Life changing

I only knock this 1 star because of how loud the motor is when the head rotates. However The vibration mode is quiet. I wish it was a little stronger but all of this can be over looked especially knowing that im feeling my partners movements in real time... that seriously makes up for it all and makes the sessions so so hot! The app is easy to use and a lot of fun. Cant explain how much of a game changer this can be for your long distance relationship. Shipping took a week, but you can keep track of your order and transit on their site. The toy is very high quality feeling. You do need to charge before use but still as mentioned before.. the fact that you can feel your partner at the same time trumps it all.. so so hot!!

Connectivity issues..

So I want to start by saying that LOVE all our lovense products! However we have some connectivity issues from time to time. My girlfriend and I are both adult broadcasters and we also were long distance for 8 months before we lived together. We encounter some disconnection issues from time to time but I want anyone who reads this to understand that this system...Bluetooth toys that sync to eachother or to the cam site or the lovense app itself, is extremely reliable at the end of the day. We just today had our second toy (first Nora, now Domi) malfunction. When Nora broke we emailed lovense and they shipped a new one out right away and we just had to ship the malfunctioning item back. Super convenient! Now Domi is almost brand new, as was Nora when she broke.. and Domi’s battery doesn’t want to hold a charge. So make sure you all understand that not every single product that lovense mails out is going to be perfect, BUT Lovense is AMAZING at customer service!! So please do NOT let any minor issues you may have dissuade you from buying your first, or several of their products! YOU WANT THESE TOYS!!! TRUST ME!! So I will be shipping Domi back and getting a new one because Lovense is just good like that! I TRULY HOPE THIS HELPS some of you to decide to buy Lovense products;)! -GRIM WOLF ALPHA

Worked perfectly!

My boyfriend and I live over 3,400 miles apart and each ordered one of the remote toys recently. After reading some of the reviews, I was expecting some possible issues with the ability to control each other’s experience, but was pleasantly surprised at how easy they are to use. We connected to each other on the app right away and then linked our devices with no issues. The app controller worked perfectly in real time with no issues the entire time. Granted, we’ve only used them once at this point, but I would goes anyone having trouble connecting may have unreliable WiFi rather than issues with the app (just my guess). The size and intensity of the Ferri is perfect for me - the Diamo is a bit snug for my boyfriend and noticed it’s easiest to put on before getting aroused - after can be quite challenging. Overall, we’re extremely pleased and would highly recommend these to LDR couples!

iOS 15… issues like never before

I’ve been using this app with very little to no problems with my long distance partner for close to two years. Almost daily. Obviously, that means it’s worked. Since the last two updates to this app, since installing iOS 15.2.1 on a 13 pro max, the app will not stay connected to the internet when the screen is not live. After 30-45 seconds of being on another app, this is with all of our lush devices, I go offline and our connection is shut down. This has never ever been the way this app worked… I’ve been able to keep my phone locked.. on a phone call.. on a video call… whatever.. this has never been an issue. Now, if I don’t keep the screen up.. I can’t remain connected to my partner… nor will any patterns or “remote loops”, continue to play. It’s absolutely horrible. Please fix this. My husband and I have come to depend on your products and app functionality for our relationship needs when apart.. the frustration is leading us to research out other products. Very saddening.

A company that does the right thing!

Not unlike a lot of other people, I have read more bad and good things about this app and the Lush in particular. I can 100% say that I bought not one but 3 of their products at once after looking at the competition and their reviews, omg we they sketchy at best. I received them and had 0 problems until the next day, the Lush just was acting wonky. I went to the website and to my horror, they had just released the pre-sale of the Lush 2.0! I thought I was screwed, after 2 emails and less than 3 hrs I received an email stating the new 2.0 was shipped! 2 days later it was at my door, it took 5 days for the original order! I asked about the apps and they are about to release updates and a new one altogether, I would not be surprised if it soon followed the Apple announcement next week (new iOS). Just a guess, but I had to take second and let everyone know what they did for me after reading so many negative comments...

Fun Toys, but App Needs More Work!

The concept, as well as the toys, are great, but the app could really use some serious updates/corrections. Two items that would seem easy to fix: 1) Where is dark mode? Why does my iPhone or iPad have to be lit up with a white background creating a searchlight effect in low-light situations? After Apple having introduced dark mode several years ago, this app still does not utilise this capability and I have to go search down Apple's (now rather old) Smart Invert function. Yeah, it works, but it is a clunky, clunky, clunky approach and would be so easy to update. 2) And this one is even sillier, when using any prerecorded patterns in the Favorites screen, the control button is incorrect. The button is listed as "Play" which, once started, turns into the international symbol for "Pause", two vertical lines. That is what I would expect it to do and for it to retain its place in the pattern, but rather it stops and resets to the beginning of the pattern. Ideally, once a pattern starts, there should be both Pause and Stop buttons, but to have only one and to have it incorrectly labeled is just sloppy programming.

I wish the software was as awesome as the toys

Been using the app since covid was occurring and over the course the app has gotten better but still not as streamlined like Discord or Snapchat is for texting, sharing media or voice chats. With the amount of money lovense toys are their R&D for their software is miles behind other social apps. What’s annoying is the app when it gets updated it doesn’t say what is getting fixed and it would be nice if it did so we the customer can hold Lovense accountable for the improvements of their app. With every update I see I hope a bug I’ve reported is fixed but not always. It’s like the company is spending millions into the hardware but not the software and at times the software performs so badly it blocks me from having a play session with a partner remotely which is the point of this app. When I can I use other apps for audio, texting, and media sharing when interacting with a play partner because this app is so buggy. It’s great lovense is producing more hardware and it’s awesome but we the customer need a better app!

Excitement crushed by disappointment

We were very excited to have a great time and purchased a few toys. At first it was OK, figuring it would improve with app updates, not the case. Also disappointed with the toys as well. Worked fine for the most part but as soon as the year warranty expired they started to work less and less. Domi 2 for example buttons stopped working other than to power on off. Lush 3 won’t charge. Sent me a new one and same thing right after warranty expired. I was offered a small discount. I had thought it was just bad luck initially but after 8 different toys, it’s not bad luck. Now the app won’t let me connect to a toy. Says Bluetooth needs permission. It’s all turned on and cleared and still not connected. Oh my bod toys haven’t had any issues yet going on two years.

Customer service?

I’m baffled reading these reviews. Wonder if many of these are just plain fake. They seem like it since they all sound the same. And rave about the wonderful customer service. Which is what I have a problem with. I was told a week ago my product shipped. Check UPS tracking and it says it’s not even in their possession because it HASNT BEEN SHIPPED YET! It should be here by now if it was shipped when they said it was. But it hasn’t even gone anywhere yet. Tried to reach customer service only to find out they’re one of those companies who will NOT provide a phone number to contact them. That’s just shady and bad business. So I had to email them. Unlike the reviews here who say they for a response from them within hours I wonder if I’ll ever hear from them at all. About to just call my bank and reverse the charge since I’m out $200 and nothing to show for it. This company is sketchy. I wouldn’t risk buying anything from this place.

crashing constantly

i have used this app for 2 years now and i would not keep coming back if i had not already invested in several of the brand’s products. it does not load messages initially, you have to click between tabs several times to get your messages to appear and be in the right order. and it crashes almost any time i open my chat with someone, as well as disconnecting my bluetooth at random, freezing and sometimes not registering the letters i type. i recommend not buying from this company as you will only be emotionally and sexually frustrated when trying to use their app. It crashed nine times this morning while i tried to send two messages, so ill be phasing out most of my lovense products and replacing them with other bluetooth toys. my partners will also be invited to my new app of choice. thought the update would fix things and it did not.

Disconnect Pairing Issues/Update 2018

Works great once it connects and stays connected. Will loose Bluetooth connectivity frequently. Long distance controls hard to use, problems again with connection and or allowed persons to use controls. Other brands such as Ohmibod may be a better choice at this point. Do your research before buying. Since contacting and receiving a new updated Lush, it has been an amazing toy. Customer service was amazing and sent a new Lush that was a new design. This new design of the Lush is a big improvement from the first model. No issues with connectivity and or internal motor. I highly recommend this product if you want to try new and exciting things in the bedroom.

Good, but could be better.

My chief complaint is the APP. This company has been around too long for this APP not to be 100%. I am very disappointed that I can not use the APP with iTunes, Pandora, etc., or music that saved on my phone. The interface to make new patterns could be much nicer/easier. I would love to see more prostate toys that are longer and much stronger motors. I would love to see a prostate toy that has four strong motors inside; so, basically one toy that can be controlled through the app as thought it was two devices (if that makes sense). For example, (motor1)(motor2)(motor1)(motor2). Hard to explain, but I hope you get the idea. All that being said, the customer service has been A+++ and nothing but accommodating. I look forward to buying more in the VERY near future.

Needs better features

I love the toys I have, and the ability to meet new people. The only real issue I have with this app is that I don’t know who’s deleted me from friends list. I know people come and go, just life. It’s difficult to tell who’s still on my friend list though. I’ll send a message and get a reply of “ so so is not friends with you” yet they are still on my list. Maybe add a feature where you know that someone has deleted you, or wipe it altogether. Would definitely help keep my list simple.

Just another great idea with poor execution

I was hesitant getting the app from some reviews but it’s really the only way to control a toy long distance so I got it. Worked pretty well for about a month and now it’s just glitchy and horrible after the latest update. I get notifications 10-20 min after I’ve already replied to that msg. Toys for partners do show up like they used to. I can’t request to use a toy like I could and the when a play partner connects it gives a msg like I’m connected with a toy giving up control, but then I can control them. I wish I were an app developer so I could understand how something was working well gets substantially worse after updates for “minor bugs” and has more major bugs. I hope they fix this soon because they’re making something that was so much fun, not fun.

Won’t connect or constantly disconnects

I have to agree with a few other reviews here. The app has no problem finding the product lush via Bluetooth but it constantly disconnects and will not reconnect until the product goes through reparing. Very frustrating when the object is inserted and have to remove every time to do this. When I contact support they wanted a laundry list of specs and screenshots from my mobile device that I don’t understand. Too much hassle. Also beware the hush. It broke completely in 2. Too half disconnected from bottom half. Same issues with it as well until that happed. Also with that product little help from support. No product replacement. I paid WAY TOO much for what I got.

Terrible Interface

The app has nice aesthetics, but my issue comes with connectivity. The voice call and video call features aren’t working properly ch results in the audio cutting out and not coming back. Then the toys are having issues staying connected to the app. Overall, just bad. I’ve been a user for almost 2 years and all of a sudden your app stops in the middle of an important session. Completely ruined the experience Update: App keeps logging out after I logged in earlier in the day and didn’t log out. This has been happening a lot lately and its never happened before. Very irritating that I have to constantly log in when that wasn’t the case not even a full week ago. Very disappointing

Useless

If I could give this negative stars I would. Had to make a email change on my app so I reached out to customer service to see what steps I had to take to do so. Numerous attempts were made to do so before I finally got a response from someone who told me that the only way to update the email was to delete my account & this had to be done through their end I could not delete my account or update it. Once I agreed to delete my account I would have to create a new account & it had to be done on line not through the app. I created my new account and now I can’t log onto the app! I have made several attempts to contact customer service to fix the problem with no response . This app & the toy are a complete waste of money ! Don’t buy their accessories

App doesn’t work on iPhone 15?

Was excited to get this now I can’t even connect because it freezes every time I open the app. Connected once now just does nothing . I’ve restarted my phone, I’ve restarted the device, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled. Nada. There’s a whole bunch of money just straight to the garbage right now . Totally disappointed. Update: 4 days later and I still haven’t received any support other than We’ve forwarded it on and waiting for a solution and I’ve not been able to access my toy to use with my long distance SO. Isn’t that the whole Point of this product ? I’m stuck with an expensive item I can’t return and doesn’t work as advertised. Beware iPhone users!

Love but so many problems

My girlfriend and I absolutely love the features of this app but it seems like it has such flaws with the Bluetooth connectivity. No matter the feature it seems to disconnect to the preferred feature. Close range, long distance, sound, music; it does not matter. It just disconnects so easily, no matter the distance between us. We have looked up the possibilities of the issue but none seem to fix it. Would love to hear from someone from the company in order to sort this issue out. A huge fan of the product, but we have genuinely not been able to fix this problem.

Love this product!

I have had nothing but success with this toy and the app. It is very enjoyable, and my partner can completely control it from 700 miles away. It makes our time apart much better. I did receive a faulty toy, it stopped working after two weeks. I called customer support, and I had a new one mailed to me within four days. Outstanding customer service. If there were one thing i could say for improvement, is notifications.......i don’t get them unless the toy is connected.

Was a good app

I have been using this app for a while but have to say the last few updates have ruined it. It first started with the toy power being buried in a load of sub menus when it was easily accessible on the main dashboard. Now the control roulette part of the app has been destroyed. Now if a match declines you get a message saying “Control roulette is active, please end it first.” Forcing you to back out and start all over again. It feels like this app is now pushing for you to use third party apps and less on being a functional app for the toys people use. Please put it back to how it was.

What once was great is now a dud…

My husband and I have purchased more than half the products Lovense sells and have always enjoyed playing long distance. Unfortunately for the last few months it doesn’t work. I will receive a pattern that simply doesn’t play. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app so many times, losing all of my saved patterns each time. But every time it stops working. It doesn’t matter which toy I am using the problem seems to be across the board. When I have spent thousands of dollars on toys I would like to hope they would work, unfortunately Lovense is starting to be a brand I can no longer trust to do that.

Missing key features & patched almost daily >:-[

This app which accompanies an expensive “smart” should come with more preloaded patterns/programs that are interesting and designed for specific devices. Instead we have to use a forum? I spent far less on devices that came with many more interesting and stimulating programs. Also extremely annoying is the excessive frequency of app updates. Sometimes there are three updates within 14 days. I guess they are bug fixing and experimenting with us in real time. Come on! Slow down the rapid app updates and deliver quality updates much less frequently. I’m removing the app from my phone. Ridiculous!

Love it but having issues with connectivity

I want to echo other users that if I switch to another app while using it on my partner, when I return I no longer have access to the controls. He says it’s still going on his end (pun intended) but if I try to get access again it says either he’s not there or offline. Would love to be able to multitask using other apps and be able to easily come back to Lovense to keep him going!

Works great!

We’ve had no problems at all connecting (locally). The recordable patterns and 2 different types of manual controls are easy to used the only suggestion I have is to offer different UI colors. The hot pink pretty much says “I’m a sex app”, which makes it less discrete when you’re using it in a restaurant or other public place. I’d also suggest offering an all-black option with dark grey controls/text so it could be used in a dark movie theater without it giving off so much light.

recent update?

I've been using this app for a while and i love it, but with this recent update, i can't do a single thing. it opens the app and crashes. i've restarted my phone, redownloaded the app, restarting the app, etc. I have no clue what's going on with it. i'm giving it five stars because this is literally the only bad experience i've had with it. i'm sure it's just the update. the app usually works fine. I love it either way

Amazing Toy and Concept...But

My GF and I are long distance, and this sounded like a great idea for when we are apart and something new when we were together. We have the Nora, Lush, and Max. My only, and truly this is the only one, is when we are together, the Bluetooth on the Lush just doesn’t have any range at all. If she crosses her legs, doesn’t work. If her back is to me, doesn’t work. I have all the updated apps, tried resets, etc. I would really have thought a useful range of 15ft would be normal. I really want to give this 5-stars, just wish the range was better.

Notifications

Overall not many problems at all with this app except for my fiance & i both having all push notifications turned on and neither of us actually getting any push notifications to either of our phones. Also, you can open the app on your apple watch but it does not actually work with the watch trying to control the toy.

Reliable and great service

This app may not have the all features one could dream of, but of all the remote controlled toy apps, this is the one I have found to be the most reliable and the easiest to use. The interface is clean and easy to use and connection issues are minimal. There are occasionally a few small bugs but the team is great about patching when they find them. Very satisfied with this app.

Buggy video playback

Been using this app for a while with mostly no issues. However in the last probably like 6 months I’ve been getting a black screen with the message “the requested url was not found on this server” when trying to watch videos sent to me after about 5 days. I can still watch my own, however. This is a relatively new issue, I’ve updated and reinstalled multiple times. Kind of frustrating.

Disconnects, logging out on its own, bugs

Ok let’s start with a group there is a bug that you can’t join group sync, when you Home Screen and don’t close the app it disconnects you after awhile and then it has to reconnect to the servers which is annoying, the app makes me go to conversation and won’t let me back out of the conversation to view others I have to close it and go through the connecting phase again. Please there is a lot wrong with the app so please fix it

Not quite there yet

My main complaint is that you can post patterns and you have to name them, however there is no way to search for specific names or key words within the app to find things that may appeal to you. The patterns never change in the most popular list because of this and the recents is never good. Let me search by words, length, type, and any other search terms I want to find things that appeal to me and not what everyone else can see.

Good app, best toy ever!(lush 2)

The app itself is very intuitive, easy to navigate, only wish the toy wouldn’t stop once you go from one tab to another (before actually choosing another pattern or mode). The toy is very comfortable and highly addictive, I might need to search for a rehab soon☺️ Can’t believe I lived without these orgasms for so many years. And it is indeed quiet enough to use in public ( I wouldn’t try in a library though) Best toy ever! (Lush 2)

When it works, it’s amazing

For the most part this app is so great. The concept is brilliant, but when it crashes multiple times during long distance play, it’s incredibly frustrating. Sometimes you can go hours without problems, other times you’ll be interrupted a dozen times in a few minutes. If they can sort the crashing problem, it’s a 5 star app to be sure.

No long distance connectivity

I bought this app for my partner and I and we have read several reviews with the same complaints. You cannot receive friend requests in the long distance area of the app at all. We have tried creating multiple emails, deleting and redownloading the app and now We have resulted to contact customer service because we are seeing the same complaints that people have had in the past two years. Please solve this problem. I have no idea you guys are literally false advertising a product for two years and have not fixed such a simple connection issue.

Ultra2 watch did work now NO

We have this hush 2 and finally got the remote working and it WAS working on my iPhone 14 Pro Max and she has a iPhone 14 Pro When at home I control it with my phone or watch because it’s Bluetooth but when I’m at work and doing remote it was working with my watch which all of our Apple devices are all up to date including WatchOS When I try from my watch it “line busy” and never connects so only thru my iPhone My watch also has NUMBER SHARE thru Verizon so my watch can do calls by itself when not near my iPhone I am sending a email back to support for this to be corrected but I wanted to bring it up in the review It’s great that I can put my control over her anywhere I am but at work I need my watch to do this, can’t be working and messing with my iPhone

Needs an update

I’d have given 5 stars if it weren’t for the fact that it disconnects often which is very annoying. Other than that, the app is fun with my Lush 3! Husband and I enjoyed nearly 11 hours of playtime (little break about half way to charge it). It’s totally great for long distance and hubby thoroughly loved it and didn’t want to finish out playtime, if you know what I mean lol. Like I said, it’s great and I love it but it needs an update to fix the disconnection issue.

Idea for y’all

It would be nice to see an update on the app to where you could see when the last time a toy was used, whether it was connected to the app or not during use, kinda like a history to be able to look and see when the last time it was used or even just turned on

Good but can be better

The app itself is good, but some tweaks can be made for example. The watch app can you make it so the crown can control the toy rather than a plus or minus and take the screen and have a control panel say you have 2 toys and she has them both in choose one or the other and have a “all” tab for people with more than one connected.

Great Support Help & Great Product

I ordered the Lush 3 mid April and was scheduled to receive it pretty quick, however somebody stole it so I contacted support about it and they resolved my issue in a quick time and sent another one out to me and my gf and it arrived pretty quick as well. We both couldn’t wait to try it out and used it as soon as we got in and she LOVES it.

Connection issues

The connectivity/antenna definitely needs improvement, my app loses connection with the device if it is more that 6inches away, unobstructed. Never mind if there is a layer of fabric in between, then it’s closer to 2-3 inches to maintain connection. I am following all of the instructions, it is fully charged, and everything else is fine...not sure if I just have a faulty device or not, but it’s such a let down. Also, the controls within the app could be a little easier to use when giving remote access and seeing what fun was sent my way, that doesn’t always match up.

I don’t understand the reviews I’ve seen indicating difficulties with getting the app to work. The only part of the directions i read was the web/app address. The rest of the set up took less than 20 minutes to set up my wife’s new toy so either one of us could operate it. Pretty simple. Hope she enjoys it.

Not possible to video chat while using toy

This app and product are amazing but to not have the ability to video chat while the other controls the toy at the same time is highly flawed, in addition the in ability to mute yourself or the other while using the video chat feature is also bad for some instances we cannot do anything due to the idea that we are home from college and family can over here the other on video chat while we have fun.

Old App, Same Problems

For starters, I should have read the reviews on this before buying it. It was such an exciting concept to me and was ready to use it. But now, I’m nearly ashamed to show it to my partner as it disconnects nearly every ten seconds. Reading other reviews, even ones from 2 years ago, have shown that it has not improved. Which is a shame cause of the whole concept. It’s expensive paying for half the performance. Please update this, maybe disconnect it every 20 seconds ;P

There is always something wrong with the app

First I couldn’t use the music because it would just shut down the entire app. Then there were random log outs and we couldn’t play how we wanted. Now the entire app won’t let me log in or create an account. My followers can’t play with me because they can’t make an account. I can’t play by myself because I can’t sign in and offline play doesn’t utilize everything the way it should. Please fix this immediately

Firmware Update Serious Issue

Bought Lush Ver1 a few months ago and when I saw the Firmware Update in the app, clicked on it to install (toy was on, app open as instructed) and it went to 10% and then said update failed and it shut down the toy. I cannot use it on apps while streaming and that is a serious issue and I believe it has to do with not being able to download the firmware update which is unacceptable if the toy is still being sold. This issue has to be fixed what can I do? Solo play is great but not bought for that purpose!!

Had no problem

I was very worried and second guessing myself for buying domi 2 for my girlfriend after reading the reviews. I am in the military thousands of miles away from my girl and once she received it we had no problem setting it up and using it, it only took minutes.

Never connects

I really wish I could enjoy this product… But it never stays connected and now with this last update it continues to say I’m not connected to the internet. But yet here I am writing a review… I have had this product for over a year and have only been able to use it twice before it stopped working. Extremely frustrating and disappointing. Can’t stay I will ever buy from them again or recommend the product.

Great Product... Until It Isn’t

At first, there were connectivity issues. After that it wouldn’t process that i had permissions on. Now the lush 2.0, which was over $100 shuts off by itself, and the battery display is completely incorrect. It will claim I have full battery when it’s dead. The charger cord broke almost immediately so i have to angle it anytime i want to charge it. It’s a great, discreet, and powerful product but because of all the issues with it, I would never buy from Lovense again, it’s a huge letdown.

App crashes

Since I last updated, the app continually crashes. I cannot stay connected. When I try to use camera, can’t send pics. Live video crashes all the time. In the middle of group sessions, syncs etc., the app crashes. Very frustrating!!! This needs to be addressed and fixed. I have checked with many of my online friends and they have same thing happening. Not sure what you all did, but not good at all!!! We are not happy!!! Please find a fix ASAP!!!!!

This app is the remote control for all Lovense wearable toys. Designed for: 1. Solo Play 2. Discreet Public Play 3. Long Distance Play Use one smartphone for close range control, syncing vibrations to music, and sound activated vibrations (uses your phone's microphone). Range for close range control is up to 30 feet when you have a direct line of sight. 360° range is between 5-10 feet, based on your surroundings. Use two smartphones to drastically increase your partner's control range. This is perfect for those wanting discreet public play within larger spaces. Simply connect with your partner's phone within the app and give up control! The person with a toy should have their smartphone within 3-5 feet of them at all times. The app can run in the background, so it can be in your purse or pocket while your partner has complete control via their smartphone. This feature is also great for long distance couples. You also have the ability to create your own vibration patterns. Our fun tap and slide control interface makes it easy to make unique patterns. Our powerful vibration motor allows a large range of possibilities. After creating a pattern, you can share it (anonymously) with the world. Take a look at the vibration patterns already uploaded and download the ones you like!
