This learning tool and process has certainly changed the way I looked at it and it has given me a new perspective when addressing customers issues and is a great way to build on our experience and allows us to see things from a different viewpoint 👍
Overall the app is great & should get 5 stars. But the audio stops playing intermittently & you have to pause/start or go back then forward to get it going again.
Just downloaded the app. Unfortunately, it will not open. I deleted the app and tried downloading it again, and it still won’t let me open it. Not happy. No use for it.
I download this about three weeks ago. It downloaded the courses I wanted without a hitch and synced with the online platform the first two times. Since then (about two weeks now) it does not sync with what’s actually been completed. Today I tried to sync and got an error code every time I clicked on one of the menu options on the left side of the screen. Trying to download from the cloud works but that’s it. Pretty useless at this point.
