Sufficient

App gets the job done for me so far with what i need. Refill requests, messaging my doctor, and checking my appointment dates. It also seems to have an option to check in and save your place in line for the urgent care ahead of time. I haven't tested this feature out yet but seems like a nice plus if it works.

Personal information

I love this app. It's very helpful and even more convenient. Although......lately, every time I open the app to do the e-check in, it has either my sons address, or my daughters address in place of mine. I have updated it and saved it, yet when I open it again, it has one of their addresses in place of mine. I do t know why this is happening.

Passcode option no longer works

I have an iPhone 12 running IOS 15.4.1, and the passcode option worked on all previous versions of this app until now. It’s painful to have to remember which password has been assigned and needs to be pecked into the login screen to this account. Please repair this issue ASAP!

Not always easy to navigate

Text Reminders are not great timing. I have many times gotten a reminder For an appointment (day) I show up and it actually is a different week - several weeks away! Awkward to request appts. But I do prefer it to waiting on hold for 20 minutes

Scan and billing doesn't work

Data is there and it is nice to view but Quick Pay feature on the billing statement is missing from the app. Also, the balance in the app and as discussed with the billing department didn't match. And they had trouble finding all the charges, making it necessary to make multiple phone calls

Ap does not sync with chart

Was tested for covid May 2020, tested negative. Needed a doctors note to return to work that was to be transmitted through the app. The note never came and the app does not sync with my medical records or the test results and prevea will not email a letter resulting in my being sent home from work.

Useless app

Cannot login, just shows a load circle for .2 seconds and does nothing. If you guys want me to pay my bill you should make it easier to do so.

Cannot login

Constantly getting errors. ERROR LOGGING IN: There was a problem connecting with the server. Please try again later. Happens every time I try to get in lately.
