Just a simple suggestion for more clarity and less confusion: All the mind/body activities and classes should be listed under Mind/ Body distinct section / category. Please note some of the mind and body category for mysterious reason only/only listed under Group Activity. Thanks
1. Instead of forcing to add to calendar every time you register, it would be good to have a setting where you can enable and it would automatically add every time for you. 2. The only calendar you can add to is your local iPhone calendar. It would be helpful if more options are given - Google calendar for example 3. The app does not give notifications when registration is open 4. I’m constantly having to force quit and refresh when going in every time to look at what classes are available, to register and to unregister. It should be able to refresh itself 5. It would be nice to be able to reorganize the list to your preference.
Overall good, but buggy following most recent update
I like this app & use it often—mostly good experience all around. However after the most recent update (around Feb 16, 2021) to 4.4.1 I’m having issues where the front page won’t load completely (only loads the top banner—none of the lower banners for group fitness, etc...). I’ve restarted my phone, reinstalled the app, logged off & back in, but it’s still acting buggy. I just missed signing up for the class I wanted tomorrow because the classes banner wouldn’t load. Now I’m #10 on the waitlist. I don’t see anywhere to report this bug...hopefully someone will see this & fix it. Thanks
So first, I’m not find this to be a very helpful app in that there is no list of classes that are available in my area shown on the app. A reservation system for lap swim and for the warm therapy pool is available, but no list of which classes are held at available times to choose from, such as Aqua Fit, etc. The second thing, and even more concerning, is that the developer has seemingly not updated the privacy settings in awhile. At the end of the app page, it states this quite clearly. I will be deleting this app from my phone and, quite frankly I’m not sure why someone would put it on their phone with the lack of security.
For a couple of weeks I have not been able to access classes. I can access the screen that Shied the various department but when I go to the All Classes, Group studio, Mind & Body, etc. all I get is a white screen. Gone to my list of apps but can’t find anything there to help. Please, please someone help me Because I cannot register for classes or check in as well.
Class instructors are asking us to use the app to sign up for classes since New Year is coming and class sizes may become an issue. However, when I downloaded the app and attempted to sign in, I keep getting error message Account not found. I called my Dawsonville location and was told that I just need to keep trying because the app is having issues. I’ve tried over and over for a couple days now and still have the Account not found error. Frustrating experience. I love the fitness center, but this app needs some help.
I don’t ever write reviews. This needs it. I’ve been told many a times I can cancel my account through app or online account. When you put in the request it goes nowhere. I’ve received multiple penalties for not checking in, when I literally checked in via the app barcode and the front desk. What is the point of this app when nothing actually works and instead you penalize or make your members lives harder. Hire an app developer who knows what they’re doing and fix this.
The club hours for Old Town are listed incorrectly on the app home page for today which led to me wasting my time going to a closed gym and prompting this review. Also nothing happens when I register for a class and click “add to calendar.” Sometimes while browsing classes they show incorrectly as if for days other than the day you clicked on.
New app removes ability for clients to view their training session balances. In addition they have a new practice of expiring all sessions after 90 day which is a change in their contract. I have been going to this gym for more than 10 years and it should be illegal to change contact and app to hide their theft of a clients session. There is no way to see any of this detail any longer. Good job some one should have a class action lawsuit against these practices.
I can’t register for classes because it won’t allow me to register my home club. I press the Next button, and nothing. There’s no help or info place to call and when I click the link to Motionvibe, there is no way to reach out to anyone from there. It’s like they are trying NOT to help. So now I have to go to my gym and complain that the app doesn’t work and have them manually sign me up for classes. What a waste of everyone’s time. Hopefully they make fixes to this app to make it usable.
The most convenient addition this app could have would be adding an apple wallet feature. It would be so convenient to be able to check in by pulling up my pass on my Apple Watch so that I don’t even need to bring my phone into the building with me since my watch already contains everything I need.
Overall this has been a great app. I use it frequently to register for group classes. Once registered for a class there’s an option to “Add to Calendar “ and it stopped working at some point.
I think you have to go on their website and create your account there, then come to the app and sign in with that info. That's what worked for me anyway. Once you get in the app looks fine, haven't really used it yet.
Always good to know about classes and other locations, but…could be much more useful. My personal trainer has to use text messages/email to share info. Why not use this platform?? Could also use it to have trainer provide a workout, which is then tailorable, and also a place to record progress!
The app is great and the optional barcode pop up is very useful. However, they need to update the gym hours in real time. More than once I’ve showed up to a empty closed gym after seeing “open” on the app. Along with the “open” hours being displayed. The app does not do a best job telling gym members that the gym is in fact closed not open. Please fix this, thank you for reading.
The only reason I even used the app in the first place was to keep track of my daily/yearly check-ins every time I scanned my barcode. It helps me to track and maintain my schedule. Super frustrating, the Onelife Atlanta app was wayyyy better. But it’s no longer synced and no longer tracks my check-ins as there has been a system update and it requires me to use this lame app :( 👎👎👎👎
This place does not care about cleaning or ensuring bathrooms are functional. Men’s toilets have been broken for weeks and the floors in the restrooms/locker rooms are horrendously filthy around the bathroom stalls. They are making plenty of money. Do better!! I recommend LA fitness if this place doesn’t get its act together. This comment is specific to the Burke location.
I can not add the app to my Home Screen. I could not find a place to get this corrected. I have an iPad. It was on my screen and now it isn’t. I can not delete and reload either. This makes it useless.
I wish that this app had an Apple Watch version so I could use it to scan in. I know they have the mini scan cards but I’d prefer not to bring any of that into the gym.
I am so proud to be apart of the family Here at one life….The staff is amazing And they are so willing to help in every way. The gym is very clean and has every Option to exercise to your limit. Meaning the equipment is outstanding. Again I am just so happy to be apart here This is home.
My Iphone 10 and my sons Iphone 7 allows us to scan our ID at the front desk but not check into a class that we registered for causing an unregistered penalty. Front office says there is an issue with the app. So fix it !!
Frustrating. Haven’t been able to register for any classes in months. How about a lottery system where after a couple hours the system randomly picks who is registered?
I register. Select a bike. Then it disappears. Doesn’t log my attendance or anything. I guess asking for my riding stats would be out of the question. A girl can dream (but srsly Lifetime can do it).
If I didn’t have to use this app I wouldn’t. Only good for signing up for capped classes IF it’s not crashed. Continued issue. Basic. Onelife step it up.
With having to register and sign up for classes, it is done well to sign up if you’re in before the limit is reached. If you get on the waiting list for a class, app will never let you know if you make it in before that class starts. A update did happened to visibly show you your waiting list number if you log back into the app, but it should still notify the person if they make it off the waiting list. Some people will only go to the gym if they know they can get into the class and there’s a lot of people registering and then I registering for classes and it’s not notifying the people that are able to join at that point
The app is configured to track your check ins as it says right on the front “you have completed 0 class check in’s (last 30 days)” and doesn’t not track it for you. Either the app needs to take that off and other sections where it acts like it will be tracking your check in’s and just be an app to store your membership card and to view group fitness schedule or actually track it where it says it will. It’s a little frustrating when you’re trying to stay motivated and the app tells you you’ve completed 0.
First off, MotionVibe makes it very challenging to provide feedback on their apps. No email or contact info is posted on the website nor built into the app. Each update description is a copy/paste from the last. No list of any of "the great new features" is provided. Bug example: sort group exercise classes by aquatics and you won't see the pool classes, they're listed under the regular classes instead.
The app opens up flashes the splash screen then appears to close but is actually running. In background. When you try to switch to app it does the same thing, opens then closes or goes background. Useless at this point. I have noticed several recent reviews from the month of March all saying the same thing. Is the developer working on the issue? No answers from developers or OneLife. Great Support, NOT!
The app is barely functional. Some views work but about 70% of them are just blank white screens. There are 7 different categories for classes but only one works. Timeline doesn’t show accurate data (despite being a member for years, I have 0 visits). You can update billing information but not account information, go figure the sections that deal with them getting money have the fewest bugs.
This app is garbage much like their website. You can't sign in because when try to sign up and put in a password you receive an error stating the login field is blank. This happens no matter how you try to sign in. Their website is much the same. You put in your member number and says member number not found. Funny, Weber been members for three years now. Great years, crappy apps and websites. Unfortunate.
This app is constantly broken. Every time I see an update is available I get a little excited but am ultimately disappointed. I used to be able to at least create a new account but now I can’t get in at all. Send an email to reset password? BROKEN! Sign up as a new user? BROKEN! Remember me for next time? BROKEN! This app is not worth the memory space it takes up on my phone.
This app is great for when it comes to registering for classes at a gym. It can also put you on a waitlist if the class is full, HOWEVER, it doesn’t notify the person on a waitlist that a spot is available if someone from the active list unregisters. What is the point of having a wait list then? Please update and allow notifications for people on waitlists!
This is the most aggravating app that I’ve ever used. I set up my account three times and the password was never accepted. At first I thought it was user error but after the 3rd time I am convinced this is a useless app. I have set up many online accounts correctly so this is NOT a user issue. Please fix the app so it can be useable.
Updated to the latest version and it doesn’t recognize me. Ask for assistance and it doesn’t know my email. Try and create a new account and it can’t verify my membership. Try to ask for app assistance, and I need an account to log in for help. It’s one star because I can’t give zero folks.
Needs to start up faster. Have new iPhone and this is one of the slowest starting apps I have. Needs to have have the check in card available in the apple wallet. I think too much focus was spent on getting gps location and tying that to checkin. Makes the whole app clunky.
My account number is correct when you look at my account number but when I click on check in the barcode doesn't have my full number and no one seems to know why at the gym .... worst part there is no one to help me out and no one to contact
I keep getting a message telling me that my login information is incorrect. I am able to login on the computer with no problems though. I’ve double checked and triple checked to make sure I’m putting in the same information.
Always logs you out and then says incorrect password when trying to log back in. Have to create a new user ID and password every so often for the app to log out and ask for it again. Too buggy to bother with using this app
I wish it tracked your check ins like its supposed to. 😐 high key upset. The only thing I like is that I can see the group fitnesses and times without holding onto the piece of paper they have at the club.... honestly it’s the only feature that works maybe that’s why I like that one. Sigh.
Such a bad app. Never remembers my password. Never recognizes my user name and password but let’s me create the same user name and password more than once. Layout is awful and still shows me classes in the past. Don’t know why they released it without it working fully.
Why can’t I see the classes for each location in the app? I have to go to the website just to explore new classes. This app needs a lot of work and currently isn’t worth the space it takes up on my phone.
The app doesn’t let me see any classes at my location. It all comes up blank even though I know classes are being offered. Also, the app keeps switching my home gym. Sometimes it says Hagerstown, sometimes it says Bethesda, sometimes it says somewhere in Virginia.
This is the official member mobile app for Onelife Fitness. Members can access fitness class schedules, club hours, and information on the go. Online class booking is now available at certain locations.
