During the Walmart tragedy, I was watching another big station, when I changed the channel to KTSM, I couldn’t believe the coverage, I stayed on KTSM from that time on. I told everybody KTSM has the best information on the spot.
I wanted to see a local story and was flooded with ads. The video to the story showed a scene from law and order with some audio from the reporter playing over it? Who is in charge of managing this app? Please look into user experience. If the station is short on budget, take the app down. Not worth downloading.
Breaking news but yet there’s a full page forking ad blocking my way? Such a pathetic news market. Major cities are not as dramatic as the station is. Love the city do not like this new station nor do I love this app
Limited new content. Missing things that could really benefit the public like road closures other than I-10. Really need to get rid of the opening advertising.
This app is the worst app you can ever download for your daily news update! It goes about 2-3 days without updates and news channel 9 is usually my favorite news to watch.... this app Does not do it justice... someone should get fired for Not Doing their JOB!!!! I will be deleting this App after this message.... no wonder it has no rating! No one likes it!!!! Downloading news channel 7 app! See ya!
This app is horrible! I used to love the KTSM app now this one is no good; I don't even understand why they change their name you can be proud of El Paso and still keep your news channel name! But as for the app anywhere I click it kicks me out, especially the weather icon! Deleting it now!
What is this? Really? The news updates are rediculous. Not user friendly whatsoever. Remarkably the worst news app I have (to be deleted after this message). This app needs to go back to the drawing board, desperately! GET REAL EL PASO
