It used to work great in my iPhone 7+, then it stopped. The welcome screen comes up then the app shuts down. I just get t a new Pro Max and it does the same thing. Please fix!

No support and people who work there could care less

Downloaded on two separate phones and double checked it only to have it not work the entire time I was there. Tried to get help, to no avail. They didn’t even tell me there was an audio tour I could have purchased. Little signage throughout the place.

Worked great, quick and easy to do the audio tour.

The app worked well, the image integration with the audio tour was excellent, and in general it functioned beautifully.

App worked great

We just left Morikami and the worked great. It helped greatly to appreciate the gardens even more.

Nice place bad app

Probably like most they went digital in a last minute rush. Maybe listen to the youngsters before you’re desperate.

Does not work!

Don't waste ur time. It tries to download the content after you install the app and then time out.
