Could not open. Tried several times uninstalled reinstalled twice still not able to open app .
Cannot open this app I downloaded it this is my third time and still will not let me open this application need to take this site down saying that you have a app for this or fix it.
Stopped working several weeks ago. Says it can’t locate the server. To open it, I have to go to the App Store, open the Journal-News app, and then, click on App Support. Then, it opens. What’s going on?
I usually have to restart 2-3 times but I am able to work thru it. It's a free app so you get what you pay for. Unfortunately I would never subscribe to the print edition as I don't want support their editorial positions. Journal Junction is a hoot, many of the posters live in a world of FUD and profound ignorance. I like the fact that the obituaries are included in the app.
This is a great app for those who live in this area. The only thing I don't like is when I get a notification and click on it - when the app comes up I have to click on my notification again for that particular story to come up.
Every time I open the app it crashes and usually the second time I open it it's working. Using iPhone 6 and iOS 8.1.1. When the app finally opens as soon I click on a story it crashes and I have to open it AGAIN. So very annoying. I just want in the loop and this app makes it so difficult.
App crashes frequently since the new ios8 on iPhone 6 and iPad 2. Both running iOS 8.1 and still having the problem. How about giving us more articles to read on a daily basis?
I got a quick banner about a small plane crash in Jefferson County today, 12/16/15, around 3:15-3:30pm timeframe as I was rushing to catch my commuter train. I then checked both Journal/All Access Journal mobile icons and did search but nothing of this incident came up. There has to be a better way for me to see this without having to wait until tomorrow morning. At least you would think so. Don't seem to have this issue with other news sources. Perhaps the quick view, whether it was a banner or what have you, can stay up long enough for me to actually read it???
