I’m seeing results!
I don’t understand all of the complaints about this app. I don’t even look at it as a diet, but more of a lifestyle change. I’m eating foods I never would’ve tried before and loving them. I’m eating more and losing weight which I didn’t even think was possible. The only improvements I would suggest are for the app. There should be an option to save a recipe you like so that you eat it more than once instead of having to search for it by changing the recipes several times until you find it again. Also, it would be nice to put in the main ingredients you want to eat and search for recipes with that ingredient. For example, I want something with salmon. I should be able to search salmon recipes to find them quickly. It would also be nice to get some eating out suggestions for restaurants. Other than that, I love it!

Great meal planning app!
I was hesitant when I read some bad reviews. I agree I would like to be able to add my own calories to the app, but the idea of the app is to follow the meal plan provided and not deviate from it. They formulate the meals to balance the macro nutrients each day. So far the only negative thing I have to say is that the mug cake recipe is missing the measurements of ingredients. Now to the positive stuff, I am so excited to eat every day. I suggest, if you’re not a fan of “fancy ingredients” or complicated meals, to set up your account to choose “easy meals, under 30 mins”. There were some recipes that I couldn’t find ingredients for, but it is very easy to sub out the provided meal for an alternative within the app. I’ve been taking vitamins & fiber supplements outside of the meal plan, and meeting the water goals every day. I’ve been doing it for 5 days and have already lost 4 pounds with minimal exercise. I think the hardest part of healthy eating for me is not knowing how to prepare healthy meals using fresh ingredients, this app helps with that beautifully— and they’ve all been delicious, fairly simple meals. The bugs mentioned in previous reviews appear to be resolved. I had no issues with the shopping list, and I don’t see why people are claiming it’s scammy. If you’re wanting to change your lifestyle and eat healthy, commit to the app. So far I’ve really been enjoying it and I feel great every day!

Works well if you do
This is very customizable, so answer the intake survey honestly. I have done everything as directed except for walking all 10,000 steps for four days. I am already down 5.2 pounds only four days in and the most steps I’ve gotten in a day is 8600. They try to be very “unboring” with the meal plan, so the first trip to the grocery store will be a little expensive because you eat a wide variety of foods. For instance, the meals that came up for me based on my preferences included three different types of protein powder per the menu. I only found two types (which were not inexpensive) but, first, in the recipe it said to use any protein powder you have on hand and second, I only need a few teaspoons for each recipe, so a $16 ounce jar will last for a very long time.I am thrilled with the results. The exercise routines are also varied and they show you how to do the moves. Mine turned out to be a 30 minute workout two or three times a week. No special equipment is required. You just have to force yourself to get up and start moving and the weight will come off! I believe that the ideal weight I entered actually will be attainable in just a few months with this plan!

Meal ingredients are not realistic nor available in your local grocery store
I admit I signed up before I did my research so shame on me. I have canceled my subscription after 2 days. The real review here should be about the app. . .my cancellation is more about the MENU and the INGREDIENTS. I will give you my input on both. As far as the app. The app is decently laid out. . .however it does not make it easy to create your menu for the week if you want to change your meal selections. . .you have to go into EACH DAY and EACH MEAL and make the changes. . .you can’t see them all at once. VERY TIME CONSUMING! I am canceling because of my dissatisfaction with the MEAL PLAN. It is not realistic in the ingredients in the recipes. It does not build on simple ingredients with a few exotics. . .it’s all pretty much exotic and not many of these foods are readily available at my local grocery store (and I live in an affluent area with speciality grocery stores within 5 miles of my house). My husband and I are foodies and are comfortable with most everything in cooking and when I started looking at the menus I realized I don’t have time to deal with these menus and the complexity of buying the ingredients not to mention the extreme waste based on not incorporating ingredients in multiple meals. The meal plan is VERY disjointed. On a side note. . .I can’t think of many people I know that eat “oat porridge” or any type of porridge for that matter. I eat oatmeal. . .

this is a scammy app
I was looking to get to being more active and looked at a few apps PB being one of them. it seemed a little too complicated and everything seemed to be a like an add on and it was not for me . so i canceled the app , or so i thought . i received a notice today like 15 mins ago i was being charged for another month of an app i am not using . i redownloaded the app , since i had removed when i thought i initially canceled and looked to cancel my subscription. i checked in the normal apple subscription cancel area but its not there . not anywhere in the app . i had to go to a website to even start the process . i found a chat feature and went that route and was able to cancel but as far a the refund their policy is to not give one , even though it said elsewhere as long as it’s requested in 14 days of last payment , which like i said , it was more like 14 minutes. i was offered a 25% refund for an app i didn’t use , that i deleted , that was very pay to play and didn’t work for me for 15 minutes of having it after i thought it was already canceled . this is a scam. it’s way too complicated to cancel , its best to not use at all . stay away . use at own risk

What a JOKE!
I completed the questionnaire, specifying the types of foods and diet selections I prefer. You are not allowed to see an example of the curated meal plan until you pay. This should have been a red flag but I’m desperate. I paid for the program ($40) and took a look at what they came up with. The program was full of expensive, rarely used, oddball products that I would have to purchase to follow my meal plan such as, liquid aminos, nutritional yeast, isolated soy protein, hemp protein powder, one week called for 4 different types of milks (soy, almond, oat, rice), etc. I know many people are into these types of products but I was really just looking for a plan tailored to my needs and tastes. I just want to lose weight with normal, everyday foods. Which I thought I would get by competing the lengthy questionnaire. Knowing I definitely would not enjoy this meal plan, let alone stick to it, I requested a refund on the same day I paid for it. They refused to refund my $40 but I was offered a new meal plan. No, not interested. I’m out $40. I cancelled my subscription but I still need to watch and make sure they don’t automatically charge me again in 3 months. Lesson learned. Beware.

Doing it’s job but can be frustrating
This app has truly helped me just in a week begin reforming my eating habits. however, I do not like avocados and that is not on the list of things that you can choose to not have any in your recipes. so I spend a lot of time changing the recipes because I don’t eat avocados. also, for some reason it keeps changing my target weight to my current weight which is not helpful. The shopping list itself is also pretty annoying because everything is listed in ounces, which is not how yogurt, pasta or meat is typically sold, for example. I am definitely going to continue using this because I paid for three months and it’s working, but truly the app is just poorly designed and not user-friendly. It’s interesting that they ask you if you would eat something again every single time that you mark something is done, but you don’t have the opportunity to exclude ingredients other than a pretty limited list.

Very strict according to incompetent chat support
I was excited to try this given Noom app errors. Apparently everyone is having issues. I paid for just the meal plan, logged in fine. However my base starting weight is constantly changing in the Home Screen. I doesn’t 30 mins adjusting the meal plan because it gives “swap” and “skip meal” options. With two kids and my husband I really need some meals to be family friendly. I also wanted to consolidate ingredients so I was buying wasted ingredients. Once I saved that plan and tried to open my plan again…EVERYTHING CHANGED. Every single meal was different!!!!when I reached out to support, she said there is no customizations and if I change one meal it changes everything! THAT DOESNT MAKE SENSE!!!!! Why would you have the “swap meal” option and then every single snack and meal changes with that!!! I personally think it’s an app bug,but my support specialist if you change one thing it changes everything to keep it balanced and up to date. So purchase at your own risk.

Decent product, poor app execution.
First off. So far I have enjoyed the service. Knowing what I’m going to be eating that day helps me to avoid overeating. The meals are filling and I only find myself getting hungry right before it’s time to eat again. The app however does have some pretty big flaws. It’s makes a shopping list for you on what I’m assuming are your meal choices for the time period you selected so I look at me meals for the week change the ones I don’t want and create the list. The list is missing a pretty good chunk of the ingredients that I need and their is no way to add to the list. The next problem is the recipes. The amounts for each one can get ridiculous. All the grains are to be measured precook. I’m not making half a cup of pasta each time. I’m gonna make bunch and save it. It would be nice if they had they listed the amounts both cooked and uncooked that way those of us that meal prep could know how much to be putting in.

So far so good
I have only been on this for a couple of days and have lost some weight. I do feel like I’m eating healthier for sure. The food suggestions for what I chose has been tasty on the most part. All in all I like it so far. I would like to see a few changes. 1) it would be nice to add my own oz of water. They give you the choice of 8.4 or 16.9. I usually carry a 32 oz bottle and once I’m done I add it in. However, with the two options it’s always wrong. 2) you can’t go back to a day and add your water if you forgot. Happened to me yesterday, grr. 3) I do own an Apple Watch, but I hate it for steps. It would be nice if they could link up with Fitbit or other step devices. Or even the ability to add your own steps. That way I can transfer my Fitbit step data to the app. I am looking forward to this healthy journey.

Great Plan, Delicious meals, OK app
I’ve tried ‘em all. This is the first meal plan app which I’ve seen that has genuinely delicious food recommendations with lots of options. I love the way that you can hit “change” and trade out a meal for something else that still fits your macros. Plus, I’ve seen real improvements in weight and other health measures. The app could make things easier however. First, it needs to integrate with Apple Health so it can pull weight directly from my scale and share its data with my other apps. Second, the meal planning needs an overhaul. While it does provide a grocery list option, there needs to be a way to see all the meals over a week. I need to be able to streamline my meal creation for simplicity and time savings. Lastly, and for the sake of all that is holy, please build out a true iPad app so I can cook with a reasonable screen size! Those critiques aside, it’s a great meal plan with delicious recipes. Enjoy!

APP DOES NOT WORK, BUYER BEWARE!
The app on paper looks amazing, I wanted something that would be easy to follow, and easy to make foods. Not only do they give you extravagant foods that can not be found in a normal grocery store, they make it impossible to change out your meal. It says that it has changed your meal, but it does not. This is not a workable app. Plus you take a huge survey when you join that asks what foods you will/will not eat, plus foods that you are allergic to, and it states that they will customize your plan specifically to you. They do not, they just give you a generic plan. Multiple meals that were given to me either have foods that I will not eat or I am allergic to. If I could change that meal out, it would be great, but that feature in the app does not work. I am highly disappointed and have realized that I was scammed. I have reached out to support multiple times to try to fix this, however even though they state that they are available 24/7 they NEVER respond! Please be aware, do not get buy the app or you will be scammed as well!

Limited
The shopping list was easy to find and follow. The recipes could be written a little clearer, but I did try almost everything that was listed and they do have a change option. The Mediterranean food plan runs on the very savory side which for me personally was fine except for the breakfast, I had a hard time digesting some of the menu items and even felt uncomfortable after eating them when it came time to break my fast. The app also only allows steps for exercise logging unless you purchase the fitness plan, so the fact that I swim 1 hour a day 6 days a week was not factored into my app. I am probably not going to renew my subscription as I don’t feel like this app and plan meet the expectations I had for my nutrition and fitness program. I think I only continued on because of the fact I spent 15 minutes tapping no thank you to the 100 offers that pop up before the end.

TOTAL SCAM!!!!
I was trying to sign up for E2M. Typed it in the search bar and it came up with the profile questionairre. No name on it. It was for nutrition though so I didn’t question that it was the right website. I paid and then got the receipt and realized I paid for the wrong thing. I emailed them within 30 minutes of the order and told them I made a mistake and ordered the wrong thing and asked for a refund. Granted, i should have paid better attention, but this was clearly there intent to confuse people. This was there response to my request for a refund. I had neither said or implied it was a scam. He brought the word scam up himself. Obviously this is a very common complaint. I will be disputing the purchase with PayPal. We will see what happens there. “We want to bring your attention, to that in order to purchase our product, the client must pass 18 questions quiz, fill in the anthropometric data, food preferences, and banking details, as well, the customer must read and agree with the terms and conditions. So that is why fraudulent transactions can hardly occur. We are very sorry to hear that you are disappointed. Did you find any inaccuracies indicated in your meal plan? Is there anything we can help to make your meal plan more preferable? Would you like me to cancel your subscription as well? As per our refund policy and in regards to your case evaluation, we can offer you a partial refund (50% of the amount).”

Great recipes and ease of use
I love the recipes. Simple ingredients and simple clear steps. I love that it’s not a million things that take many pots and pans and time to cook. It’s stuff I would never think of making but I’ve loved every dish so far. I love the shopping list and that you can pick the days to shop for. Cons for me are that it doesn’t seem to sync with apple fitness (for exercises), garmin scale etc. You also cannot add your own food. For example if I have a cold brew with some almond milk I cannot add it. Or if you eat out for example. So you would still have to use a separate app if you want to be 100% accurate or just “ignore” the extra calories 😆

Uneducated, not fit for purpose and fraudulent billing practices
Overall, extremely poor business practices and the content is not useable. 1. If you are purchasing from the website, the page cards will show you the purchase is not completed and will try to sell you “upsells”. In reality, they will charge you for the membership but will not find out about it unless you check your bank account. 2. When you will reach out to customer support, they will be manipulative and dismissive. They will not honor the refund policy (even if you reach out before you receive the meal plan). They will try to nickel and dime you. 3. You are being asked to answer questions that creates the impression that your plan will be customized. I have clearly indicated I’m lactose intolerant and do not eat dairy. My plan includes dairy heavily. 4. Calorie and macro calculations are jokes. The total calories suggested with the meal plan will, in fact, lead me to gain weight. Macros are ridiculous, too. I’m under the impression that the meal plans are copy pasted from other consumable diets available online for free without much customization or consideration. 5. Web interface suggests you can lose above 20 pounds in 3-4 weeks if you follow the plan which is not only a lie or physically impossible but also unhealthy. Stay away - I’ll be reporting fraud and place a dispute on the financials unless customer support will step up.

App used to work but now, not so much
When I first signed up 3 months ago all was well. I really liked the app and the meal choices. It followed my preferences that I input with the beginning survey. My membership lapsed as my payment method expired so I had to update that and sign up again. With the new sign up, I am allergic to soy and I'm not vegan and I input that and I ONLY got soy and vegan meals. I reset the app and got a better mix of meals but now I can't change out meals or ingredients. I hope the response I get from this review isn't "we don't see you in our system" as I've seen with every other review from people experiencing issues. I paid for the app twice--if it's true that I'm not in your system, then that's further evidence of poor app and company management. I hope the app goes back to the quality it was when I first signed up.

Stole my money. I’m livid.
I’ve signed up for Perfect Body twice. The first time, I had no issues. When my subscription ended, life was hectic so I let it lapse for a few months. When I resubscribed a couple months later, there was some sort of technical error and my account did not set up correctly. I was charged the $66 for an annual subscription, but I was never given the opportunity to set up a password for my account and my old credentials never worked. Immediately, I contacted Perfect Body’s, customer service, but they said they couldn’t even find my account. After lots of back-and-forth, I was eventually escalated to one of their lead developers. He said that there was a known issue with their app and Apple’s subscription service. He wasn’t sure when the issue would be fixed and “highly recommended“ that I submit for a refund request through Apple. He then told me that he couldn’t impact whether or not I got a refund and that I had to take it up with Apple. So I contacted Apple and they immediately denied my refund request because “a subscription had been issued“. I’ve protested their decision three times and Apple refuses to budge. So here I am $66 poorer and no app. I’m completely disgusted with the whole thing. Both sides just point the finger at the other side and say it’s not their problem.

Buyer beware-sales driven and inconvenient cancel process
We tried this out looking for a more personalized approach to nutrition. Ultimately it was not for us, but I won't get into that as it has worked for others. What I would share is the overly salesy experience we had with the product. During the registration process they attempt to extract maximum value by upselling you through numerous prompts rather than focusing on providing a great experience and true value. Be prepared to wait 24 hours to access your plan unless your willing to pay extra. When canceling make sure that you pay close attention. Most quality companies will attempt to identify your reason for canceling and try to engage you on solutions to win your business back. My experience was that they simply assume that immediately after selecting to cancel that you'll select, "I do not want to cancel" option if it's provided as the first and most accessible option. I clearly didn't read thoroughly and was forced to accept another three months of service with no real attempt for them to engage me or provide a better experience to get me to continue. Also, when canceling you must access the website and can't cancel when using the app, so another attempt to make the process inconvenient in hopes you don't cancel.

$67 down the drain
I really wanted to love this. I wish you could add your own calories when you skip a fancy “soy yogurt parfait” or whatever because I don’t have time to make 5 cutesy meals and snacks every day. I put in my quiz that I don’t eat much fish or pork, and that beef is a favorite here, there’s not a single beef recipe, soooo much salmon, I’m not a fan of salmon. Sooooooo much yogurt, I don’t like yogurt. And dairy free everything. I’m also prediabetic and stay on the lower side of carbs, this plan has over 250g of carbs per day. So I switched my details to diabetic thinking it would lower the carb intake and it didn’t. And my calories are at 2400. I just think that’s too high. Maybe I’m completely wrong, but this isn’t for me. Bottom line: Too complicated No room for customization Too vegan/plant based No way to log what you eat in place of other things.

Good parts, bad parts
Here’s what I love about this app: I really battle decision fatigue, so having suggestions to scroll through is really helpful! The photos with every food option are very helpful too. The interface is minimal enough that I don’t feel lost every time I log in. The meal/snack/water reminders are helpful and not annoying. What I would like to see improved: An option to select/star favorites at any time, from a list of *all* options, so later I can swap out stuff I have on hand. As it is, I have to go to each meal/snack for each day and scroll through each week’s suggestions to see if I want to star any of them so they’re in the favorites if I want to swap. I would like one big overview for the week to see/plan all meals at one time. Then whether I keep them all or swap out, the shopping list will be correct. Having everything in different screens is awkward. Please add an “enter your own meal” option for eating out or not using a meal from these menus. Please add generic workouts that we can enter our own and not be forced to do the ones in the app if we want to check the box that, yes, we did do a workout. Thank you!

Awful don’t waste your money
First of all what kind of meal plan can’t give you a estimate of when you’ll reach your target weight if you follow the plan? I signed up because I wanted to lose weight for a trip in several months. How am I supposed to know if I’ll reach my target by that date, in 1 year or 5 years? Also, the app does not allow you to eliminate certain foods. I don’t eat legumes. But a lot of the recipes in my meal plans are based on legumes. Another thing is the water section. You can only input a serving of water if it’s in their specified volumes. The app does not track fitness devices so you have to input that yourself. Finally, the meal plans are very hard to follow and require you to buy too many different ingredients many of which can not be found in typical grocery stores. I’m sad that I was scammed. They should be ashamed of themselves. Lol

The Start of a new Journey.
I started this program because I was up late browsing Instagram feeling a way about life. I am definitely going through postpartum after having 3 kids back to back and the last 2 being twins. Realistically I don’t have time to go to the gym and I have been paying a membership over 2 years. I love how I can go at my own pace in the comfort of my own home. They have it to where you can mark where you left off and continue there. I have a goal to lose weight by my birthday and with this program, if i don’t meet my mark, I’ll be close enough to it.

Read before you subscribe! Terrible app. Questionable nutrition.
The app is trash. My meals disappeared while I was in the store following my shopping list - cart half full. Now it’s populated with vegan recipes and stuff that I specifically said no to on the survey. Photos disappeared too so I have no idea what I’m making. For the meals, the nutritional information is completely fiction. For instance, 2 pieces of whole wheat bread, 3 mushrooms, and a slice of fat free cheese miraculously turn into 36grams of protein on this meal plan. IRL that is maybe 5-7 grams of protein, tops. I saw an oatmeal recipe ask for a single tablespoon of protein powder and that magically turns it into a meal with 25 grams of protein. An entire quarter cup scoop of my protein powder is only 20g. If they are so off on the protein calculation, how can I feel comfortable that I’m getting appropriate calories, protein, and fat for my goals? Disappointing for my $40 a quarter.

My problems with Perfect Body
I’m loosing weight beautifully on your plan. I especially love the meal choices and recipes. Although it would help if there was a list of off the shelf food/meals included. Adding one’s own meals would also be helpful when not eating at home. I’ve searched out ready made foods that I also eat and would like to include them. I do not participate in the work out or 10,000 steps a day. But I’m learning how to eat better and loose weight while keeping my current level of activity. I intend to continue this program after I reach my goal to maintain the weight. This is a great diet program and I’d recommend it highly.

needs more dietary flexibility
I am glad for the water and sleep reminders. I really enjoy the workouts! I really like the new recipes! But I also really like some of my own healthy recipes, and I wish there was a way to enter my own variations away from this exact diet. what if I just have an orange for a snack? Or have a protein bar? or buy the vegetables and fruits that are on sale instead of the ones that are on the shopping list? Using my phone for a step counter is not particularly accurate, as I don’t routinely have it on me at all times. It also did not pick up my 5 miles of Cross country skiing as steps.

Not simple enough to be sustainable
As others have mentioned. The plan isn’t tailored to you. There are functionality issues within the app itself so you’re not able to change meals or ingredients and have the app reflect the change you just made. If your aim was to simplify your meal prep and bulk prep things as far as possible the app is not conducive to this as you’d have to tap on each day. Additionally each day being completely different means you’re not using up excess ingredients you’ll inevitably have. In the process of being refunded at the moment. They’ve given the whole only a partial refund will be given as per their terms and conditions however I have no problem filing a dispute with PayPal or my credit card company so I expect that that will be resolved soon.

Great app except for one thing….
Great app with the exception of being unable to add anything manually in your food log or be able to add any exercise done unless you pay extra for the workouts. Makes it challenging to have a complete picture of your actual calorie intake and activity. It would be nice to be able to manually log food for occasional times when you create your own meal or have small extras like a little cream in your coffee and whatever exercise you do on your own through out the day. Otherwise the app is great and very easy to use! :)

Steer Clear!
For starters, this app will give you tons of issues. I have tried to log in several times and nothing works. I asked for a refund and was given several different instructions on how I could get my log in to work (as if I’m a moron) and still nothing. I have emailed back and forth with the company who gives you the run around and then has the audacity to offer me a 50% refund on their “product” that I have been unable to use AT ALL. I have never been more disgusted with the customer service of a company. I have asked for a refund now probably three times and I get nonsense emails. I paid for the entire year and was offered 50% back. So this company wants to keep half of my money for absolutely nothing. ** Steer clear of this ridiculously fraudulent company**

Complete scam and waste of time
This company tries to deliver a shiny product and promises you weight loss through all kinds of new innovative ideas and at the end of the day when you get into the app or get into the website it’s unusable the food is horrible the recipes take 3 to 4 times longer than your standard run of the mill health recipe because they have such weird ingredients and also don’t make any sense. They try to hide behind a policy they created while they’re scamming you out of your money. Do not use this service and do not use this application it’s a complete scam and there’s nothing beneficial from what offering. The can to use the website used and the support will argue you long.

Initial Impression
I am not impressed! As much money as I just paid for all of this and I get a meal plan that has me buying 15 different types of oils and “sauces” but mostly oils including vegetable oil and canola oil which are 2 of the most unhealthy oils I can think of. On top of that WHO can afford to make such vastly different recipes DAILY?? A meal plan for one week should have recipes that can work off each other!! Not to mention I cook for 4 at dinner time and the measurements require a scale. Not just while cooking but at the grocery store. 1.8 ounces of arugula leaves for the whole week? Come on?! And what happens to the other 3.2 ounces in the package? By the end of the week they’ll be spoiled and this app did nothing to set up recipes that will use that. I’m so unbelievably UNSATISFIED at this moment in time. What a waste of food, resources, and time!!

If you get the 7 day program, you will automatically be subscribed
So I wanted to try this for 7 days, they had a promotion so I bought it. The app will ask you when you want to start, so I put the last day as possible because I wasn’t ready to start right away, turns out that 3 days later I see an overcharge of $30 dollars, I reached out to them but they refused to give me a full refund. They asked to give me 25 percent back. I sent them an email and I explained to them what had happened, I didn’t even get a change to see if I wanted to be in the program or not, they automatically subscribed me without notification. So remember, if you try it out and don’t like it, cancel the subscription before you get charged.

Just starting
Im enjoying the food but my issues is trying to get all this food in when I’m not real hungry ugh. I’d also like having more choices but I understand why there are only certain things on here. I will keep at it and do the best I can. I can’t wait to see some sort of results. That will definitely encourage me to keep on track. It’s been pretty easy so far. I can’t exercise right now due to a bad knee so also trying to figure that out. If anyone has any encouragement it would be greatly appreciated thanks.

Automatically renews without any notification
I signed up for this app after all the great reviews. Honestly I’m not sure that they are even real reviews. After getting into it I realized it was not what I was looking for. Of course I had already paid for the 6 month access. Well because I never used it I completely forgot about it. They automatically renewed my subscription without warning, it would’ve been nice to get a warning that it’s about to renew. However I will say they are going to refund half of it, which is better than nothing. It would’ve been nice to access the app for 1 week before committing and paying money. After 10 minutes going through the app I knew it was not going to work for me.

False Advertisement
I saw an ad for the app on instagram where it advertised it self to be more of a fitness app offering at home workouts along with healthy eating tips. After paying the fee and downloading the app you will notice that the app is basically just a food journal/calorie tracker (which you can easily find for free in the AppStore) unless you pay additional fees for individually for everything else. It just seems like a money grab honestly sad I got scammed by it hope this review saves someone else. To be clear the recurring membership fee just give you access to long your meals and water intake nothing else you will have to purchase add ons if you are looking for something to really help you truly improve your life style.

Disappointed
Not user friendly or help in using app. Says meal plan is customized, but not really. Not much flexibility or capability to change things up or enter meals eaten outside of app suggestions. Can’t go back to previous days to update meal, workout, water, etc. no option to enter my own workout with modifications. Thought I was signing up for another program and got misled to this app—also had no idea it was not I. USA until I saw international charges on my bank account. I’ve read several other reviews stating the same thing. Normally I do research on apps so I feel like I got tricked into this one, just disappointed and wanted to prepare others considering it.

Don’t do it
This app is terrible. First it takes forever to load. And I have iphone13. Second the Meals are not user friendly you have to have 3 types of yogurt they tell you to buy fruit then don’t use it again for three days. The amount of food you have to buy is not feasible. It asks you if you like meals you say no and they will pop up again. It does ask if u are allergic to some things but I’m allergic to avocado and it doesn’t take that into account so I’m constantly changing out meals. The only thing good is it gives you healthy snap ideas. And helps track your water if you want. Not worth the money I’m sure some free apps will do that.

Comprehensive Health/Easy to Use
I’ve used a lot of different health apps and subscriptions, but this one was definitely the best value. Annual subscription cost me what would going out for dinner, and gives me so many planned out meals that actually taste good. If I don’t like it, it offers substitutions. I’m 3 weeks in and have yet to get a repeat, which shows how much thought and effort they put into your personalized meal plan and goals. Look no further, your answer to living a healthy life starts here!

Starting over
After a few operations at 51, I feel as if I have to start over. My joints were so stiff but starting at the beginners level, I noticed improvement after every exercise. I really enjoy this Perfect Body app and after subscribing to so many apps and diets this app is really doable and easy and it does not make me feel guilty about missing a meal or a exercise day, because life happens and this app gets it. Thank you guys at Perfect Body you got it right

Amazing
I love this app I love this program. The food is so easy to make and so tasty. At first I was skeptical because of all the quantities of different types of food and spices for the recipes however, after making the meals for the first time I couldn’t believe how it helps you learn to cook plus it’s healthy and very good tasting. Workout program is at 60 is perfect and I’m already feeling it after a few days. I’ve already lost 2 pounds thank you.

I have to say, I was skeptical going into this program. I have had several questions early on and was a bit delayed in getting started. Your staff has been absolutely amazing in communicating back to me, being supportive, being honest along with checking in to see how I’m doing. The meal choices are just amazing and I am loving the shopping list included with my particular food choices. Thanks again for all of your support!

The features are a bit lacking
I like that we can change the meal options and see the grocer list. But there are some changes that I would like to see: 1. Ability to switch out certain ingredients for each dish. There are certain things I don’t like but it keeps showing up and it wasn’t on the quiz for me to decline. 2. All ingredients are measured in oz which is not practical for things like vegetables or fruit. The shopping list should look like a normal shopping list to make it easier for the users, e.g one carrot instead of 3oz or carrots.

False advertising for carnivore diet
I signed up from a Facebook ad, advertising the carnivore diet. They DO NOT offer the carnivore diet as a meal plan. But you won’t find that out until you’ve been lured in by false expectations, pay for a subscription, then you find out carnivore isn’t one of the options. Even selecting low carb or keto doesn’t give you the option to properly folllow the carnivore diet as you still have to select a minimum amount of vegetables. When I pointed this out and asked for a refund, the same day I subscribed and learned this, they offered HALF my money back. This is called theft. There are better apps that don’t false advertise, then keep your money. Don’t do it

Okay, I should've read the review and I wasted my money!
I answered the beginning survey honestly and there were quite a few foods that I don't care for and they insisted on me eating avocado! I don't LIIKE AVOCADO! I even mentioned it in my beginning survey! The meal plans are NOT CUSTOMIZED to what you like and what you want to eat! Plus, the constant up selling is ridiculous! I guarantee that this app is nothing but a scam! I just wasted $70 and they will say that they don't see me in their system....so buyer beware! I usually look at the reviews beforehand, but this time I didn't...whatever happened to quality control with Apple? Do they not care either? They need to pull the plug on this company! I want my money back!

Frustrating app
Every time I make a change to a meal I have to close the app and reopen it to get the change to show up. Very annoying!! It happened after regenerating plan. This had actually happened once before and was fixed, but then came back after regenerating plan again. This should be an easy fix for your developers. Please make it possible to eliminate any food. I don’t eat tuna yet I get suggestions for tuna (and other foods I don’t like) all the time. Please give us the ability to request a certain food or save a recipe. I often buy one of the ingredients listed, enough for multiple meals, and then don’t see it again for weeks.

Waste of money
The app is advertised as having “1,000s of recipes” when in reality there are about 5 recipes for each meal. They try to up charge you for every little thing so much so they literally try to charge you $4.99 to get your “custom diet plan” within 45 minutes instead of waiting 24 hours. I waited the 24 hours. I was excited at first because it app seemed awesome until I got my “custom diet plan”. It’s definitely not what I was expecting and I wish I hadn’t wasted my money on this program. I should of just paid the extra money and got Noom. You really do get what you pay for.

Unrealistic for my schedule and they could care less
Highly suggest to try apps with free trials to see if they are right for you. Plenty of them out here. As someone that works a 12 hour work day 5 days a week I don’t have time to prepare 5 individual meals for the day seven days a week. It doesn’t allow an option to make the same meal several times a week to simplify it either. On some occasions you may be able to but it’s just impossible to follow with a schedule like mine. Within hours of subscribing I explain it to them and they tell me tough luck they don’t do refunds and I need to dispute it with Apple. Horrible response this day and age.

DO NOT TRUST!!!
The app is terrible. They are very good at disguising themselves as other weight loss programs…and then even if you DO NOT USE their products AT ALL! And cancel within the first day, (when you don’t even have anything because they make you wait 24 hours to use it) they will be complete jerks and only offer you a partial “refund” They will probably respond to this that we “signed and agreed to the terms and had to enter our information and their normal response as it looks like from reading all the other reviews BUT WHEN YOU DISGUISE YOURSELF AS OTHER DIET PROGRAMS people think they know what they are signing up for! I can’t believe I fell for this crap. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Too many ingredients, not curated, just random
Its obvious they have a list of “Healthy meals” made by hundreds of different people with hundreds of different ingredients all making sure you have 100+ different ingredients you will only use half of and then throw them away. You would need $100’s of dollars per week to match this food plan and be ok with throwing away tons of good food. Wasteful. They make you pay extra for this random generation too. Theres no real nutritionist picking these meals for specifically you. Its more of a scam that you can do better with a weight tracking app that allows you to choose meals which have similar ingredients.

False Claims
Doesn’t give actual advice on reducing cortisol levels as it claims and expects more money for basic workout routines and better meal plans. I cancelled in less than a day after receiving emails within a few hours of signing up offering upgrades for more money. The day 1 meal plan was basically chia pudding for breakfast, slightly different chia pudding for mid morning snack, chicken and rice for lunch, stir fry and rice for dinner. No one needs an app for that kind of “meal planning”. Anyone who’s been trying to lose weight knows everyone says chia pudding and chicken and rice. Really disappointed in the false claims of cortisol detox being a big part of this app.
