Somehow when I actually subscribed, my mobile updates are no longer available. Even publicly available updates easily accessed online ask for a subscription. Customer service has been less than helpful. Hoping this is simply a glitch to work through but frustrating nonetheless. The solid content is less useful when it cannot be accessed.
I used to use the listen to feature to consume the content on commutes and walks. Lately, anytime you select the listen to feature, the app immediately crashes. Please fix.
App could be better. It’s more of a pdf brochure that you scroll through. The app should mimic CNN or Fox News apps, so that you can choose various article interactively.
Whenever I try to purchase an issue and the dialog pops up to enter my Apple password, no keyboard comes up. I have attempted to paste password in the dialog and that doesn't work either. Not sure what is wrong as I have bought 2 past issues with no problem. Using iPad 2 with 6.1 OS.
