The software has a clear tennis bias, even though there are many activities a typical club is trying to schedule. The non-tennis things have not been followed through as carefully. For example, if you want to sign up for swimming right next to tennis, there is a heading for “lanes” which seems to go with the tennis category but with no reference to “pool or swimming”. it doesn’t take a PhD to figure out eventually, but it can be a little confusing for an early user, especially if part of the active software is not showing on the screen, you are using. How easy the app is to use as a function of what device you’re using: Smart phone versus tablet versus laptop versus computer. How the information is laid out, varies by platform. Some important information may bleed off the end of the screen or window depending on the device you are using. I’ve been told the mobile app is the easiest software to use.
Loved the app for the most part. There were some glitches like not being able to cancel some reservations because there was no cancel button on the reservation. Really frustrating tonight. It kicked me out of my account. I can’t be sent a magic link because it doesn’t recognize my email, my password, etc. Made an appointment to speak to someone tomorrow but no link to meeting sent to my email. Very frustrating!
The message should stop coming via email to the person who put his/her name on the Waitlist once the available court has been booked by someone and is no longer available. Often times it keeps coming all day.
I used to be on the other Padel app, which is faster to upload your scores. On top of that, you can’t not choose a partner when joining a match, it assigns you automatically. The other issue is about payments, if you decided it not to joint the match anyways it charges you without any possibility to claim it.
This app crashes frequently when I’m trying to book courts. The worst part is when I join a waitlist for open play and someone cancels, even 15 minutes before the game, I don’t have enough time to make it to the location, yet the app still charges me even if I cancel. This app needs a lot of improvement.
Love the app but there’s a lot that needs fixed. The profile doesn’t update after entering information and the booking never completes successfully or gives you an error message. Not sure if it how the location set it up or the app itself.
I was kicked out from the app without any reason. When I tried to login, the app say user not found. Tried to contact the support, wait forever with online robot to connect the local facility. Where is the service ? Where is the help?
Loved this app but the UI update they released a month ago makes it much more difficult to book a court, which is the main thing I want to do in the app. They should offer me a CHOICE about which UI to use!
I booked a court using this app. I arrived at the courts and found out that the app allowed two parties to book the same court. We were asked to leave 15 minutes into our session. I also do not like how it is difficult to modify reservations after reserving.
After the update, impossible to book a court!! I wake up early to book only for it to crash multiple times at the end of the process and then time slots booked out. I’m starting to think it’s rigged!!
Este app es lo peor del mundo….si no podes bookear después no te dejar seguir intentando y no te abre el día indicado. Además da mensajes contradictorios. Dice que es la única cancha cuando te ofreció dos al principio. También se desloguea sola. No se que es peor si el app o el sistema de Cliff drysdale dem Ritz en key BIscayne. Debería darles vergüenza ya que no parece un serviicio más bien un incordio.
