This location was extremely clean. Had everything I needed in a gym at a low affordable cost best thing about this place it’s great for the whole family I dealt with George McCabe. He was amazing!!!!!! Exceeded all my expectations!!! Extremely helpful and He offered me a free pass, which in return I signed up immediately after my free trial was over. Definitely check this gym out, especially if you want something clean affordable, and need that extra lil help to crush your goals!!

You’ve got a lot of people here complaining about the in accuracy of the X capture. Why won’t you fix it ? I can’t give this appFive stars because This app used to be so much better as far as the X capture to record work outs. I have tried it every which way. Very seldom is actually successful, and when it is, it’s not accurate. I don’t see any way correct it after the fact. Either I’m getting really old or entering the info manually is also very so user unfriendly. But the rest of the app works great. This problem may only be with the treadmill’s and maybe because I have an iPhone 7 but I get much more use out of it if it was fixed. Because I can’t figure out how to fix it after the fact or even enter it manually.

Everyone from the Aqua Fitness instructor Julie and the personal trainer Serafim were all fantastic and made me want to come in to exercise. This is the most motivated I’ve ever been in my whole life. Thank you for making me feel like a part of a wonderful group of people (both the staff and community members attending for getting myself in better shape).

The only thing of value the app provides me currently is the class schedule. Recording workouts aren’t synced with any of the classes they offer and the “calories burned” tracking they provide is a ballpark guess at best. They give you a body composition analysis when you sign up so it seems logical that you would want to sync that with the app in order to track your progress. That currently does not exist with the app. Also, it would be really nice if I could track my meals and calorie intake with the app but that feature doesn’t exist currently.

Zach at Lexington facitility was gracious enough to help a person get the dr recommended exercises she needs to enable her to follow her doctors cancer regimen. Being in a water class would be the best body exercise she could do. It’s nice to see compassionate humans take care of underprivileged people lead a somewhat normal, to them individually, life and have friendship and a somewhat normal existence. Praise Zach for his kindness!

Muv fitness has been one of the best gyms I’ve ever went to. They have amazing equipment, a clean facility, a pool basketball courts an amazing staff that hold you to your accountability, and the app is the best thing ever you get points for every checkin, workout tracked, all kinds of things and you can use those points for supplements, meal preps, workout gear it’s the best of both worlds

I just joined the gym. I have to say that I’ve been having an amazing experience. To top it off, the app is such a wonderful tool to have. It’s convenient and allows you to book classes quickly and efficiently. I love that you can create your own workouts as well.

Checking the class schedule and booking classes is quick and easy. Helps with planning to get the fitness in during the busy week.

The app is never up to date with classes and who's teaching them. Names of trainers that no longer work there are on the schedule showing the lack of respect for thekr current ones. Muv shows lack of value within their employees and their members. This has been an issue for over 2 years now and have directed is to the direct manager of this location several times. No action has been taken. Don't bother loading the app to your phone with inaccurate information.

Just started at this new gym. The staff has all been super helpful and friendly, and the trainers are super positive and adapt to your style of learning. The app is super user friendly and helpful in utilizing the gym in the most efficient way possible.

This app makes scheduling classes a breeze. I love that it can hook to my Apple Watch to make tracking workouts and my other daily activity easy as well.

I really enjoy the layout of the app and like that I am able to thoroughly track out my work outs. The points system is a bit messed up and doesn’t apply any of the “Ways to earn more” to the point balance. Other than that I really enjoy the app.

The clean team does a great job,always hard at work! It makes me feel especially good with flu season on the way. Trenton and his associate are very thorough and friendly!

Convenient & easy to use! All classes at every location are listen and you can book straight from the app.

The app works well. However the gym doesn’t use it well. The points to earn gear rarely work… it is basically used to check in at the gym… challenges never happen, and classes are usually wrong… but the app is cool. Haha

Please give the option to track weight lifting easier. I send in pictures of my workout on my watch but it never tracks. It always says it’s unable to see it, when the picture is as clear as it can get. I’m missing out on so many points because of this!

I would recommend this gym to anyone looking for a gym to work out in with helpful people.

I am new to the facility. I am loving it very much. I am excited to get back in shape and enjoy those Zumba classes again.

Although this app could improve by adding an Apple Watch feature, it does the job of checking me into the gym and getting my group class schedule fast.

Very easy to book classes from my phone.

Limited to certain things. One thing I use the most is tracking workout. I have to use a different app to do that as I want to track specifically what I’m doing like the BodySpace app. What about meal tracker? Again limited...

This is a great app with different ways to stay engaged to help make working out fun!

I’m unable to add the barcode to my Apple wallet just get an error saying “Barcode not added please try again later”

I’d like to be able to sign in at the gym without lugging my phone around. It’s the only thing stopping me from that

I like how I’m able to easily book classes and cancel them if I need to !

When adding exercises to log calories, the app doesn't even give Les Mills or other exercises you offer as an option. That does not make any sense to me. It seems you would promote the exercises you offer.

Love the app and the gym and staff is very helpful ❤️ can’t wait to reach my fitness goals by pre-scheduling my classes! My favorite or cycling and Mixxed Fit💪🏾

Love it! Love a workout schedule at the tip of my finger tips. Makes showing up so easy!

It helps keep me on target and motivates me to push myself to reach new goals.

Difficult to use, can’t switch home locations so it constantly shows me classes at a gym I don’t attend and I can’t fix it permanently. Really would love a better app for muv.

Really need to add Apple Watch feature. Sometimes when changing password, it won’t let you save it and doesn’t give you a reason why.

Love that there is a community on the app. Very easy to navigate with high speeds and little glitches. GREAT WORK

I’m surprised this App isn’t compatible with iWatch. People who go to the gym want to carry as few items to keep up with as possible. This definitely should be in the next App update.

Cant trouble shoot problem with updating. Says stopped syncing sept 24 sign out then back in to update, I tried that and deleted app to download again. Same issue. Is there a way to connect app to my apple watch?

I like that this gym has a variety of classes and the convenience of booking on the app.
