When the app sends an alert and you click on lit, it takes you directly to the story! Other apps just take you to their home home, very frustrating!!! Then you have to search for the story you just got alerted about! What for send an alert then! Not KOB though, love the app!!

The app overrides user settings - including overriding the mute (sound off) function on personal devices - which is just another sign of your failed, disrespectful leanings towards dictating how we will receive our news. I get it - you need to sell advertising and as a TV-based company that is on the verge of bankruptcy, you need to remove user freedoms! You sold your soul to the Chinese Communist Party by advertising TikTok and WhatsAop, now you’re trying to sell your subscribers too. Well - if your overriding my personal device settings, then you’re likely doing more illegal things with my devices. Yet, I’m sure you are thinking “Hah, you’ll be back for the news.” Sorry you are nothing short of a communist dictator, except maybe shorter than Kim Jun Un. Learn to respect your customers, including those who have contributed to your business. Sorry / but that ends now!

Your coverage of many stories is very lopsided. I realize that your station has a parent company that is very biased towards certain information, however, as a local subsidiary, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to report the truth to your customers, even though it doesn’t fit the narrative of your parent organization. Shame on ALL OF YOU. If not for Steve Stuckers weather forecast, I would delete this app from my phone, as I have already deleted your station from my tv line up. This is why your parent organization is getting STOMPED into the ground by FOX. At least FOX reports the truth a majority of the time.

This is a great app and we appreciate the news coverage. The news anchors are professional and the reporting has given us knowledge of our new area and an awareness of the surrounding cultures and events.

Great application to have at this time to stay up with statistics and local news.

Weather information oftentimes unreliable. Head meteorologist won’t say where local weather stations are that provide inaccurate temperature readings for KOAT’s Site.

Channel 4 news is pure democratic garbage with buy-in from gov lujan. People we need to get Lujan out of office we need to elect a Republican for the state of New Mexico that Actually has a brain instead of someone that is picking on churches and trying to sue churches dueing the pandemic, we need strong Republican leader for new mexico. Together we can turn New Mexico from blue to red!

Prepare to receive news alerts for “important” things such as...ABC cancels Roseanne because of a tweet. There seems to be a political theme to this company and it’s app as well rather than focusing on important New Mexico and national news. I’d recommend finding an app that alerts you as to priority news, not cancellations of routine,mundane tv shows though.

I really dislike the automatic audio portion of the app. It disturbs us when I’m trying to read ( I can read you know) the story and I have to QUICK turn down the audio so I won’t wake up my partner beside me. Let me make my choices in other words, eh? ps I deleted the other ABQ news app to avoid the video shoved on me.

Please take away the auto launch of the videos. Let the user choose to launch. When sitting in a meeting or on a call you don’t want to open this app because you will be surprised you cannot just quietly read the article and everyone hears the video before you can mute.

Weather info is often hours behind. News could be updated more often.

I have been trying to open this application for days now and it’s stuck on the advertisement ad never bring up the news. Started using other local news apps and I never have a problem. Use to be my favorite app to get my local news. But now I am deleting.

Why take the time to write a story that thousands of people will read and not use correct grammar and spelling? Your writing reads like a 3rd grader wrote it!! In addition please practice good basic journalism..who, what, where, when and why.

I just updated and now there are a lot of ads in between the news story’s. Why would they do that. I liked the old KOB app it was easy to read the news without annoying ads. Now you think it’s news and click and it’s an ad, Delete, Delete!!! For me.

This is my favorite ABQ area news app! I use it daily for weather, news, and closings information.

I use this app to keep up to date on the news, local & natl. Highly recommend.

The annoying little adds at the bottom of the screen freeze up the app so it constantly has to be killed and restarted. It’s too frustrating to use anymore. I’ll have to get my news elsewhere.

Watch 10 minutes of ads to watch couple minutes of news then back to more ads don’t get this to watch the news if you missed it.

Quite obviously, and ever since I started using this app, KOB doesn’t want me getting news from their live video feed in this app. I am consistently dropped out of the app completely after exactly thirty minutes, even when the newscast is an hour long.

Constantly re loading, incessantly having to start over while trying to read news. Such a problem, I can’t even use your app to keep up to date.

Your newscasters are judgmental, feels like a Fox News station. Report the news and keep your personal feelings/beliefs, eye rolling, and disapproving sighs off the air.

This app mentions the breaking news, weather and other for Albuquerque, Santa Fe and others. Under this app setting, no list of Santa Fe for breaking news, weather and other. I delete this app for false information.

I use this to info about important news notices locally, but all the stories is just biased propaganda from the AP.

I’ve been watching the newscast for TEN minutes and all I’ve seen are commercials, some of them several times!!! What’s going on?!!

It would really nice if you updated this site on a daily basis. I really don’t use you much because I find your articles are DAYS old. That doesn’t help me.
