Wonderful
They are wonderful. Unlike other hearing aids that just magnify the sound, these give very natural sound to your ears. I am wonderfully pleased with them, not only the quality of the sound but the ease of operation. The price was very pleasing as well.

ND VOLT MAX
I had a great amount of feedback when I first got the hearing aids. Had trouble with one hearing aid called in and they sent me a new one and also a new charger. The battery would run down fast The new aid was much better. Had to replace the domes after trying all that was sent to me to begin with still got feed back finally a girl on the phone recommended the AA double dome that lessoned the feedback I called in again and one of the girls recommended to get some E oil and put that on the outside of the domes this was a big help. I used the help on the app about four times. I probably talked to about ten people on the phone all were a big help. I do not remember all their names but some I do remember were Nichol and Chad I talked to them both twice. I also most gave up on the hearing aids but the people on the phone gave me encouragement enough to make me keep on trying. I now can understand what my family is saying when they a in the next room about 25 feet away. I like the control you get from the app. I am now happy and thank all the phone people that helped me to get them working good. I do have high hearing loss.

Issues - no responses from customer service
I have to turn volume all the way down to minimize the popping/ cutting in&out. When volume is up higher, it pops/snaps more. It’s very annoying. Yesterday, the right one went dead after about 4 hours. Put BOTH back on to charge. We’ve tried calling for customer service, and emailed with no communication back. First night I tried ‘em (Friday) other people in room could hear them popping/ squealing too. When they’re popping if wife is close by me, she can hear it too when we’re watching tv. I’m not giving up on them yet, so I’ll keep using & trying to get used to. It’s as if they’re shutting off & then right back on making that popping noise. I Hope customer service gets back with me.

A New World Of Hearing
To anyone who has suffered the affects of social isolation from not being able to hear speech. I’m deaf in one ear and have severe hearing loss in my right ear. This hearing aid is an affordable option and has helped me to be able to understand conversations again. I have only used this hearing aid for a week and it has allowed me to feel normal again and I’m learning to hear better every day. I have the Core and the customization is great. My opinion is this hearing aid is great and well worth the money!

Lost functionality
I’ve been using this app for my Core Hearing Aids for about seven years. I’m disappointed that in the last two updates to the app, they eliminated the capability to customize the four programs. I liked being able to adjust noise cancellation and directionality on the fly. But that’s really my only complaint. Before these updates I would have given five stars, and will again if they restore this functionality!

Very frustrated
The hearing aids don’t stay connected to my phone. It searches for them finds them and when I switch to another app it loses the connection. I leave the app running even when I using other apps. I can’t do phone calls and I have gone through all of the settings on my phone, but I haven’t found anything to let me change a setting to turn on a connection. The earpieces are too small and don’t stay snug in my ears. I’m on the verge of just sending it back for a full refund. I have an iPhone Xr.

Amazing
So nice to hear the sounds of the city. My TV is not blasting at full volume. So easy to use to use. I was worried that my spasming hand would be a problem with these little things but working out fine after a few tries.

Feedback
Had these hearing aids for about a year. From the beginning, if I have them turned up high enough to understand conversations, they produce a high pitched whistling that annoys others in the room. At their advice, I switched to other ends and reprogrammed, but have the same issue. Customer support never called back after I made these changes. Recommend picking a different hearing aid company.

Outstanding!
5th pair of aids. Main problems with others were the audiologists in the middle—morons and crooks. These are perfect! I don’t notice any hearing loss and my wife is even telling her friends I can hear her again.

Miss the fine tuning options
Has been over a year since they removed the fine tuning options from the app. Suspect the Volt Max doesn’t support them, so why can’t us Core owners have a version of the app that has the options? Waiting patiently to get a full featured app back again.

Problems with core hearing aids
I am having difficulties with static and feedback. I followed protocol for fine tuning 4 days ago, I was asked for a phone number if they had questions. I gave them a number to reach me. I never got a call or any help so far.

Terrible
Just terrible, absolutely terrible. Bluetooth is disgusting and doesn't connect to my phone and the only way to use your hearing aids...is via bluetooth. Hearing aids should be free and companies like this need to be shut down. Stop exploiting old people. I'm young and Deaf so I see right through your bull.

App doesn’t work with both aids
I was excited to get these hearing aids and tried to set them up right away. Problem is, I can only connect one at a time. If I pair the right aid, the left will not pair, and vice-versa. I followed the troubleshooting available but no go.

Piece of crap
Total junk battery sometimes go dead in a hour they pop and crackle every time you turn your head would never buy again or recommend them to anybody

Incessant chirping is distracting

Requires your info to see results
There are other free apps that give you complete results. This one asks for your private info including email so to email you the results. Not a good thing.

Cheap
No Bluetooth for I tunes or phone calls ear pieces in wrong receivers ear plug came off in my ear had to go to urgent care to have it removed. Squealing sounds and chirping when people talk if you don’t keep them at lowest setting

Mr Max aids
Not a great investment. Fully charged lucky to get half hour. Always a problem finding left ear on App. So far disappointed. Will attempt to get replacements.

Useless

MD Hearing Aids
I have been wearing hearing aids for 18 years and the new MD volts are probably the best that I’ve ever had. I like the fact that I can adjust my hearing through my phone. I can personalize my hearing aids through my phone, or I can call customer service and get a call back and not have to wait a long time. MD Hearing is the way to go.

MD hearing aid Volt Max
I have been wearing hearing aids for over 20 years and have been through behind the ear and in the canal types of aids. I have found the vault max to be better than anything I have tried before. Ease of use and superior customer support make a big difference when wearing hearing aids. I heartily recommend this hearing aid and the company. Their customer support is almost instantaneous and maximizes customer satisfaction.

I have had the new Max hearing aids 5 days and the are GRRRRREEAT! I'd recommend them to any one needing hearing aids. Have had a few hearing aids and these by far are the best I'm happy happy happy!

Haven’t had them long enough
MD volt max….Only had these hearing aids for three days, a lot of chirping in right ear only. Changed tips from open to closed. Trying to work it out with volume control and program selection without much luck. Seem to work but not real sure if I like them. Thanks

Why I like MD Hearing AIDS
I have the Core model, I had Miracle Ear but they wanted $4000 for an up grade, I donated those aids and went with MD AIDS. Through getting wet to software issues to changing ear cups alleviating the plugged ear feeling, the staff worked with me at little or no additional charge. The software is easy to work and program can be tweaked as needed as conditions warrant. A fine product, enjoy👍🏻

MM Hearing Core
I used expensive hearing aids for many years. I love my MD Hearing Core aids. Everything is under MY control. I make any needed adjustments with my iPhone and your AAP. The four hearing environment programs work great. The individual-ear volume control is perfect.

Loved the old MDs HATE THE CORE
Quite simply they have no volume!!! The differing program setting do not differ. The Core is worthless. I have had 4 sets of MD aids and have loved them and told dozens of people. I Loved my “Control” hearing Aides. I wanted to just replace the one I lost. They told me they did not have anymore of them! I call BS they discontinue d it because it was too good and did not wear out! VERY UNHAPPY. I KNOW they have some of the Controls still. They just want my $1000 for these worthless Core hearing aides I just paid for!

The account setup email is broken
This is the second hearing application I’ve bought this am. The first one blew my ears out at max volume. Then it was caught in a software loop and you couldn’t get it out. I was able to get my money back. This one successfully has a hearing test and gave me the results. I had hopes. When I signed up for the login it failed and never cent the confirmation code. Apple must have quit requiring apps to work as a requirement to sell on their app site. I have never bought an app that didn’t work from Apple. Well now two in a row!!! It’s a new decade at Apple.

Life Core Experience from a hearing aid resistor
After 1 week I am very pleased with the hearing aids, their ease of use and the integration with the IPhone App. I like the programming for each ear that the App provides. I am doing well with the four modes of Automatic, Quiet, Conversation and Restaurant. My family has been bugging me for years to get a hearing aid. My wife is pleased. I have owned two prior versions from MD Hearing Aid but used them mostly for amplification at shows. The customization to my moderate-severe condition makes all the difference with the Life Core. I need to find out more about the advanced settings capability and when to use those adjustments.
