually since the beginning of COVID and still loving it. Thank you to the girls in the studio for bring it every time!

As someone who had to adapt to working out at home, I love that these workouts can fit into my day, regardless of my schedule. I prioritize this “me” time and walk away empowered and rejuvenated. The instructors are amazing, and the classes never feel repetitive!
