This app is so much better than calling and waiting on hold and speaking to different people it has everything you needed preset just ordering with a click of a button I love it !
This app is useless. I can put in an order with the app but there’s no telling when the supplies will show up. It’s takes weeks to process and then weeks more to actually receive the supplies. I called the company two days ago because when I finally got a package all it had was infusion sets, which are useless without the cartridges. My daughter has been completely out of pump and cgm supplies for days now. The doctor does not like it when we have to temporarily switch back to MDI while waiting on pump supplies. The phone call took exactly 58 minutes with most of that being hold time. I was transferred 4 times before I got to someone that could resolve the issue. I was supposed to receive tracking info for the missing supplies, but haven’t gotten an email or anything telling me if the supplies have shipped yet or not. I’ll be doing whatever necessary to fine a different supplier. Even if that means switching insurance. Solara and DMS are completely unreliable for med supplies. My daughter is T1D and we don’t have time for all this nonsense.
This app and company are horrible!! There is a major disconnect between the app and quality control. Even if you order on this app, you will get numerous calls for an order, then…you still won’t get your supplies. You’ll spend a ridiculous time waiting on hold to speak with someone. They will redo the order and then you’ll wait again. Delays are usually blamed on “rejected in processing/shipping,” but the system doesn’t notify you or their own staff to follow up on the paused order. Consequently, you have to call, hold, and speak to several employees EVERY time you need supplies! You may even get a different issue each time you call. Then, your supplies will be slow in getting to you. It’s beyond frustrating. Before this company buyout, DME was excellent to work with. If you have a choice, check out other companies first. NOTE: The personnel are professional and really try to help as best they can. I have never encountered unfriendly or uncaring personnel. They’re just bound by systems failures and lack of proper processes.
I got a text on 5/8 that I could order more sensors, then got follow up that they would be shipped 5/13. I was glad because the last order I got, was received on the same day my last sensor was to expire. Then I look on the site to get tracking number with ups, site said would be delivered 5/28. My sensor runs out tonight 5/23. When I called company, they said I got text in error, that I could not order more sensors until 10 days before last one expires. With delivery taking longer, why not get when starting the last sensor, now I will be without a sensor until ups delivers in 5/28. And I am having to pay a copay on top of that! They also suggested that I get a 90 day supply, but what good would that do if you can’t order before 10 days of last sensor you got from order?
I was sent a promotional email for this app, and to register using my son’s (8/yo) information registered to the account. I personally would rather see orders, helpful information, etc on an application as opposed to long wait times on the phone on hold with customer service representatives who pass me from person to person until I’m upset. I downloaded the app only to see the information I input is “not registered”. I called the help line, and after a 22 minute hold time, I was told it’s non accessible for parents of Type 1 children. Unacceptable. I give this company hundreds of dollars for mediocre, at best, services. If my son’s life didn’t absolutely depend on the medical supplies coming from Solara, I would never do any form of business with them. Continually disappointed. This app is just the cherry on top.
Company is horrible. They don’t know how their own billing works, they call you nonstop even after you told them you aren’t reordering your supplies right and worst of all they can’t even give you a price for they product they sell until after you’ve ordered and even then they just tell you what you paid last time not what your actual cost is. I’ve been transferred 3 times today back and forth both being told I need to speak with the person who transferred me for that information, but neither of them know that information somehow. 20 minute wait time per transfer and it’s like this every time I call. Will be switching suppliers.
How did Solara take over a prescription from another supplier without our knowledge or permission? Why is there a substantial charge EVERY month and no record of what the charge is for? Why is the billing person unable to give me the documentation of said charge? Why are invoices not sent out when requested? Why are we unable to log into account? Where is the form that granted you permission to charge a “rental fee” every month? When does the “rental” end? What equipment is the “rental fee” for when our pump and cgms were covered by insurance? Why is this company still in business? There is no point in “reaching out” because it never goes anywhere.
This is much worse than Trace or the other app we were pressured to join. I am tired of getting emails to load this worthless app. So many things wrong, it is hard to list them all. Cannot trace the order, incorrect order information. Cannot use app to pay the bill, etc etc.. only thing you can see is your order history. Come on folks, let’s get a decent product that is worth using before you keep rolling out supposedly better new apps. Get some real IT people with some experience in developing usable software with customers needs in mind and have it beta tested for real live usability.
I wish I could attach the screenshot I took of how unfriendly and disrespectful the agent was to me. I remained polite and respectful even when it was their system that held up my order for weeks. The agent was kind enough to remind me that their company process thousands of orders and mine would not be prioritized due to a system error and closed the chat without my reply. This company agents are a reflection of this company’s values. We are just a “number” to them so they can stay in business. SMH, trash! Will not stay in business for long if that is how they choose to treat their paying customers.
This app is somehow even worse than Trace. There is no way to check an order status, despite the all being out for months and being told that update was coming. You’ll just receive a text weeks later when somehow at Solara decides to process your order. I’ll be switching to a new supplier as soon as possible, this is now the second time in a row where I’ve had to go off my pump and switch to syringes and pens. Solara’s incompetence is affecting clients health, you should all be ashamed
I cant order my medical supplies because it won’t let me log in. It just says “information does not match our records” but it let me log in the first time i signed up and ONLY then, never again after that. I’ve been calling customer service over and over and they can’t figure out how to solve this issue. I was also told the App people themselves would email me but they haven’t. I’ve tried everything, about to run out of medical supplies because of a stupid app :)
The live chat service I received was great, my question was answered to my satisfaction. My only issue is that it seems to be a little difficult for me to sign on to the app. Not real used friendly.
This app and Trace are the worse apps ever I’ve been trying to get these to work on both Apple products and on google play. I use to use Plus but they closed that even though when you call it tells you to use it. I was on wait for over an hour and a half just to find out about my order. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!! They need to get this up and working as we as customers need our supplies without the added stress of these apps.
Pretty much just like every other one star rating, I have to wait weeks to get my order processed. This company is one of the worst in existence. I hope someone who has any power in this company sees these replies and makes a change. This company’s lack of care should be considered negligence and be subject to the law, seeing as how they don’t care that people who rely on them for life saving supplies don’t receive them on time.
I have only been able to access the App one time. I have spent HOURS on hold and talking with tech support attempting to get access. There is no way of tracking orders other than by using the App. The website doesn’t have links to orders, shipping or tracking info. The App doesn’t recognize my log in info and directs me to call the company using the only number for the whole company.
Horrible; they let my husband do without supplies more than one. His order was supposed to ship on August the 14th. I called on August 31st 2023, they said they had not shipped because they had t received some requested documents from the doctor. I asked when did you request the documents and they said, August 25th? 11 days AFTER they were supposed to had shipped. This has happened more than once, do NOT use this company.
Tried 4-5 times sent message from the app about my bill. Asking to send me the bill. But no answer. I guess they like to wait for their money. They had my payment from my FSA for 12 days, kept getting calls I owed the copay. Called many times. Ask for a supervisor to call me. I was told they would call the next day never got a call. This company is the worst.
Going thru the setup and where I am supposed to put in my date of birth all I get is a blank box with no option to select a date. Kinda hard to set up an account when your app doesn’t let me. Tried closing the app out, uninstalling and reinstalling. But no luck I still get the same issue. Might wanna try fixing that.
My Free Style Libre 2 sensor gives me a comforting feeling, because it allows me to know at all times whether my glucose readings are within the acceptable range.
The app tries to send you to Safari. Safari won’t open. I paste into chrome, chrome sends you to app, app send you to safari. A never ending merry-go-round. It’s complete Garbage. Can’t get through on the phone, can’t use the app. Don’t have supplies. Contacting Doctors office to switch to a credible company that know how’s to operate. I will update this review if things change.

This app is totally useless to me. I login and then it asked me to verify my name and date of birth and phone number and I do so and I hit the button and it automatically takes me right back to login in and it just keeps going back-and-forth back-and-forth back-and-forth. I can do nothing with this app. It’s totally totally useless.
This company keeps on refusing to update my information. The doctors who prescribed this medical instruments have been the same for over a year yet they keep on asking me who was the prior doctor I must’ve had about 10 phone calls from them. They are terrible.
The updated MyAPP Features were supposed to include: -Secure Communication Portal -Reorders at the tap of a button -Order Status -Order History – LIVE customer Service – Bill Pay, and more! They added NOTHING - nowhere near anything like this. And good luck calling, or emailing. No one gets back to you. Absolutely horrible customer service
Just down loaded the “myAPP” thinking that this would make life with your company, with LESS frustration. Then I read the reviews that you supplied on this “new” app and your company. So I will NOW DELETE this trash! Please get back to me when you have replaced most of your “agents” and have actually developed a app that works!!
Didn’t think it was possible, but this app is getting worse over time instead of better. Got a notification that my order was shipping, but when I go into the app no such order can be found! Getting ready to dump this company and go with someone else.
I went through the steps of placing an order for insulin pump supplies. I never received any confirmation that the order had been received or was in process. When I tried the LiveChat through the app, I was asked what supplies I ordered, & then had no further communication. It’s not so much that the app is terrible-it’s the company.
I have never been able to use this app to order supplies, as they advertise. I end up calling in the phone after getting frustrated trying to use the app. Just now I tried and I cannot even log on with my fingerprint. It just keeps taking me back to the sign-in page. 🤬
Extremely poor performance. Orders very slow to happen, chat responders give inaccurate info, no tracking that works. It says my order is “processing” but in fact it is in my hands right now. I just call on the phone and that has worked well.
You can’t actually USE this for anything! I try to order supplies, and it just wants me to buy items I don’t even use. When it finally lets me place an order, it doesn’t send me the correct amounts of items I ordered. It’s junk. If I could use a different company, I would.
I can see how this app can be helpful, but when shipping medical supplies you’d think they’d want to make sure it’s going to the right place every time and they don’t. It also won’t let me (19) move away from the account my parents made when i was way younger
It's useless. You can't do anything with the app but see previous orders. I clicked on this app when I could have clicked on another app, my clicking power is deminished by clicking on this worthless app. Thanks....smdh!
The app is useless and does not due anything that the company says it does. It shows and order was placed but never shows anything more than that on the progression of the order. The app is as bad as the company. If I could give it negative stars I would.
I’d give it <1 if possible. This web site is worse than the last and when you call you get put on hold forever. Chat the same way. If I could use something else I would. Might try getting my supplies from a local pharmacy.
They can’t even find me in their system so I can even register on the app but they find me just fine when it’s time to pay the bill and then text incessantly until I pay. They sold out and I will be going elsewhere for supplies.

Says they can’t find my account, but then Customer Service phone line says the same thing until I provide a customer number. Scary for a company that’s providing my oxygen. 😱
This App is useless, it says you're ready for a re order then takes almost a month for delivery. And they remind you constantly to reorder when you don't need supplies. It's just better to call customer service at Solaris.
Even the name MyApp is lame. AdaptHealth truly does not care about you and me, the customers that need diabetic pump sump supplies. They are just buying up all the smaller distributors and deleting customer service. If they truly cared they would address the issues that every single review repeats.
I have never reviewed an app before but Solaras is so bad I needed to. I tried calling but get a hold msg for 52 minutes that never changes. So I downloaded the app. When anything is selected the screen goes black and the app closes. I then tried live chat and the screen would go white and freeze. I am now in the process to find a new supplier. I need a transmitter for my dexcon, they shipped me sensors but no transmitter. And now I am up to 1 week of calling everyday and unable to get a human.
I just spent 4 hours trying to order a transducer. Enterd data over and over again and “ it didn’t match their records”. Only thing worse is their photos system which hung me up for 2 hours with no response.
I hate this app. It will not let me sign in. It fails my “biometric data” and then when I attempt to sign in with my email/password it crashes every time I get to the step to enter it in.
