LazyFit App
Though walking 5-10 miles per day has always my main motivation for daily exercise, this year things changed because the allergy season was WAY more severe; I was very lethargic due to a history with sarcoidosis. Even going to the health club has been a challenge because I just haven’t breathed as well the past few months. Since my lung volume cannot handle the allergens in the air, I had to take a few months hiatus walking outdoors. However, when I saw an advertisement on IG for LazyFit with the ‘chair yoga’ 28 day challenge, I was immediately intrigued but skeptical as well. However, I’m 59 years old and thought about it twice; what did I have to lose? Precisely what I desired, 10 pounds! lol 😊 I’m SO EXCITED to have taken on the challenge with the LazyFit app — first, reconditioning my body with 28 days of various exercise workouts and then continuing on with other awesome exercise routines to reach my weight loss goal, remain consistent with daily workouts, maintain a healthy exercise regime overall as well as incorporate additional healthy meals to my diet. Thank you for such an inspiring, motivating app for home workouts; I appreciate it very much!

Suddenly I’m back to 3 minute routines
I picked a chair exercise plan. It is more stretching than anything else. But I thought it would get to be more exercise as the days went by. Today I did the 20th day of my plan for chair exercises. But when I went into the app, it came up as day 1 of a mat exercise plan. I went in and changed back to chair exercises, hoping I’d get back to where I was. In order to move leave this screen, I had to agree to change the days from my old plan (mat exercises, which I never did) to day one of my “new” plan. Nevertheless, the app then took me to day 20 of the the chair exercises plan I have been following. But when I finished, the app set me up for day 2 for tomorrow’s plan and I am back to a 3 minute exercise routine. I don’t feel this app is improving my overall fitness and I wish I could get my money back. The 7 day trial is worthless and doesn’t really let you know how the app works…although after 20 days, I’m not sure how the app works as I didn’t choose mat exercises. Update: From 3 stars to 4. The customer service provided the the staff of this app is excellent. They let me know that an update was due. After the update, I was still at day 2, but by the next day, I was back at day 21. I still have concerns as to whether this app will actually improve my overall fitness. But they are responsive.

Best workout app by far
I love this app! I'm out of shape and I often get dizzy when I do any kind of standing exercise so this is perfect for me! It's extremely quick and easy, with options for longer or more strenuous workouts if you want. There are a lot of features you can modify and I'm constantly finding new workouts, stretching techniques and yoga, all sitting or laying down so anyone can do them and get results! I do the day by day chair exercises (less than 10 minutes) the app suggests but usually I do multiple sets. When I've done exercise by myself in the past I haven't seen much results & usually get discouraged and quit, but I love how the app tells you exactly what to do, but gives you options to personalize your workout. I was in a TERRIBLE car accident and was severely injured, so most workouts I've tried have been painful, but this app let's you specify what injuries you've had and modifies your workout plan to help you get results without any pain! INCREDIBLE app!

Good
I have been a jogger all my life, but for the last few months, I haven’t been able to get on the treadmill because of a sore calf muscle… I bought this a few months ago, but never opened it until recently. I am 66 years old so it’s nice to have choices . Even though I gave it a five star, there are some things that I think could be improved on… One of them is when you login your activity and for some reason it changes you can’t delete it and redo it. The other one sometimes the picture shows an older person on the picture for the exercise, and it has taken me to a very young girl doing exercises that I cannot do, because my age and joint issues. That needs to be corrected and I would like to see more for the older adult.

Helpful, yet..
This is helpful, however I do take issue with the name. I work hard in most areas, not always as hard as I should, but I have never thought of myself as”lazy”. Not really a motivation to see that word on your workout, so I wouldn’t stay past the trial. Otherwise I may well continue. * I did get a response to my review and appreciate the words very much. I do understand your prospective and why. I do. I think “lazy” may resonate well with younger members and even some who couldn’t care less either way. When you have worked long years and are ready to chill, “lazy” begins to lose that abstract quality and slides back a little to the concrete. Sleeping til noon 2-3 days a week, leaving the dishes til the next morning, jeans and sweatshirts. Just feeling your own kind of lazy. No prospective, just floating in the water with a cool breeze. And I don’t always see even that as lazy. Just no guilt, well deserved! No worries. I don’t believe anyone meant to offend at all. Lazy just isn’t in my vocabulary now, but I understand. 😊

wow!
I have a chronic medical condition that has greatly reduced and altered my ability to do physical activities. Because I’ve always been physically active, these changes have led to weight gain, depression, hopelessness and feeling lost as I found myself setting goals according to what I used to be physically able to do and not really knowing how to modify things to fit my current abilities. A recipe for that dreaded vicious circle. With this app; NO MORE! For the first time in too long, I have set realistic goals, I have achieved small goals and I feel hopeful about my future. You can too! The free trial allows you to explore the app and there are a variety of pricing plans that are very reasonable; especially compared to other apps out there.

Sincerely Bev
I am a home maker and avid gardener. I had several back surgeries. The last one was 10 spinal fusion. The last 10 years I have been going in the wrong direction of health. I went on a 800 cal diet during pandemic and lost 70 lbs. I started to gain 18 lbs. and am affraid. I need knee surgery in the fall. When I was younger I was very active! Example: I easily could walk 4 miles in one hour. I would swim one mile four times a week. I had a very hard and strenuous job and took care of my Mom and husband at once for 8 years on again off again lifting them and running for grandkids in between. Retired now and feel scared I will fail myself ! Please help me! Bev.

Motivating workouts
My whole life I have been dedicated to exercising regularly I used to do the firm videos and Beachbody program. I also worked at FedEx as a courier for 35 years. Unfortunately, I had to retire due to a spinal fusion surgery that I needed. I’m often in a lot of pain and when I exercise it gets worse, these exercise programs are only an eighth of what I’m usually doing. I’ve only been doing them for two weeks and they’re motivational and fun to stick with. I feel like I’m getting stronger already. thank you so glad I stumbled across you for the new year. I know this will help me reach my goals.

33 days till home bound
I left the country for two months during my first month I was super lazy however this month I’ve decided to work out but I don’t want to get out of bed so I’m working out in the morning before I wake up as of right now my arms, my legs everything feel great, and they definitely feel worked out. I can feel that this app is definitely going to change the way I look when I go home in less than 30 days. I’m excited to show off my new body as I can tell that the workouts are already working even while I’m just laying down.

I wish we could get a full workout free
I’ve been using lazy fit for 7 days now and extremely impressed with the results but I am doing it for free and I was in the middle of a 28 day personalized workout and when I got to day 8 it was locked and it wanted me to get premium. Why would you let us do a quarter of a workout for free then have to pay for the other half? I’m still going to use it but if I repeat the first 7 days over and over again it will get easier and my body won’t have a challenge so I won’t be able to accomplish my goal. So I hope that you add an update where we can finish our plan and then we can pay.

Slightly disappointed
Great for those who simply lie around doing nothing at all; these workouts may be slightly challenging & helpful; however, for those with medical conditions who routinely do physical therapy, or who participate in senior movement sessions, these minute routines are not uncommon or anything special. On my second day I did a cardio pulmonary session & it was very similar to that you’d do with a PT or cardio nurse technician. Worth what they propose to charge, but the program is not free as advertised, & is also paired with dietary recommendations. If looking to gain body sculpting & loose weight, this may not be your best bet. If merely want to strengthen, improve movement & balance, & maintain overall health a very worthwhile program with many variations available.

Love this workout!
Just completed day 3. It is like being in a private class. You are given a preview of each move, then do the move, rest, then a preview of the next, do it, rest. It is absolutely clear how to do each exercise and exactly how fast or slow to perform each. So far each move has been extremely easy. I am 74, will be 75 in 3 months, have severe lumbar stenosis, have dealt with sciatica, bursitis and neuropathy among other assorted issues like gluteal tendinopathy and these are easy, simple to perform exercises that do not cause me any pain or discomfort.

This is amazing
I’m a 70 yr old woman and very out of shape, weak muscles in my legs, I’ve been doing this Lazy Fit (love the name) for 23 days now and OMG I can actually do squats now. Haven’t been able to do squats for years! And this is from doing the Last For program which has consisted of leg exercises for 6-8 minutes a day on top of my bed! I truly never knew this was possible. Telling everyone about it. I don’t give reviews like this and I probably sound like a bot but I’m not. In just really thrilled about the results. Whoever created this-WELL DONE! THANK YOU THANK YOU!!

Easy yet Effective
I’m overweight but recently lost 50 lbs and attempting to lose more in my health journey. I stumbled across lazy fit app and it’s perfect for someone who isn’t comfortable going to a gym but wants to attempt being healthier and hopefully more toned one day! The exercises are targeted to 4 places of workout (floor, chair, couch or bed - the option is yours! No judgement in the privacy of your home either). I’m only on day 2 and it’s been manageable but I can already feel some mild soreness so I know it’s working! I’m excited to see what a few weeks will bring!

Fabulous App
Great exercise that progresses as you go! I’m kind of fit for my age and some of these exercises are getting more challenging, but that’s what I want. I’m not so easy to please but this app is a find! I’ve been using it at least 5 days a week for over 2 months and trust me, I can tell a difference! I just carried in two 40 pound dog food bags with ease on my shoulders! Worth every penny and customer service is excellent when you suggest things to improve. It even has some meditations! Love it!

Losing Weight and Feeling Stronger
I am not a young user—I started last December with chair exercises and have progressed to Bed or Mat. I’ve lost 13 pounds. I’ve been trying to eat sensibly but I haven’t dieted. The routine is short enough that I don’t mind doing it and it makes me more conscious of moving more the rest of the day. I’ll be 80 next spring and I plan to keep exercising and moving as long as possible! The only thing I’d like better is more variety in the exercises. I feel like I’m doing basically the same routine every month. Maybe I should try another category.

Impulse purchase that might be worth it.
In life, I go through the principle of teeny by tiny, as my mother taught me. When I have a goal, I try to inch my way towards it. This is my teeny by tiny for exercise. I am a caregiver for my mother, so I just don’t have the time to care for myself. As a result, I have gained 30 pounds. And I have bad knees. I think this app will slowly nurse me back to health. I’m only in it less than a week but I do look forward to it and was upset that I couldn’t do my exercises yesterday. So here’s to better health.

Do I Have to Purchase Two Subscriptions
I purchased a subscription on my iPhone. However, when I downloaded the app on my iPad, it’s asking me to pay for another subscription. Had I know this, I would have purchased it on my iPad because the screen is bigger. Is there a way for me to transfer my purchase to my iPad? Thanks to the developer’s quick response to my concerns, I am now able to use this app on my iPad. Great customer service!!! Thank you so much!!!

Very nice program
Thank you for offering this program. I am a breast cancer survivor and the treatment did a number on my muscles. I had started to exercise again and saw this program. This is really something I can do, unlike some of the other very strenuous programs. The program is available even on days when I’m not able to do the exercises also. The other thing I like is I will be able to stick to this program. Thanks again!

LazyFit
I just started these workouts. Before you start you let them know about your current body fitness level. I explained that I was pretty fit but the exercises are extremely short. I continued to do them throughout the “rest” periods, then did the entire workout again (still working during rests). I wish they would have started me at a more appropriate level of exercises. Is it possible to switch to the justfit app? I don’t want to lose my money since I just started this less than a month ago.

This is wicked awesome
I love this app! I haven’t missed a day. Finally, exercise that works, and I’m exercising entirely on my bed. How cool is that! It cost a little over$2.00 a day and I am already toned and slimmer all over, after less than a month. Thank you. It’s easy to stick with this routine. I’m a 57-years-old female, so if I can do it.. I bet anyone can. Use yoga breathing…breathe in the nose on the easy part of the exercise and out the mouth on the exertion portion, and you’ll be amazed at what you can do☺️

Hate it and love it
I hate to exercise but this has me getting it done every day. It’s just the right amount of time and the exercises are hard enough without being so hard that I give up. Wish you would talk about breathing a little more as I think that’s important. Overall I’m happy I found this program and will stick with it. The menus are interesting too although a bit too much food and fuss for me but I may try a few when the weather cools down and I’m back in cooking mode

Just a suggestion
This app is super nice and easy to use. Short workouts. And I still feel good after. Only recommendation: a better countdown to the next workout. I can’t always see my Phone and can’t tell when the workout ends. And I don’t have enough time to transition positions before the next part starts. Would be nice to hear a 5 count countdown to the next part so I can transition instead of just the 5 count before the next activity

Such a great app!
Very motivating and easy to use. Many workout options to choose from based on my personal level. I look forward to the exercises each day because they are on my level - looking forward to gaining fitness to be able to move to a different level at some point but am so encouraged to be able to do the full workouts each day at my personal level.

The best fifteen minutes of my day!
This is a great workout for any age and physical ability. I am pushing 70 and was in terrible shape with back issues. I customized a chair exercise and it is great. I am almost done with my first 28 day workout and I am thinking about the walking challenge. I don’t always get to it everyday, but I try at least 3-4 times a week at a minimum. I definitely feel stronger. This is the best fifteen minutes of my day!

Good work out app for beginners.
I’m just starting to work out daily during the week. And it’s nice that it’s not trying to throw me straight into working out for an hour. But hopefully this will get me to the point where I can work out for an hour if I chose to. Good app would definitely recommend! I like that it’s also good for ppl that have a hard time with certain parts of their bodies being injured! Keep up the good work!

Convenient and easy
I appreciate the variety of exercises available on the app. The daily tracking of time and calories is helpful plus motivating. The exercises are broken down for a complete novice. I love that my profile tailors my plan to my limitations. The music is upbeat and helps to make the time fly by. I like that I have the choice to repeat the routine, I am in control of how much effort and time I have to invest at that moment.

Still charging and I can’t use it
I broke my back and cannot use the app even if I wanted to. I am being charged $7.99 each month till Feb 2025! I don’t need the reminder monthly that I am paying for something I cannot use. Given a choice I would have paid the year fee which is much cheaper. This review is edited because I was contacted by the company who will work with me on resolving the monthly charge which is greatly appreciated!

Great at first. Now Disappointing
When I signed up for the free trial, I really enjoyed the app. I would do my daily workout on my “plan” and then found several favorites that I would add after. There aren’t many options, maybe 5 per category, which I thought was just because I was on the free trial still. Then the trial ended, I was charged, and now all of the exercises include more stretching then anything else, including the weight loss ones. I do not feel like I get a good workout at all, and the amount of workouts I am able to access didn’t expand at all. If I could cancel and get my money back, I would in a heartbeat.

I like the routines, overall. Some exercises I like better than others. I do wish I could have worked my backside and legs more since that was my problem area, but I appreciated the arm exercises, also. When you change the difficulty level, it does start you back at Day 1, which I wish we could have continued on day I left off with other level. Overall, this is a good program. Thanks.

So Disappointed
I subscribed to your site and stated in my original sign up that I was bone on bone in both knees. I requested chair exercises. My first exercise required me to get down on my knees and nothing about chair exercises. I wrote to you guys twice asking to fix this for me. You had no problem taking my year membership payment but have never corrected the excessive program. I received 2 responses from you stating that you would look into my program and correct it for me. NEVER EVER have you fixed this for me or gotten back to me. I am so disappointed in this site. Thank you for nothing.

But from Day 2 of downloading this app, I'm already feeling better! 👍

I am a blind user and use Voiceover screen reader on my iPhone 12. I work with people who have a variety of medical conditions and was hoping to learn exercises that would help me and them. Unfortunately, I had to turn Voiceover off to set height, weight and target weight. It was very difficult and I don't know if I every got it right. When I got to the body type, nothing read. It also didn't read target body type. I hope you will look at Apple's accessibility standards and make this app work for everyone, regardless of disability.

Loved doing these so easy. Only one complaint. When doing hip rotation, she says hold chair rotate right arm towards the back of chair.
