I didn’t need the meal plan. I just want to be able to manage my subscription where I can skip or pause my shipping or just reassess my health needs so I can update my vitamins. Before I know where I can do all these but now it’s nowhere to be found. I like that we are able to track our intake but I really would like to focus on the vitamins. I hope there is an option to just pick what you want to see on your own app and maybe a walk-through how to navigate the new one. It looks completely different from the simpler and straightforward previous one.
I like this app for updating your ordering. But it would be really nice if it would integrate into Apple Health. Also I hate the fact that you get pop up notifications to log taking them but you only can get to that “log” through the notification. There is not way to get to it by going into the app directly. How does that make sense??
Your app use to be easier to manage, and while it looks fancier, the ability to see previous orders, to get ahold of or resolve issues with your customer service and to make changes to my subscription in the app is complicated — and I work in tech. Understanding apps and technology is my thing. You got rid of really good aspects of your app and didn’t make up for it with your update. It’s why I don’t order anymore. I can’t even update my packs how I’d like!
The vitamins are great! I love the individual packs. Have come on time for a over a year now. Unfortunately my pack was not shipped in February with no explanation given. I believe it would have been my free month so that may be why Persona skipped that month. The app is really frustrating. It says you can set reminders, but even when it appears I have, I have never received a reminder. Until recently, earning the credits for $ off my next pack was easy. However, now the checks are harder to select and aren’t always recognized. Vitamins aren’t cheap and the credits are a great incentive to me. I hope they are able to fix this and I earn my credits. Edited: Now the app has removed all of my evening vitamins tracking for the past month so again, I haven’t earned my $5 off.
So I am a new customer. I am annoyed before I have even received my product. I downloaded the app made my purchase and now I can’t open the app. I insert my login credentials and it says doesn’t match records and when I click forgot password(which I actually haven’t forgotten)I enter my email and the screen never goes from that. How can this be when I most certainly have and email from this company saying my order is on the way and I can track it through the app!!!!
I love being able to keep up with my account via app instead of web, BUT the app is very sluggish… it takes forever for anything to load and half of the supplements won’t even expand for you to see the information on then, the app just freezes.. I would like to be able to use the app, but those things definitely need to be fixed
I’ve always been very happy with my Persona subscription. My vitamins always arrive in time and seem to be high quality. One thing I’d suggest would be integrating the Persona App with Apple Health. That way you can mark the vitamins in your pack as “taken” and the Persona app would then let the Apple Health app know that you’ve had the appropriate amounts of vitamins and minerals.
The app is okay, but a lot of the functions appear invisible, what I mean by this is that, I can access features like reminders and update my account but the text doesn’t show up, leaving me blind to the settings. Oh and something that would be cool is if you could make it just as easy to add and remove supplements as it on the website, and also if there was a tracking option for the package
Previously, there was a massive delay with logging each day's supplement tracking. That seems to have been largely resolved, thankfully. Now, however, if you select a day on the calendar to log your supplements, it locks up because on the main screen, the app tour pops up. This repeats every time you perform this action. Further, the calendar won't update or move months. It's stuck on June, regardless of selecting the arrows to change the month. Generally, I'm really starting to question the value of this program if they can't be bothered to have at least a barely functional app. Are the supplements themselves even any good, then?
I love the app very useful I can track my pill intake Plus all the other features meal plan very good and the grocery list very useful the personal staff are very friendly and helpful
Every time I try to update my credit card it tells me they can’t sink data from the server and to “try again sometime”… This is a major problem. I need to get this other card off and I cannot. Also the reminder never works. I work 3rd shift and no matter what I set the times to (5pm and 2am), I only get one random reminder at 9am. While I’m sleeping.
The app was originally designed to manage your vitamins. Now that part is very hidden, making it impossible to find, make cancellations or changes. The new app is trash
Laid out the worst way possible. Not helpful at all, no reason to have the app, the chat bot doesn’t work, and I ordered my first pack 4 weeks ago and still haven’t gotten it. 0 stars.
Don’t enter a credit card, they save it with no option to remove the card and no option to unsubscribe without calling and talking to a salesman. That’s shady business.
Great products but unknowledgeable customer service and app
1. product: I love their products and how it comes in packs ready to take. I would’ve continued being a customer if it wasn’t for the lack of knowledge or help from their customer service. 2. Customer service issues: Issue 1: I used Persona about 2 years ago or so. I paused my subscription and wanted to restart. The price of the vegan pill when checking-out was the same price I previously paid. However, I stoped checking-out and decided to go back and change a few things in the pack. Once done I went back to the check-out screen and the price of the vegan pill changed to a higher price. I contacted customer service and they said there was nothing they can do because that is the new price. I try to explain at check out since I was a previous customer the price remain the same and the change didn’t happen until I made changes to the pack. However, there was nothing they could do at this point and I would have to pay the new higher price. So I decided not to go through with the purchase. I wouldn’t mind paying the higher price for the vegan pill if this was the price when first checking out. But the price changed to the vegan pill after making changes to the pack. If I didn’t make those changes I would’ve paid the previous, lower price for the vegan pill. Issue 2: Time passed and this year I decided to give them a try again since I do like their vitamins and how it comes in a pack. However one of the pre-selected vegan options included probiotics and I did not need probiotics.I contacted customer service letting them know I tried adding the pre-selected vegan pills separately since I did not need a probiotic. However, some of the pills were not available for me to select individually. Customer service suggested something that I already tried, did not work, and I already stated to them in my email. I replied stating I already tried their suggestions and stated the problem again, differently incase my first explanation was difficult to understand. Agin no help! I wasn’t able to make those changes. So I deleted the app and will not be using persona at all, because their customer service is absolutely no help. 3. App: I completed the survey on the app. Later, I logged in from my computer and the survey along with the suggested options on the app were not available on the computer. I had to retake the survey. Then the survey continued not working and I had to take it three times. Also the results were different on the app then what was on the computer, even after logging in and out of both. These issues however did not stop me from wanting to make a purchase. It was their customer service as mentioned above and their lack of help.
I love this concept but twice my upcoming order was canceled for no reason. I was not notified and even had a date when my vitamins would be delivered but they never came. When I called, I was told that they had to research what happened to my order and that they would call me back. Chat has never been helpful. They just acknowledged that these things have happened. I want to like this but the execution is poor and customer service seems too busy and unable to help. The nutrition quiz is thorough but buggy. It’s very long and it took me three times to try to do it before I could make it all the way through. First attempt: I entered all of my info and answered questions. My recommendations were presented. As soon as I clicked the first vitamin suggestion it crashed. I tried chat who reported that I need to redo everything. My suggestion wasn’t saved and I had to go through the whole thing again. The funny part is that my suggestion was different on my second attempt! Second attempt: I fully completed everything and was looking at my results. Of course, this also crashed. Why? I clicked on the “?” Next to a vitamin. Instead of a pop-up, the app terminated and it opened a new page on the website. I thought when I went back to the app that I could continue where I started. Of course, that wasn’t the case. I had to start all over again and this time it was due to my clicking to answer a question. It did work fine on the third attempt. Total time was close to an hour for everything. It took three times to make and order and twice my recurring order was canceled for no reason. I would like to just set this and forget it and then it would be perfect. Ill come back if customer service receives training and the app doesn’t just randomly quit and orders are delivered on a regular basis. Otherwise, Ill just look at all of the 5-star reviews left on the same day last year and believe all of the issues I had were just user error.
App says my email is not valid. But I’m able to login on the website with the so-called “invalid” email. Login should not do any type of pre-validation, just check the database for the username and password, no need for extra unnecessary validation.
