I was very excited to sign up for this app and possibly find friends for my son but it was short lived. Once you sign up for the app there is no way to search in your area. One person with a very vague description popped up in my city but then the next 50-100 swipes were all people that lived around the world. Like are you kidding me? Not wasting my time looking at people who obviously aren’t in my city. Come on!!!! I mean it’s a good idea but until you fix that I think the app is worthless. Also there is no way to delete your account you can only email them we will see how fast they respond.
The basic architecture of the app is decent, but: 1) having a non-Facebook login would be great, and 2) being able to search in a radius from your city would be helpful (as others have noted, it’s either kids in your city or kids in your country — kind of useless outside of large cities!). Hopefully they keep working on it and make these simple fixes!
It only lets you search by city and country. There is no one in my small city using it, so my only other option is searching by country. It won’t even let you narrow it to the state, or search by a different city. It uses your location to determine your city, so your stuck with that. I’m not going to go to a different state for a play date.
You can’t narrow it down to your geographical location. It only lists the city, so not the state. My kids not gonna play with someone across the country. It’s a waste of an app if they don’t change that. Can’t delete your profile either. There’s no help or support options to select.
