MOONA

One of my biggest challenges to staying asleep at night has always been the constant pillow flipping. I’m a side sleeper and my face was always too hot, so I’d wake up, flip the pillow, go back to sleep (maybe!), and repeat. No more!!! I’ve had some of the best nights’ sleep with the Moona than I’ve had in years! Well worth the cost for me!

I have an autoimmune condition where I get hives and welts on my face and neck that are prompted by heat. I’ve not been able to sleep on my side for years due to the heat that builds up between my cheek and pillow. This has allowed me to sleep in any position I want!!!! It’s worth every cent and then some! So thankful for this product!!

I’ve been using my Moona for three months now and I don’t think I’ll be able to go without it. The app isn’t always perfect with transferring sleep data but I’m very happy with how the pillow pad functions. I’m a hot sleeper and it really has helped me stay cool.

I had purchased a cheaper version from a US company. Nothing but leaks and problems. I was so excited to see the Moona. Bought it a year ago and was the best thing I ever bought myself. Perfect product, blue tooth works flawlessly and not a single issue. I tried to contact Moona and tell them what a great product, but I hadn’t heard back. After 16 months of ownership, I’ve thrown it in the trash. The app has always been garbage. The device rarely works, when it did, it was magically, the execution just has failed month after month. I’m tired of talking to support, getting a different unit even. Tired of using the app that’s junk, night after night. anyhow, I’ve moved on. Wasted money but no longer will waste my time.

Have you ever woke up and had to turn your pillow numerous time during the night because it was like your hair was on fire!?? Not anymore……with Moona I sleep so good and it’s so easy to use!

You can’t put a price on a great nights sleep! The app is 100 percent functional. The only thing I’d change is the need to review your sleep EVERY TIME.. but that’s minor!

Moona has changed my sleeping. I look VE having a cool pillow all night long. I wake up less and get much better sleep.

I’ve had the Moona for under 2 weeks. The last week I’ve noticed it’s been going into standby mode shortly after I hit sleep mode. This SUPER frustrating!! Why have this pillow if it doesn’t last all night and goes into standby mode once it senses it’s idol?!? And why are there so many 1 star reviews yet none of them are figured into the rating? 🤔

I love this product and what it has done for me. There is nothing else like it.

Latest update fixed 100% fan issue!

I really like my Moona, it’s a great idea & product that said, the app can be glitchy or sometimes have issues. Company is pretty responsive to issues, but I am concerned my Moona will become useless if there’s an app issue

I love this product and have used for years. The last few weeks I have to remove and reinstall the app - every day - to get it to work. Please undo whatever you did that broke what was working well before!

App keeps kicking me out causing me to sign in again, re-pair the device, reset the temps. Then after all that, it kicks me out again Please fix

What happened to the company? I have 2 Moonas and paid for but not received the latest model, but they’re apparently out of business!?

I love this device but for some reason, the app will not allow me to sign in. I don’t think it can be used without the app.

Can’t stay logged in long enough to even turn it on

Every time I try to pair Bluetooth the app kicks me off and restarts!

I just got my Moona and I am frankly shocked at how crappy my experience has been already. 1. Written instructions in the box frequently contradict the instructions in the app. 2. The drawings in the app do not match the device. Either I got an outdated device or the app hasn’t been updated to the newest model. 3. The machine has painfully obvious design failures. For example, the funnel supplied to fill the machine does not fit the machine. Also, the stopper for the water tank is almost impossible to turn closed due to obstruction from the lid. Also, keeping the tank upright is very difficult because of a rounded base and a heavy power cord. 4. The app is poorly written. For instance, some critical information about pairing is hidden behind a barely noticeable question mark icon. The instructions in the app do not include the information needed to pair and do not indicate the need to read the info behind the tiny question mark. 5. The base cannot be paired to my phone. I have the latest iPhone. I have years of experience in IT. I have never been unsuccessful in pairing a Bluetooth device before. I tried resetting Bluetooth, resetting the base, resetting my phone, keeping the phone various distances from the base, putting the base into pairing mode, using the written instructions, using the instructions in the app, and using the instructions in the email sent from Moona, and every available combination of the mentioned procedures. 6. Moona sent an email with a link for support. The link goes to a site “that does not exist”. 7. Clicking on a link on the Moona site with online chat support starts with a welcome message but no one responds. I waited 2 hours. No response. Update: 7/6/21. The developers responded to me 1 YEAR LATER. They say to contact them on their website. I have. The app is broken, the pump/reservoir is unusable. This was potentially a good idea for a product, but this is the most failed execution I have ever seen. Don’t be fooled by the “developer response” to the complaints. They are not responsive. They are doing minimal social media engagement to keep selling their completely unusable product. Second Update: I have unfortunately purchased many failed devices for decades. I can confirm that this is the worst purchase I have ever made.

Moona SAS is no longer in existence

Love the device when it works but every time there is an update I seem to have issues. After this new update today, I hit sleep as I’m trying to go to bed and it just keeps showing the sun after the check mark and the Z’s. Then the app itself shows Zzz again and it’s not running. So not sure what to do now as it is not working tonight and won’t work until that bug is fixed which will probably break something else. Please fix!!

If anyone is having trouble connecting via Bluetooth having already connected in the past, delete the app and reinstall the app. I tried everything else and nothing worked until I did the above.

The connected pillow helped me significantly increase the quality of my sleep, and the app has proven very useful to monitor the improvement of my cycles. Would highly recommended it to a friend!

This app is horribly in efficient, every time you login to try to do anything it forces you to sit there and wait for five minutes for your sleep data to be transferred. Why would this be a required action? Why is this not an optional action? Who cares about the sleep data? In the year 2020 who likes to use apps that make you sit there for five minutes and do nothing? Please make this option optional not required.

I have issues sleeping and this app really changed things for me! I sleep much better and take less time to fall asleep!

I am a lifelong insomniac and am now sleeping like a baby. Works miracles this thing.

Love the hardware, but the app is absolutely horrible. Who is responsible for Ux in this company? Only need this app for one thing: to switch on the cooling before going to sleep. And every freaking night the app starts cycling through other things and makes me wait. Very frustrating.

Garbage app. Won’t connect / send data - keeps giving me error message. Literally worked one day. Likely will try to return this tomorrow . U don’t get a good nights sleep by messing with ur Moona for 30 minutes before going to bed. Very aggravating

Can't register. The app says "slow connection...". Tried from multiple phones that had perfectly functional connections to everything else.

Won’t connect and doesn’t work at all! I wanted a tone of money on this and it doesn’t even work. Very disappointing and I want my money back. What a waste. I was very excited but what a waste of money on a broken xmas gift.

I just do not understand how so pricy product doesn’t work at all. Device going to standby mode at night and stop working, app is useless - connection to device dropping. Going to return device
