Jamaica Gleaner

While I'm very excited you guys have finally added an application, some bugs need to be fixed. This app crashes far too often and when I get a push notification it doesn't take me directly to the article mentioned in the notification and more often than not the article is nowhere to be found in the app, I hope there is an update on the way soon.

Gleaner is an invaluable link to events on all levels in Jamaica but app is an eyesore as it lacks modern esthetics and does not fit the screens of larger iPhone models. Time for a major refresh as current app version is over 3 years old. A more modern Gleaner app will attract more readers.

I live overseas so I do not have the privilege to buy a copy of the Gleaner. I have had this app for years all of a sudden it stopped updating. It’s been the same stories for about four months now. Please fix this!

App hasn’t been updated in 2 years. Buggy. Poor user interface.

App has needed updating for months. It does not display on my system.

How can you have a gleaner app without the classified in it. 🤦🏽‍♀️

The app is sharing random links instead of sharing the story you select to share, please fix it, it is very annoying.😒

As a member of the diaspora, I had been patiently waiting for this app to make it easier to follow the news back home. Although I routinely used the Gleaner's mobile website, this app has an uncluttered finish which makes it easy to navigate and share. Now if I could get my epaper as easily, it would be perfect.

Since the last update in the month of May 2016, when I copy an article I want to share and paste, I do not get the exact link I wanted. It seems to be copying the very first article of the app

Great actually. Needs push notification though, so we don't have to go in the app to check if there is a news update. There should also be an area to see tweets from Gleaner.

This apps need robe more responsive; obliviously there are much bugs to be ironed out to make it more responsive...

This app needs to be updated , you are not able to share stories to a social website or email to friends , and this app freezes up And shuts down . Fix and update now

This app has no intriguing design elements. It's boring, it's stale; welcome to 2009, Gleaner. The ads block parts of the content. The badge icon; why does it keep track of unread stories on the front page. Why can't we modify the sections in the navigation bar (see Music.app). Need the ability to modify font size on main page sections. Swipe on article needs options, like "read".
