Enjoy using NuCalm

I really enjoy new calm! It helps energize me and brings me overall balance. Thank you for creating a program that helps in a variety of ways. Meditation for me is better and each time I use NuCalm I feel that it allows me to be more productive. I would only ask one thing, as Newcom continues to improve, it would be really great if you could make it more accessible for the blind. I have a few challenges with the app, but overall I can manage it.

I love it I just wish they had more tracks

I have a lifetime purchase, so I’ve spent quite a bit of money for this product and it has definitely absolutely helpedd me. I just wish they had some more variations because I use it nightly to sleep and really only one of the tracks works for me for the deep sleep otherwise the others actually are not I am not able to sleep with them they don’t make me feel good. I often wake up too early and use the rescue. and other tracks that are meant to be used during the day which absolutely are wonderful for me to wake up in a great place. I just again wish that they had more tracks because I find that using the bio signal and the headphones, and mask sometimes even listening to other mediations is affective as well, so I’m sure if we had more tracks it would great.

Invest in your best self!

As a long time Entreprenuer, Yoga instructor & meditator who’s survived cancer and other seemingly soul crushing calamities I have an intimate relationship will soul sucking stress. I’ve invested 10s of thousands of dollars in lifestyle strategies, supplements and technology for combating stress. I’m happy to say that Nu Calm is THE most invaluable, fast acting, high leverage tool to date. We are “human beings” not “human doings”! We all need to invest in at least 20 minutes a day of letting go and allowing our bodies to just be in a deeply healing state that acts all the way down to a cellular level. Nu Calm delivers faster, more reliably and with much higher returns than my meditation practice. I’m more present, energized, creative, athletic, and joyful w just 20 min a day! The world would be a radically more joyful place if everyone was using Nu calm.

Fraudulent and unprofessional, 100%

I purchased a one year subscription to NuCalm. However, a pop up on their *own site* blocked me from seeing a free trial option. I contacted NuCalm about this several times, asking for a trial instead, only to be ignored, so I opened a dispute with Apple/JP Morgan. I treated the dispute as a time to demo the service, and shortly after NuCalm cancelled my account. However, because of something in NuCalm’s contractual documentation, they and Apple are refusing to refund my one year payment **even though** I no longer have a live account. This means I was charged a full year subscription and have zero access to the service. Payment was taken but no services were rendered. I’m now out several hundred dollars and have nothing in exchange. Let’s let the world decide: bogus or legitimate business practices? Why charge someone in exchange for nothing while only creating obstacles to rectify the situation?

Life changing

This app has allowed me to process events in my life that I didn’t realize still needed attention. I’ve been able to free myself of feelings of anxiety, depression, past trauma, and fear by using this app. There is no “protocol” for how to use it, but I treat it as a sacred experience: door closed, lavender diffuser, weighted blanket, face mask, disc on my wrist, and at least 20 minutes of uninterrupted time for myself. I allow my mind to wander and the healing occurs. I am so thankful for this app and the peace it has brought to my life. It’s simple, but that’s the key, it allows the mind to heal in a safe space and process events without being guided by someone else.

Life Saving

Hi, I’ve been using NuCalm for a few years and I truly believe that it has saved my life. I’m a childhood trauma victim and suffer with CPTSD. Before NuCalm, I wasn’t able to sleep because of violent dreams and flashbacks. I even had waking nightmares of unbridled violence. I have never even been in a long term healthy relationship. I was at the point of checking out of this world. Since starting NuCalm, I’ve been able to sleep deeply for more than a year. I no longer have violent dreams when I’m sleeping or awake. My flashbacks are even more manageable. I can’t recommend this app and this company enough. They are phenomenal people and a godsend!

Haven’t felt this good in years

I have struggled with depression and anxiety due to the past and watching my Mom go through a long Alzheimer’s diagnosis. I was her main care taker which I wanted to do for 4 years until it got to be too much. After she went home to live with the Lord I stated in a state of numbness, depression and anxiety and didn’t know how to make it stop. Medication made some of it worse and some bearable. It wasn’t until I heard about NuCalm that everything changed. I was excited for the first time in many years; able to get a great workout in and not be too tired to do it. For several days I forgot to play the ignite when I was working out and working and I went back to not liking to work out and hard to get motivated. Then it hit me that I wasn’t using NuCalm. I haven’t forgotten since and life is a beautiful thing that I no longer want to waste a moment of. Karen

Seriously changed my life

I’ve had NuCalm for years and I use it almost every day. I use it mostly when I meditate. I’ve had times where I’ve been stuck, stressed, and overwhelmed with big business decisions and when I meditate with NuCalm I get a peaceful clarity I cannot get anywhere else. I know my business is where it is today because if NuCalm!! I also use ignite when doing cardio and working out. I feel like I’m on fire!! The app is always updating and is very user friendly in my opinion. 100% worth every dime!

This program truly works!

Using this program was truly one of the best decisions I have ever made. Using this program has resulted in now being able to concentrate fully again and to see the best in things I view. I have a new sense of energy and I am trying things I would never have tried before. It has allowed my mind to accept things that were hard for me to accept before and it has given me back the gift of “peace of mind.” I am looking at life differently and I use NuCalm every day.

Worth every penny

I have dealt with anxiety and panic attacks as well as chronic health issues for the past several years. I’ve tried everything imaginable to combat these issues - acupuncture, Qigong, transcendental meditation, sound baths, yoga and on and on. None of them have left me feeling consistently calm, peaceful, clear-minded and energized the way NuCalm has. I’ve never looked forward to meditation in the past but I can’t wait for my NuCalm sessions. They leave me in a state of pure bliss. I cant recommend this app highly enough.

Most amazing technology

The combination of products this company has developed over more than a decade of research is absolutely amazing. It can be pricy for people just starting out but this investment is life changing. And I am not exaggerating. It has transformed the way I can focus at work and also ensure overall fitness and wellness. My sleep and mood and productivity have improved immensely and i now use it every day. And ignite is just an added bonus to help me level up my workouts and sports competitions.

Doesn’t help with sleep

My review is an honest, unpaid one.I got this primarily to help with sleep and it doesn’t really help at all. There are also only 3 sleep songs, the sonic one is very annoying, sleep melodies just ok and I do like the rain one but not every single night. For what they charge with no return possible if dissatisfied, they could do so much better. The rescue I use often but only find it somewhat helpful. The stickers seem to be just that. Really expensive stickers. They give you zero proof of any clinical evidence that they do anything or what they are actually made of. I definitely do not recommend this. Their are so many better ways to help anxiety and sleep issues.

Love Nu Calm app needs some help

I love using Nu Calm. The program is great and I’m so grateful to have found it. The app has two issues that I’ve found. One when I try to download the tracks to my phone to use while traveling it doesn’t work. I’ve tried different tracks none of them will download. Second issue is that I use the Deep Sleep tracks at night. If I play them through Airplay to my Sonos over wifi it immediately ends the track. It won’t play that way but will play over Bluetooth to a Bluetooth speaker. Please fix these issues.

Rescued

I have been a NuCalm user since 2019 in the midst of major life events. I turned to the Rescue options knowing my situation and the tendencies of my nervous system. NuCalm has been such a relief to my system time and time again. If I am short on sleep it almost always guarantees a nap, if I am processing an issue it helps me gain the distance for inner reflection, feeling and knowing. For me it has now become another version of meditation I can turn to.

Lifesaver!!!

I use NuCalm everyday and can’t imagine my life without it. It helps me tremendously in school - I get my work done faster and I feel better about the work I am producing. I also do better on exams when I study with NuCalm. Consistent use has helped manage my anxiety and has greatly improved my sleep quality - I no longer get afternoon slumps and I feel great in the morning, even waking up super early. Love it!

Nu calm is a lifesaver-app a bit clumsy

Nucalm is so helpful it’s worth the cost, the clunky app and the frustratingly small number of discs available through the subscription service now. Really it’s life changing for me, you can have a horrible night if sleep and completely salvage your day with nucalm. A cat nap is boosted times 10. It’s great! The app has a tendency to malfunction though and I’ve never successfully downloaded a track I think. To me it’s worth the hassle and the money though.

Love NuCalm

I just had a total knee replacement and I find it very difficult to sleep due to the recovery pain. I started using NuCalm and all of a sudden I was sound asleep. It was like magic. I would turn on the app, put the disc on and boom…I’m out. I am also a combat veteran and have issues sleeping and this also helps with PTSD. Would like to see a download feature.

I want to give it five stars and Love the app but wish you could download. I like to turn my phone on airplane mode and turn off Wi-Fi to sleep. Also, many times I wish I could have it turned on in flight.

A Game Changer!

As an airline pilot I'm subject to all sorts of stress and circadian disruption. NuCalm has been a game changer for me and jet lag. While it used to take me three days to recover from an international trip, now it's less than one. Plus while on the road, NuCalm helps tremendously with my often stressful schedule. With so many tracks, options, and easy to use, I'd highly recommend NuCalm to everyone!

NuCalm is a miracle

I have a long history of trauma, stress, and anxiety. I found various ways to deal with these issues, however NuCalm is taking it to a deeper level to actually heal these issues. I have not had an anxiety attack and almost one month since I begin using the app. The discs are amazing for times when I’m really stressed out. I highly recommend 2000s way way up. I

Overpriced

What’s sad is as great as this is, it is completely an out of reach investment for most people. The cheapest subscription is $50 a month and comes with only 10 discs. That means you can use nuCalm as prescribed only 10 times that month since each disc is a one use. To make it worse, you can buy more desks at four dollars each. Do you see how much this adds up? So even though the subscription may only be $50 you could be spending an additional hundred dollars a month just buying discs.

NuCalm…LOVE IT!!!

I have a lifetime subscription of NuCalm… it has been by far the best investment of my life. In the world of stress, the phrase “There’s an App for that” truly describes NuCalm, which has a track/channel for all of my needs. No need for pain, anxiety or sleep meds… I can even align my chakras. Rescue calms my mind and helps my body heal & recover. DeepSleep helps me get to sleep fast and PowerNap is just that… 20 mins and I’m good to go for hours. Focus gives me clarity and takes my multitasking to another level… it’s AMAZING. Ignite gives me the performance boost I need… NO NEED FOR CAFFEINE. FlowState takes me to my inner creativety. I’m a 27+ year Firefighter… going strong and powered by NuCalm! The Support Team is awesome too!

App and website are trash

I wish I could give a decent review but the website and app wont even allow me to make the purchase. Received loads of error messages and tons of log in loops where I was never able to log in even after attempting. I was able to complete the purchase but no confirmation email nor was the money taken from my account. It's as of the company doesn't want to make money! Definitely a terrible first impression. I wish the 1 star reviews were false but turns out my experience is going exactly that way

Reliable success

This is the only thing that has truly helped me improve my sleep and lower my cortisol. I use Rescue daily and have never felt better! I used to wake up feeling groggy and never felt like I had a good nights sleep until I started using NuCalm. My cats love to NuCalm with me everyday as well, it is great for all of us!

Subscription Fail

I tried to reactivate my account. I paid once at the website thinking it will be active when I download the app and log in. NOPE. I saw the red exclamation mark on the plan and clicked. It took my back to my account that showed still deactivated and that I had not paid. So thinking it may not have gone through, I paid again and still no unlocked bundle. Beginning to think that giving NuCalm another chance was a mistake.

Most Relaxed and Best Sleep I’ve Ever Had

I have been using the App for 60 days now. I rely on 3 Journeys Rescue, Ignite, and Deep Sleep. I have been more relaxed, focused, energized, and motivated than any other point in my life. My mood is more upbeat and consistently better since I started. No drugs just changes in my brain frequencies. Love, Love, Love. NuCalm.

I got stressed with you

I have two hours trying to complete my registration and it is just impossible to do it. At least 10 times and keeps sending a message of error at the end after adding my credit card info. I am coming from a company conference were you guys motivated me to proceed but is just insane keep trying to buy something that you don’t want to sale. I also scanned the QR with the promotion you gave me and is just a scamm. So disappointed because I believed you.

NuCalm really works

I have been using NuCalm Reboot when I study and it helps me to focus like nothing else I’ve ever tried. Deep sleep helps me get to sleep quickly and I wake up in the morning feeling so refreshed. I highly recommend NuCalm and I think everyone should try it.

Pricing is unreasonable and no option to try

Their min subscription is $50/month, which is inaccessible to most, and on top of that there is no free trial option to try the product and determine if it actually works for me. Their min subscription includes CDs shipped monthly, which is not useful for me as I don’t even own a CD player. NuCalm team, if you are serious about going direct to consumer, growing your business and making an impact you have to fix your pricing and subscription model.

App is great customer service is the worst

This app has already changed my life BUT I had login issues that the Help section counts fix and I CANNOT get in touch with customer service to save my life! For an app this expensive it’s unacceptable. It’s mostly run by AI which is less than helpful. NUCALM you need to do much better in regards to customer service.

Just ordered and cannot use

I just ordered and downloaded the app. When I log in, all the tracks are locked saying that I need to purchase. However when I go online to my account from the app itself, it shows that my account is active and have been charged. When I contacted customer service they said it would take a day to get back to me. Totally feel like they took my money and left me hanging.

Don’t know what I did before NuCalm

Improves My Daily Life

I started using NuCalm when my husband introduced me to it. At first, I started with Reboot, which helped me get centered so I could get back to work feeling great. But when I got access to Ignite, which I started listening to on my drive to the gym, it helped me not only get fired up, but lift more. And don’t get me started on Deep Sleep, but since you asked, I fall asleep faster, deeper, and wake up more refreshed. All of these have a timer, but you can make your sessions go longer.

I don’t leave reviews (pretty much ever) but NuCalm has been a game changer for my nervous system and how I sleep. I honestly cannot recommend the app (and really the full system) enough!

Game changer

I love this app! Consistent use has made a huge difference in my sleep. Rescue is amazing specially since my brain has always been on a state of hyper vigilance due to early life trauma. My sleep has improved a lot.

Came out of a hole…..

Commit to immediately upon awakening. Rescue at least 30. Each morning . Deep sleep at night. 8 hours…. You get deep when you commit to Rescue 120 Saturday morning journey. Thank you girls and guys at NC. Solid product. Solid company.

Best app!

I use this app more than any other app. The deep sleep works amazing. The rescue is unbelievable. Gratitude is awesome. Love this app. Been using it for almost 10 years now and love all the advancements they’ve made.

Worth It!

I initially purchased this for sleep but upgraded during their sale to have all of the channels. Really great tracks for whatever you need! I’d love more Tony Robbins on the Ignite tracks- lol! Great work!

Very rarely works

This app is the most glitchy poor performing app I’ve ever had. And it’s continually gotten worse. It’s definitely an app problem and not my phone or Wi-Fi connection. This app will often not go past loading screen regardless of how many times I delete, restart phone, and download. It’s been like this on 3 iPhones. I always get newest iPhone..

Just paid. App does not work.

They clearly know the app is Jenkee because the first thing you see when you open the app it’s instructions on what to do if it doesn’t work for you. It worked for a few minutes and now it’s just a gray screen. I follow their instructions to reinstallThe app, but same result. Just a gray screen that does not change. IS THIS COMPANY A SCAM??
