This app would be great if it worked consistently. I would say 9 times out of 10, I am not able to get on to the app without it crashing or the screen staying white. With the district moving its communications over to Focus and Outlook, it’s important that these features work so that parents have a reliable way to communicate with staff. I am not sure if the district realizes that this app is not working like the web browser does, but it is not convenient for parents or staff to use computers at all times to communicate with one another. Like I said, this would be great if it worked as intended. I hope Focus puts out an update for this app because it does have grades, messaging, and attendance, but they are of no use to anyone if the app doesn’t consistently work.
Who knew the government could make something useful
Surprisingly decent. Some formatting issues at times and doesn’t show all assignments within classes. All and all I’m surprised they actually made a useful app for grades.
This app is useless, it only works to send or read on e-mail to the teacher, and then it goes out and must be deleted and redownloaded for each task. Tasks are also out of date or show up late. Just worthless, I feel terribly for educators forced to use it.
As a teacher, I would love to be able to check my email through app, update grades when district wi-if is unavailable, etc. but so far the app refuses to work. I can login, read the newsfeed, and get to the Clever page that shows me o365, Writescore, all the platforms and programs we use yet not ONE of them will open for me. This goes for my phone and my iPad and will do so when I have access to internet, so I know it’s not my devices. Really disappointed that this great idea hasn’t been fully developed, or possibly not fully supported.
Being able to check my grades as a student without having to log in is probably one of the best things to happen. Planner could be organized better though.
This app is fine if all I want to do is see the grades for my classes, however I should be able to tap on my class and see all my individual grades for each class. This key feature is absent.
although you can check your grades in here there doesn’t seem to be a way to check assignments, so it’s not a very useful app because you can’t see how to improve grades
it’s handy but not that useful.. i am not able to check my grades of my assignments nor upload documents. the apps seems to be good but just needs more features, as well as the links. they take a while to load and aren’t a 100% useful.
Searched for PCS at first, couldn’t find it until searched for “Pinellas County”. Can’t view individual grades. Should add feature for grade update notifications.
