The app is good to keep the communication open between the teachers, parents and students. But, I will really help, if the notifications feature could be added to allow better service.
This app has been very helpful in being able to communicate with the teachers and the staff at the school and being able to see past overall grades. This app would be so much better if they could just simply add push notifications, which apparently has been suggested for a couple of years now, and hasn’t been done so the company must not care to improve their product. The other improvement would be if we could see each grade that is being entered into the system on the day that the grade is for so that as a parent we can keep up with what the teacher is putting into the system. We can also help catch any mistakes and address any issues with the teacher. With these improvements this app would excellent.
Doesn’t have any way to receive push notifications. The notifications only come by email if you set your account up to receive them. So if a teacher emails, there is not a push notification to the app, there is only an email sent to you notifying that you have a message and you have to set your account up to receive those. Also could use some visual updates. The look is dated. The last gripe is the the functionality like for ordering lunch is not available on the app. So some functionality is not available unless you actually go online to their website.
Easy to use. I can view upcoming school events, assignments and tests, get homework assignments, due dates, and see grades for completed assignments. You can also send messages to the school administration and teachers, and get notifications on requested alerts for grades, behavior and school announcements. All important stuff parents want to know.
I have three students and in the app their homework is all mixed together so I have to look at each individual assignment to find out whose class it’s in and what child is in that class so that I can know what the homework assignments are daily. Bummer!!!
The app needs some work. If you need prompt communication from teachers, you’ll need to access the site on a computer. Messages are delayed or never come through at all. More detail in the homework area would be nice too.

I have not been able to use the app since school began in August. I don’t see the option to update so should I delete and download again? The website works perfectly, so that’s my go to stay in touch with my child’s schooling. Please advise how to get the app to work. Thanks
This is great for checking messages quickly, but it would be really nice to be able to see grades, assignments, and our lunch/tuition account as well. Is there a plan for those?
It’s nice that they added attendance. But as a teacher, it would be really great if I could put in lunch orders and grades and such. But if you just need something to have communication with parents and you don’t want to haul around a work computer this app is for you.
I wish that it had notifications when teacher emails you that would make a sound or send an alert to your phone. Nothing happens. You have to constantly check the messages. Also when you send a message through the app, the teacher doesn’t receive it.
I love the app overall! But things that need to be added to make it much more useful 1. Buying/paying for lunch 2. Homework tab 3. Grades I got the app so I didn’t have to log in to the site to check on things. I still have to look up and do some much on the site making the app pretty useless
I logged in on the website and created my password just fine. Then, downloaded the app and attempted to login with no success. I tried the new password I created and the initial password. Nothing works.
Our school requires us to pay a fee so they could use this app. I was happy to pay it because I thought it would be useful. Sadly, no grades without logging into the main site. So for me, this is practically useless. Add grades and more detail on tre assignments and I will be happy!
This app is not user-friendly what so ever there is no way to look at grades like we were advised. No way to distinguish between one child and another child. The last app we used for this type of service was so much better.
Knowing what tasks my child needs to do is fine. Knowing if they have done it and where they may need tutoring or extra work is critical!!! Please add this ASAP - or our school will NOT be using your product in the future.
Simply put this app is terrible. It does not give notifications when you get messages or emails. Its very buggy. Update 1.0.7 basically killed the app. It no longer works on my phone.
The online site is great!! The app is TERRIBLE!! What’s the point of having the app when it doesn’t show you anything!?? Why doesn’t it show you GRADES?!! Don’t download the app...its completely useless.
