If you are a new member, most likely the app will not work for you. The app has stopped receiving support over a year ago as of writing this. And so you will not be able to access the app for anything you need or want. If you need a barcode, use the myiclub website (check your email from Xperience) to find your agreement. Email a copy of the agreement to yourself or download if possible. There, it should have a number for your barcode. Copy that barcode, go to a free barcode generator website and generate a barcode for your number. Then screenshot the barcode, and you should be able to use that to check in every time. Just a disclaimer, this may not work for everyone. This was the only way I was able to get it to work for me and a few other people.
EDIT: I tried updating from the App Store but it said I had the most recent version. Then I deleted and re-installed, and it’s a whole new app! And a pretty good one, too! Something must be messed up with the App Store record, because it never updated (either automatically or manually). I’ll leave my original review below in case anyone else has the same problem. Try deleting and reinstalling. App used to be decent - but now I get errors for almost EVERYTHING. Can’t see classes, can’t see info about my location - I even get an “Oops, something went wrong” error when I try to log out!
Love the gym and the staff but this app is atrocious. Idk if they don’t read reviews or something but they force you to use the app even though for what seems like 90% of people it doesn’t even send the password reset link. Feels like by now tons of people would’ve let them know about it but there’s still no fix. So I guess I’ll just continue telling a staff member my phone number and name everyday🤦🏽♂️
Been a member of this gym for over 10 years. They email me regularly. I keep asking for the link to my password, but I never get an email. I’ve tried 4-5 times and also check the junk folder.
As many previous reviews have said, this app is broken for new users as it doesn’t send the password email. I can’t log in to use it if I can’t even sign up for it. Don’t download.
You can not force people to download an app and register an account just so they can stop getting emails from you!!!! Just put the link in the emails to unsubscribe like everyone else you manipulative jerks
I am a new member and the front desk refused to give me a barcode to sign in. All they tell me is to hit the “forgot password” option but I cannot get a reset link! I have no way of accessing my account.
I have tried so many times to have it send a reset link to login and never get one. Guess I’ll be using my original keychain that is falling apart to scan it when I go.
Doesn’t email a link to reset, doesn’t work to login. It’s sad that they gave me this app instead of letting me use my tag like before. This doesn’t even work
All this app is good for is showing your membership number to check in. Nothing else works and the UI is atrocious! I can’t see any classes beyond the current day, there’s no filtering so I see EVERY HOUR the gym is open when I just want the group fitness schedule, and the buttons don’t do anything. I hope XF isn’t paying for this app because it is horrible!
