This is really a complete picture of your metro card account. I get so frustrated with others like MLife ap that will only show free play balance if you currently happen to have some, but will not allow you to see what’s coming up or when, rand current promotions aren’t listed-you have to look somewhere else or at mailers. With motor city you can see everything in this one app including current and upcoming free play offers, your signature point situation is clearly displayed even including detail as to how much you earned each visit in points/comps. Promotions are accurate and easy to find, and hotel offers are clear. It’s definitely my favorite casino account ap!
When you sign up for an account online through FanDuel and want to be rewarded for your play, you can forget it. After becoming a FanDuel member you then have to signup for motor city casino rewards for any points play etc... Ok That's fine. If you live within driving distance from the brick and mortar casino. You can earn up to $30 rewards play for signing up, but it is absolutely no good unless you are in the Detroit area, and are gambling in person. Plus it is only good for around 30 days. What a Joke and very deceitful. Shame on you
I’m trying to understand if u can play on the site or is this where u just handle your points signed up for a bonus but if I have to go all the way to the actual casino to play it this app was a waste of my time also I would lose the bonus for signing up
This app takes a ridiculous amount of time to update Fanduel Comps. Then when comps are converted to Reward Play it takes another ridiculously lengthy time to show the update. Overall it's not very good.
The app crashes without fail, every day, when in use. I noticed this app hasn’t been updated since BEFORE Covid. Come on Detroit, STAND UP! That’s unacceptable! You are more than ten iOS updates behind as of this writing. Be better, in 2023, no casino app should be crashing, or 3 plus years out of date. That’s a bad look for the city!
Finally can check my points, book rooms and dinner reservations while not at home! Also there is a convert to reward play option which I haven't quite figured out yet.
All this app does is take you to their website. Which would be fine, except there's no buttons for basic navigation (back, forward, reload, etc.) which means if you need to go back to a certain page, you have to either force close the app or login again (also annoying, logins should persist)
