I’ll click on a story to read, and BAM the app closes. Try it again...same thing. It’s not every story, but it happens on at least 2 stories each day!!! Who proofreads these stories before you put them out there for the world to see? They need a new line of work! Some stories are so ridiculous that I screenshot them just so I can show people how terrible they are! One of my favorites was when the story was supposed to say chest of drawers and it said Chester Drawers. I mean really?!?!?!
I check the local news in this app every morning. It seems like every year or so they need to switch up the appearance and each time it gets less visually appealing and I have to learn how to use it all over again. Make up your minds about what you want and leave it alone. There's an old saying that goes "if it ain't broke, don't fix it"!
Sometimes the same news headlines pop up that were there the previous day when I open the app the next day. Very confusing. I’ve had to get KATV 7 app because of this The weather seems to stay updated
Scroll and scroll past big ads that overshadow the info. Installed and immediately deleted when it seemed like I had to search for the weather on this weather app.
I like the app okay, but would like to see more local news as well as national news. Often videos don’t play properly. Due to the video issues I rate a 3.
app is starting to disappoint me it’s not kept up the the days thursday they where talking about wednesday new again same things and it’s friday and raining but they talking about it’s sunny outside
I love this app it's one app I use all the time I love how it covers every small town there is!! Thanks fox 16 for the coverage u provide for us and the alerts you send out when something major changes and when anything with the weather changes thank you fox 16!!!!!!
This ~was~ a go to app for me that a couple of weeks ago, I would have given more than 5 stars if I could have. For the past couple of weeks, each time the app loads, I get an error message saying *http://localhost: the page could not be opened* but the stories still load...I click on more, same error message, but, again, it still...click on a news story, same error message but it brings up a blank page like I had clicked on a link. I have updated the app, hard reset my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, all to no avail. It's maddening! I don't know if I'm the only one having this problem...seems like with all the rave reviews, no one else is so I am giving it 3 stars because I know the potential and it could be (although I don't think so...) my problem.
Nice site except that I have to open every single article twice to read it. The first time you open the article, it only shows the first 5 lines of text. When you close the article and reopen it, all the text shows up fine. It's double the work to read news from this site. Can you fix this? Thanks.
The new version is awful! I loved the addition of the bus stop forecast on the old app but on the new one it only shows the morning and no longer tells you what day it's for at the top! Sometimes the forecast doesn't update until after 9pm so I don't know what day it's for when I helping my kids pick their clothes for school. Just worthless! Please bring back the old version of the bus stop forecast!!
I absolutely love the fact that questions are asked about every story that's reported. The entire FOX16 team ate professional and efficient within their job roles. Keep up the great work👍🏾.
Living drew county I have come to depend on fox 16s app. Other news stations seem to act like if your not in the metro area or the Fayetteville area that you don't matter! Great job you never leave us south east people out in the cold!
App does a great job of getting you breaking news on the go. I don't have to be worried about missing something if I don't turn on the tv anymore. Good app.
