I am a student at this school, and I love this app! Sometimes my laptop crashes and I can't check the schedule online, but now I can! This app is pretty much the website but in app formation. If you are a student here and you are always on your phone/iPod/iPad/whatever, you can use this app anytime and anywhere

Progress has been made over the years. Notifications are more reliable. The design has been optimized as well. However... if a notification is going to redirect users to a specific message on the website... I recommend embedding the direct url within the notification so that end users don’t have to hunt and peck for it... The app should elevate ease / convenience. Simply saying there’s a new message on the website falls short.

When I moved to the district last year the app worked great. I was able to see the calendar with no issue, however, the calendar won’t even load now. Can we please have an update?

I go to Minisink Valley and I’m not getting notifications when there’s like a two hour delay or there’s no school I have notifications on and it does not work

I'm a student at this school and this app is very helpful when I'm absent. but the only problem I have is that the app is slow. it takes a long time to load. but other than that, this app is very helpful!

It's a pretty good app but it's kinda slow or maybe it's just my phone. 😊

Very happy to see that an update was made, but it could still be much better. The fact that you still have to go to the website to read most stories, or look information up is frustrating. The point of an app is to be able to not have to visit a separate website. If this is truly not the direction intended, then every time minisink.com is mentioned, it should be a hyperlink. It is not. The notification banner is a huge miss. I saw this went missing on the old version and was really hoping it had returned on the update. It used to be wonderful to be able to go into the app and see the banner. Now you have to click into notifications and hope it’s actually there. Many times a notification text would go out, or pop-up from the app, and when you would click on it, there would be no article to view. All in all, this is okay, but it’s def not meeting the potential of what it could be if you had the right IT folks involved.

It's slow but other than that it's great

The app is helpful for school closings and delays but besides that its useless. It had constant frame drops and lag spikes, so maybe a stability patch is in order?
