Login in order to login to fill out Covid Daily Pass
8 months without an update is too long. Now that kids are back to school, a serious update is needed bc of the new daily requirements. -Enable Face ID and Pin/passcode unlock -only require one login to complete any app tasks -Allow parents to give feedback within the app for more improvements Thanks
This app is worthless. I can’t tell which is worse, the app or the website. Both are an absolute drain on time I don’t have. If I could give both the website and the app zero stars, I would. It makes parenting more difficult, honestly.
This app is terrible! When I try to log in, it tells me that I have entered something wrong. So, I figure, I’ll change my password. Then it won’t let me change the password because this email doesn’t exist. What?!? I’ve had this email for 20 years and I use it every day. Okay, I’ll create a new account using my personal email. But no! The LAUSD app says I already have an email linked to my app. In fact, it lists the same email that it said doesn’t exist. You can never have a NORMAL interaction with LAUSD’s apps, Schoology, MISIS, grading, paystubs, etc.
The only use of this app is to get the daily pass previously. Now even that is removed. What is the use of this app? We open daily this app so that we get the dailypass in time to get to school. If getting the dailypass is made so difficult whats the use of this app? There is no use to have this app on phone if i need to search for DP for 30 mins. And then go to website and get the DP. This is a frustrating app. Better remove the app.
So much money and personally and they can’t make this app way better. Now with returning to school they expect us to use this app. And it fails all the time. It gets frustrating when they ask to add your children every time. Than once added they ask again! SMH Than I still can’t add the last child to this app. Tried calling and still no luck! Please invest time and money to make this app better!
Why is there no effort put into making this a workable app or even the website? On the app and website the buttons are not clickable. The ones that are you have to press in random spots near the area for it to work. Anytime it’s time to do anything online for the district, it’s dreaded by every parent. Only because the district has not put any effort into it, but want us to do everything online. Do better LAUSD.
This redesign is terrible. It's a good thing that I'm looking at this on a Sunday instead of on Monday. I can't find my kids Covid test results or the daily pass that would be needed for them to get into school tomorrow. It would have been nice to know that in order for parents to get the Daily Pass, they need to go through the actual website instead of this horribly designed app.
This app has honestly become a time waster. It’s easier to go to the website through a web browser and log in to the daily pass from there. The new update completely got rid of the Daily Pass link, and it’s frustrating that you have to login more than once to even find anything useful.
This is literally the worst app I have ever used and they have somehow made it worse. Even though the “daily pass” is the most pointless thing in the world, we still have to do it… as best I can see, the new version of the app doesn’t have an option to get it! It is clunky, not user friendly and the UI is terrible.
ive tried multiple times , over 7 times to try to log into my account , there’s a bunch of different steps and i’ve tried them all , it’s not letting me long into my account even though it’s the right password and gmail . ive tried resetting my password already , nothing works .
This app has not been working since the kids stared back to school. Every time when I log in it says it’s broken. I already tried to delete the app and download it again to see if it works. It nothing.
The latest update pushes a lot of information I’m not interested in and removes the Daily Pass, which we need to get into school…every day…You can go to the Daily Pass website in your browser, but no longer easily available in the app. What a terrible update.
Terrible, awful, very bad stuff. This has made it so much more difficult to get the daily pass. Here’s to day two of stumbling around this aggravating site with no success! Too many glitches and freezes. Where’s the daily pass???
I only use this app for the daily pass and now to find it I have to login three different times and it took me forever to figure out all the steps abs don’t even remember them so now I just go through the browser on my phone.
This app is so bad, don’t download it. It will literally make your brain rot just for trying to log into it. So garbage, won’t even let me log in. Listen to the other reviews and also look at the ratings of this app. Don’t be stupid and download.
Negative stars!!! It never works! No point in having it. It’s a waste of time. Now with kids going back to school it’s a good way to make life easier for the staff at the school with the daily passes but if this the quality they give parents it’s not worth it.
The new update is useless. The only reason I needed the app was for the daily pass. Now the feature isn’t even in the new update. Takes longer to log in to and very confusing.
If I could give this -1000 stars I would. Why would you take the daily pass off of the app knowing that this is the main reason parents use this app. So inconsiderate and what a waste of time this app is.
I want to know who is related to the person that signed off on the funds to build this archaic app. For some reason the kid gets an email after both parents signed in using their email?! Pins amd passwords galore. Round and round.
I forgot my password so I’m trying to reset it. I put my email address in order to reset but I’m not receiving a email to do so. Please fix this problem
I use a password manager to generate secure passwords that humans can’t remember. I can’t login by copy/pasting the password because it thinks I have the wrong password. But I can log into the website just fine.
This is the worst app they don’t even fix it at all and I swear homeless people have more education then the students here like I swear don’t use this app unless you wanna get dumber☠️☠️☠️🤡🤡🤡
I have to login as a Parent to see the Student login. It gives an error when logging in as Parent. Doesn’t show anything. Can’t find Daily Pass when logged in as Parent or Student. Not sure what the purpose was with the latest update but now app is completely useless to me and my kids.
LAUSD has the most ridiculous password policies for a parent portal. And their IT is horrible. Even after resetting a cumbersome password, it doesn’t work. Incompetent.
doesnt let me login to my account when my login is correct and i am trying to check schedule for my classes and it doesnt let me i hate this app horrible app
