Las Vegas Athletic Clubs

It’s certainly an upgrade from the last app in functionality and design. However, the rewards system is going to take forever to accumulate even if you go to the gym daily. The challenges still do not seem to work and I have never been able to “check in” at LVAC other than recording a workout. Still needs some improvements but I’m patient! Hopefully this feedback helps! Edit: The challenges have been functional since January 2020 and it looks like they can be used to help gain more points. However, it still looks like the points will take forever to add up. Still not clear how to “check in” at LVAC to earn points either. So far, so good. I’m sure the improvements will keep rolling out over time!

I love the gym but this app is not great. It would be better if we could do digital check in from our phone. It would also be great if it would stay not only logged in, but allow us to choose the favorite gym and it stays there unless we choose otherwise. It has something where one minute I can see classes I have reserved and then the next minute, “shows you have no classes reserved”; even though they are reserved. The reward system is not reasonable, who is going to get rewards the way it is set up.

This app is hard to find exercises. It should have a way to edit the exercises. It doesn’t explain how to link anything in order to get your activity points. It needs to have a place to put personal notes to keep track of things

I am so frustrated with this app because it does not pull up the classes when I need it to! I restart my phone and delete and re-download the app and it still doesn’t work. It really messes with my gym schedule since I am heavily reliant on the classes. If I could give 0 stars I would. Seriously thinking of switching gyms solely because the app does not work in my favor & when I need it to.

Love this gym but I don’t LOVE this app. It’d be nice to be able to see your check-ins from the app. Challenges don’t pop up, instead shows “no data”. I enjoy the rewards, but without being able to see check-ins and challenges, some of the rewards are far fetched. I’m looking forward to seeing how the app progresses.

This app is crap. I’ve been a member of this gym for almost 5 yrs & every time I try to reserve a class it tells me I’m not signed in. Really? Have heard that many of my classmates have had trouble too.

It takes forever for the class schedules to load. The app eventually times out. The class schedule feature is useless if you can’t use it to plan your workouts. And yes, I keep up with the most recent app updates.

Not only are you unable to view the class schedule In calendar view anymore, the way to reserve a class takes a computer programming degree to learn! Update your archaic app!

App is aesthetically nice, but why can you integrate the membership barcode ... like every other gym?

I wish I could give this app zero stars! To get 1 star it needs a lot of improvements

Very clunky app. Classes and reservations not seamless with PC login. App is good for music and tv at the gym. The classes and class reservations on the app very cumbersome, pretty non usable.

How are your gym’s updated and modern, but this app is hot garbage? Please fix this mess. It’s so slow

Why can’t I use a QR code on my phone to check in? Lesser gyms (EŌS) have that functionality on their app. Now I have to carry my LVAC id card with me while I’m working out. LVAC would save money if you didn’t have to print a new id every time a new member joins or if someone loses their id. LVAC is hands down the best gym in Las Vegas but their app has to be one of the worst designed and worst looking. It’s time to catch up.
