I really appreciate how the videos are now integrated into the app, all in one… Not having to go to a separate location for those. The mindfulness exercises keep me grounded, and I like the variety of options in “the gym”. (I do wish the dashboard for PQ muscles had a green circle instead of orange,And that the battery%charged looked more like a battery shape like on the older app (not a circle like now for both muscles and batter level), and that the battery was colored green… The orange makes me think it’s low all the time. But these are minor details, on a very effective tool that is fun and easy to use and provides incredible inspiration to keep intercepting self sabotaging behaviors and build mental muscles
The app is a great blend between training amd practice. This is the only program that I have found that is strong enough to create sustainable behavior change. The ability to track your activities and progress is rewarding and fun. This is a must have for personal amd professional development.
I’ve used this app for over 6 months, better than anything else out there. The recent upgrade was generally an improvement as well. One note for potential improvement: I find it cannot perform with a poor cellular or WiFi connection. It simply becomes unresponsive. I hope better affordances can be put in place to show loading and perhaps some proactive caching could be considered as the encouraged use is daily, throughout the day. I’d prefer to have the day’s recordings cached in the morning in case I’m out and about when attempting to listen.
This is one of the easiest personal growth apps I’ve ever used. It doesn’t take a lot of time, it’s grounded in what helps you change dysfunctional behavior into wise, positive behavior that support strong relationships, wellbeing, and effectiveness. Highly recommend.
This has made a world of difference in my stress and anxiety. So many puzzle pieces I’ve learned over the years and while getting my psych degrees make sense with this program.
This feedback is not about the content but of the user experience. Please add offline functionality. I spend a lot of time in low/no reception areas and would love to have some sort of asynchronous sync where I last left off. Because of this, I can’t do the focus/gym when I want to and listen to the audiobook or modules. Another weird quirk about the videos in the weekly video sessions are the videos repeat after finishing rather than going onto the next. It takes a few screen taps to move onto the next section. Video playback controls would be a good add too. Otherwise the PQ content itself is great.
This is by far the absolute best app I have ever used! Not only is the content life changing, but also the app is so well designed and motivating to use. It encourages you to practice the concepts being taught.
