This FSA provider is very slow to review requests and claims for reimbursement, and does not obligate FSA approved items for reimbursement. Customer service was unprofessional and ultimately unhelpful as well. I would give the app 3 stars for user interface, the CSS is decent, but since it doesn’t perform its intended function, there is no reason to add undue praise for the product or provider.
If you are a dependent and the one in your household that is responsible for budgeting, billing, etc…GIVE UP NOW. Aetna has NO DESIRE to recognize you as a person that handles this. This app is nearly impossible to set up, and if the insured sets it up and shares the login with you, the dependent, IT WON’T work. This is why we always used to say in the insurance business, “Aetna, sorry we met ya.”
Get a different insurance company. I had someone on the phone, and they told me that they know their app doesn’t work/open, have known about it for year(s) and think that customers should just save shortcuts onto their Home Screen instead.
The will not open. Continually claims that Login/PW are incorrect after verification with browser version. Needs major improvements!! Can’t even give 0 stars which is more appropriate. Why bother providing an app. Guess there was a box to check in someone’s performance review!
I can view my FSA just fine, but can’t view my HRA that is tied to my medical insurance. Is that because it’s part of my medical insurance and this app isn’t for medical insurance?
Don’t download the app and waste your time or mental energy. App is nearly impossible to use. Logging in requires resetting a password regularly even when the password works correctly on the website.
How does this app exist?? It was recommended to download when I called about claims questions … but I cannot even log in? I feel like they should just delete from the App Store.
As other reviewer wrote a YEAR AGO, app claims my login and password are incorrect and will never open! Yet, it is the same login and password on my computer! So frustrating!! Fix it already!!!
Like everyone else, can’t login. Have to open up the web browser and login from the mobile page but the app continuously tells you your password or login is wrong.
