I have register to Mi MCS app. I am a new user and I had a very enjoyable and pleasant experience. This app y very user friendly and I love it. It is a very good tool to use for different health information purposes. I expect it is kept working like now and if any changes are made, be for improvement. Thanks.
I came to Puerto Rico to retire I bought this insurance and all I have is headache when I call for help no one is in the same page I came here with good faith that everyone will try to help in United state when we don’t know a answer to a question we asked for help In my case I speak the language but don’t know how to read it I asked for it in English and respond was that this company have it in Spanish Anyway the last customer service representative was the only person who was most helpful I when to my doctor Angel Jiminez Mercado for a physical because I was told by the person who sold me the insurance that I could go to a doctor and I will be registered by MCS and it will take longer if I don’t go a MCS club wish I can because it’s pretty far plus I also when to a dentist and pay out my pocket for the visit which I did know I had Yes I don’t understand why the club are not in every town and gentlemen who sold me this insurance should also see the location where I live which it’s not convenient for me I believe all he wanted was a sale Every on unhappy I will be having another insurance next year with my Medicare when I turn 65
Clean, modern design. Provides quick access to my whole family’s MCS cards, and I really like the historical list of benefits. I can actually see what I’ve benefitted from having my insurance.

I really like the functions added to ease patient interaction with health information and providers. However, at the moment I am unable to access the digital card. I have tried for several days now. The provider is not able to see my deductible from the certification that the app generates.
Unable to see my lab results, as an alternative in the dashboard. I have just received an invoice to pay a deductible from past laboratories. I need online information, not a lot of correspondence, I can die with all MCS correspondence covering my body.
To get the app running was great. After that a nightmare. You can’t print a certification letter or see your card without getting error messages. One of my kids was missing being listed as a covered patient. Had to go to MCS to get physical cards. As I said, amazing health plan, but the app is horrible
Labs results not updated frequently so the last one is not here at time needed. Special Coverage is not here for most reliable attention to crucial medical issues. Autorization status not here neither authorization for crucial medical issues.
Luego de escribir la información requerida para “Sign Up” aparece el siguiente mensaje “Registration. There is an error in the data entered, it is important to review the fields again and complete the information as it appears on your ID card with MCS.” El error aparece inclusive luego de asegurarme de que la información está correcta.
Una vez registrada la información el app da todo lo necesario sobre los servicios, hospitales, proveedores. Es una excelente idea. Deben registrarse con los dos apellidos. Asi no da error de registro. Algunos featured pueden mejorar pero es un muy conveniente app tal y como está. Gracias
Llevo 3 meses tratando de configurar la app y siempre el sistema me bloquea. Tiene muchas fallas que tienen que resolver y es por eso q tiene una puntuacion tan baja. Comienzen con cambiar a la persona que la administra. Gracias
La promocionan con el propósito de compartir la tarjeta del plan si se te quedó. Pero en mi caso no sale la tarjeta por lo que no la puedo compartir con mi proveedor. Sin embargo las funciones de buscar proveedores y ver el gasto en medicamentos, estudios y médicos trabajan muy bien.
Estoy de nuevo con ustedes, me gustaría poder entrar a mi aplicación, para poder tener toda mi nueva información en su aplicación de MCS. Ya que al tener la anterior con mi otra información no me fija llenarla. Gracias .
Ni la aplicación ni el website funciona, intenté cambiar la contraseña varias veces y continuó con el problema. No me permite entrar, llevo 17 minutos en una llamada intentando conocer que farmacias tengo cerca y me dicen que no me pueden enviar las 2 páginas disponibles del pueblo que deseo verificar. También para pagar es terrible, arreglen la app y el website. Nos perderán luego de 8 años pagando cobertura privada.
Esta aplicación no cumple con nuestras expectativa deberían revisarla los laboratorios hace una semana me los hice no están registrados las notas del médico tampoco. Me cambie de MMM y su aplicación es súper tiene de todo incluyendo que nos dan otc aparte de la flexi Card Pero obvio yo lo acepte así porque hay otras cosas a tomar en consideración pero deberían revisarla es bien pobre esta aplicación.
La aplicación y el servicio es pésimo. No se puede hacer casi nada, solo la certificación de cubierta además el listado de proveedores no esta actualizado. Al final siempre hay que ir a las oficinas de servicio.
Le hace falta incluyan el catálogo de los OTC que cubre el plan, los solicité en la aplicación hace una semana y no ha llegado nada. Decepcionado, lo único útil es el balance de la tarjeta.
Siempre parece que no funciona o tiene un problema que le diga que se conecta e intente volver a entrar o rehacer la aplicación tal vez usted puede simplemente arreglarlo. Quizá deberías intentar arreglarlo y hacer que funcione primero
Debería incluir el récord de medicamentos que toma cada paciente con las especificaciones. Porque cuando uno va a médicos le piden que medicamento bebé o sala de emergencia y uno no se acuerda de tanto medicamento
