This app would be good if they could just keep it up and running. I have had to reinstall it several times. My doctor is even frustrated with it. She says she misses messages regularly and patients have a hard time contacting her and getting their information. It’s sad but I have no choice as this is the app that OCH has chosen to use for their patients. The app creator needs to get a more knowledgeable team to fix it once and for all!!
This is, by far, the worst patient portal I have ever used. The app on my iPhone stopped working months ago, in spite of being updated. Nothing comes up…just a blue screen. The online version isn’t much better. It frequently freezes, and does not complete the login process. If I’m lucky enough to actually get logged in, the entire layout is difficult to navigate. It simply is not user friendly, in the least. There is no simple navigation to retrieve results for procedures or x-rays. When attempting to retrieve documentation from physician appointments, I get a lengthy page of html computer language, but not a simple readable document. Unfortunately, this is the portal my healthcare facility has chosen to use, and so, I am forced to deal with it. I gave it 1 star, because I had to, but if given the option of 0 stars, that’s what I would have chosen.
I decided to download the app because it’s useless trying to get info from this online. Well it’s just as useless and I wouldn’t bother. The app kept repeating the login page after I’d already logged in. What page it loads immediately after login in is “We’re sorry but the page isn’t loading at this time” and then click to continue, which brings you right to login page. It’s a cycle and online does the exact same thing as the app. I’d recommend anyone who has health providers who utilize this company to change providers if you actually want to have access to your results. I’m so angry the Dimmit Regional Hosp switched their patient profile to this. It’s useless and I have no record of prior results anymore because this company can’t get it together to import from the old patient portal.
I usually get along pretty well with the app. The only problem I’m having right now is I’m trying to print out a lab report and the date range selection isn’t working so I can’t choose the date I need. It just is not showing any way to choose a date at all, frustrating? Yes.
Easy to set up a pin and get to my results. It lets me print and save my results and message with my doctor, so it has everything I need. It also has a way that you can add your own readings to any of the sections. Recommended app!
Worse medical app ever, it is useless, frustrating and harms
This app has zero useful data. It's probably in violation of hhs regulations. Harks back to the doctor Welby days and is hopelessly out of date. I'll bet their healthcare is way behind the times too. Any healthcare organization that thinks this is a good app, probably needs to get new leaches and send its staff back to nursing school because they are incompetent. This app should signal plaintiff attorneys that this organization is a pushover. For gosh sakes, if your a patient, go to a real hospital. The IT department probably uses Commodore 64 computers, and my guess is the management has no clue just how backwards they are. I gave it one star because they don't allow negative stars.
This is the worst portal ever for us with underlying issues. I can’t even get on the app to follow up with appointments and labs. The screen stays blue. Why can’t the developers see this and fix it!!! I’m going to let the health care facility know that they need to address this situation if they want us to use it otherwise things will get out of control.
Once again, I’m dealing with some very serious health issues, my PCP and hospital uses this platform to communicate with patient and proved updates for care, and I can’t even open this app. It is really a difficult position to be in when an electronic platform doesn’t function properly, causing delays in care.
This app will not load correctly on iPad only on iPhone. On ipad the login screen is covered by the cover picture . You can login by clicking near s the eye of the person and putting in your user I’d and password blindly but it does not load to be able to see login on my screen of ipad.
I open the app and there is a message that the app has been updated and to engage you have to click "Refresh Page" and then it logs you out. It is on a continuous loop what a waste of time and energy for something that doesn't work. Wish my Dr's office would get on board with MyChart.
Went to show Dr My results and the app it was two years behind on my medical history. No current lab results or texting That has been done. Horrible app reflects Bad on Mercy. If they cannot even get this going right and keep it going..
This app is horrible but at least I could message my mom’s Dr.. Since this latest update, the app doesn’t even open anymore. Seriously, what is going on. I swear Wv is the most backward State there is. Step it up. I live in Pa and the app I use is amazing.
It never works. I have to remove and reload too often. Even when you do that, the app still is constantly loading but it never actually does. You shouldn’t have to remove & download numerous times. This app is horrible.
I have spent several hours wasting my time trying to get this out to work. It does not recognize passwords, new passwords, or user ID. I’ve changed my Apple ID twice and the app password multiple times. Don’t waste my time. Fix it.
This app is horrible. Stays down with same error message. You try to call the company and you have to leave a name, number, and DOB. Which is fine if someone would call you back. But completely useless.
June 2024 update, app won’t open anymore just stays at launch screen. When it worked it wasn’t the most amazing app but it wasn’t terrible, did what it needed to.
Constant errors and seldom been able to view encounters. If encounter does load it is usually not readable. Says no records. By far the least user friendly and least reliable.
Can’t view notes or imaging. Don’t work well with Apple password management. Basically same as other reviews stating this is a worthless app. Adding to the chorus in hopes of change.
I don’t appreciate being held hostage and forced to updating an app. I don’t even like in the first place and all I wanted to know was when my appointment was for my doctor and refused to let me see until I update not cool.
Just simply stopped working on my iPhone. I just get a blue screen. This is too important of an app to just stop working and not fix it. If I could give a zero star I would.
Terrible patient portal management system and no Apple Health integration. Ask your hospital and providers to pick a different system for patient management. This one is stuck in the previous decade.
