I have an active subscription for this magazine. Since the last week of August, I’ve not been able to download any new issue for the magazine. Three emails later, NO RESPONSE! Customer service is the worst. I’m not renewing my subscription. It’s so disappointing that they have no one to reply to a simple email. Don’t waste your money! I have six different magazines and never had any problems with them. If there’s a place to rate them, I will give them a ZERO!
I have this digital subscription for about two years. The app functioned well on both my iPad and iPhone. Since September 2019 it’s not functioning at all on my iPad and since last week my iPhone newest issue doesn’t appear yet previous magazines appear AND MY SUBSCRIPTION IS ACTIVE. I wrote to MAZ twice and only received on email with instructions to try and resolve my problem. The instructions could not be followed because on my iPad the “cog-wheel” doesn’t appear all. I sent another email with 2 screenshots of my issue and 72 hours later had no response. I called the customer service number and spoke with the tech and he was totally perplexed and said the subscription department will call me back. I think it was a brush off response. If I am wrong I will state it in my next review. For now, please DO NOT PURCHASE this app from the Apple Store. There definitely is a major glitch in this particular app provided by MAZ.
Funny, I've had issues on my iPad Air and iPad air2 with Time, People and others...most of which take a while to load each issue. Signed up for OK as a cheaper mag, but it downloads every week flawlessly in under 20 seconds, never had any issues reading it and great quality/clarity. Not as many fancy features as the others but stable and the say to read more than make up for any limits. Love it!
This is the most unbelievably not working magazine app. For several months i could not read any of the magazines. After sending an email about it I didn’t get any reply for several months. Then somebody sent an email and it started working again. Every once in a while when you try to read one of the previous magazines, it opens The Enquirer.
I have had this app for several years with no problems until September. I have not been able to receive new editions and no response to customer service. I have a current subscription. I have re downloaded the app. Nothing works no response from customer service. What a joke. Save your money.
This app is terrible. It often tries to charge you for the newest issue even with a paid subscription. Then you have to try ten things to download it and eventually contact customer support. Plus the "feed" is so loaded with ads that it will shut the app down. Don't bother!
This app does not work. Even though there’s a paid subscription, the app does not download or let you read previously downloaded magazine. There’s virtually no customer support and you will not get your money back..this is a total scam-rip off. Again, DO NOT BUY!!!
Have am experiencing the same problem with the app on both my phone and iPad. My subscription is active and have deleted and installed numerous times. Never even got a response from my email inquiry of over 2 weeks ago.
I am a subscriber since May of this year and have yet to be able to read the issues on my table - No Subscriptions Found is the answer I get when I try to restore purchases. Customer service is non existent so don't waste your time. I will not renew the subscription.
Like a lot of people have stated, this app hasn’t worked since September 23, 2019. It doesn’t even work on iPhone XR. Multiple emails, no response. Tried all the tips to no avail. I suggest everyone protesting charge on their credit cards to get refunded. They are defrauding us! Sheila
It's not working from September 2019 and when I deleted and then wanted to reinstall it, the error jus has been occurred: it is not compatible with the with your iPad! I have old iPad with iOS 9, is not working for old iPad anymore? Really? It is not acceptable at all!!!!
Ok, so why do I have to pay for each issue if I have already subscribed and paid for the whole year? Apple will not refund you. Good luck getting support from the magazine itself.
I am having same problem as Auntibelle...I have had this app for 3 years now and it worked great before September 2019. I hope this issue is rectified soon or our money refunded on the subscription.
Its so difficult to use and I can't read it well. There is no organization and it is constantly glitching. I guess it will be a while until we can get a mobile magazine.
It's slick, glossy, and not glitchy like previous versions. I recommend giving users access to more control. For instance, the app asked me previously if I'd like to clean up old copies, and I said no. Now I do want to, but I can't find the option.
I have always had a print subscription to the magazine and was very hesitant to get the digital version on my new iPad. But, I'm so glad I did. I love it!
I love the gossip when I can read it. I will be in the middle of an article, an ad will pop up directing me to the App Store, I hit go back to ok and the stupid ad won't go away so I can't read the rest of the article. Also does not update with new stories. You have to click on an old story, hit the ok icon and get the new stories. So, annoying!!
Way too many pop up ads on this app. Every single click pops up an ad that you have to wait at least 10 seconds to close. Since every article is a slide show, it takes forever to get through one. Nobody's got time for this nonsense
This app is horrible. I don't even usually write reviews, but this is so bad I'm making an exception. The app is super slow. Despite the fact that I paid for it, ads pop up everywhere, and the app constantly glitches and reloads or skips pages. It's awful.
Not impressed with the magazine. I bought a subscription but I'm unable to download new issues. I have no buttons to go to the main menu or download the new magazine. Please fix.
Ever since the last update I cannot download any new issues! I have contacted customer support twice with no response! I just renewed my subscription on September 1st but I am going to cancel it!
