Somehow when I actually subscribed, my mobile updates are no longer available. Even publicly available updates easily accessed online ask for a subscription. Customer service has been less than helpful. Hoping this is simply a glitch to work through but frustrating nonetheless. The solid content is less useful when it cannot be accessed.
Whenever I try to purchase an issue and the dialog pops up to enter my Apple password, no keyboard comes up. I have attempted to paste password in the dialog and that doesn't work either. Not sure what is wrong as I have bought 2 past issues with no problem. Using iPad 2 with 6.1 OS.
