I love this app!
My daughter is in her 2nd year of pre-k at our local private preschool. She loves school so much already! I love that this app allows me to know what she is learning during the time she is at school. From the time the children get to school they sign them in, and when you pick them up (or any pre authorized adult) they sign the children out. So you know when your child got to and from school! Which is great if you’re in my shoes because her father and I split so I love knowing that him and his family do their part in raising her correctly too. Depending on what your school does, they can post pictures, activities, announcements, and even private messages to parents of certain children that they need to talk to the parent about. I love being able to see what book they are reading, what they have learned in the day, fun crafts, snack time, music time, etc. the thing I like the most is one child can have multiple accounts. So my daughters father has his own & I have mine. He cannot read the private messages that her teacher and I discuss which is nice because I love having my privacy. Also, this app has made it so easy to make payments for tuition. 10/10 from me! Sure they may have a few issues but it’s once in a blue moon.

Figure Out Your Troubleshooting by Yourself
Update: Finally after 4 days, I was able to login and got the correct center. I had to figure out myself, and the steps include log out, delete app, re-download app, reset password and re-login. IF ONLY when you update features, you sent a proper notification messaging on how to troubleshoot, imagine the less frustrated parents be. ——————————————————— For the past two days, my procare app didn’t work and I keep seeing my old daycare that I left 2 years ago. This is the message I receive from my daycare admin today: Procare changed one of their features as of June 24th that no longer allows parents to “select” which location their child attends. From what I understand, they are working on the issue, but for now the only solution is to add a different email address to their account and have directors resend an invitation to the new email address. Isn’t this a dumb thing? How could this possible enhancing user experience? Who was the idiot decided on this? Why would I want to give multiple email address to manage my children’s schedule? Like life is not hard enough for parents. Whoever decided to remove the “switch school” for multiple location, did not think this through. The least you can do just automatically update the data with the most recent daycare and remove the older one. I DONT WANT TO REGISTER A NEW EMAIL ADDRESS! Fix this and I’ll re-review my rating.

Best school ever!
Such a piece of mind for me As mom, after going through lots of different places around saint lucie and martin this is by far the best fit for my son, who went from 3-5 and now his little sister starting with the same teachers and director and pastor who are all amazing! My son is such a loving boy and does well with structure and fun but mainly kindness and they provide that and much more then I could ask for more. Every holiday they celebrate with amazingly good quality! They make playtime safe, chapel enjoyable , they are truly their for you and whatever you need and have concerns about. I could not say enough great things about how wonderful the teachers all are the and director Ms Agie! Also how they have helped our family more then they know! I would highly recommend this for your child if they are a good kind kid who wants kind teachers they help learn and love while making it all fun! God bless them and there future I wish they could extent to middle school because my son is 5 and it’s his last year here which is hard for me to ever find all they have to offer elsewhere.

Wish you had an emoji reply for pictures
I do like the app, it is sort of user friendly. I feel that having the ability to reply or like with an emoji on a picture or a message from the Home Screen. There is no comment place to do this. The teacher probably doesn’t even know if you have acknowledged what they send you. They would hope you’re doing it but they don’t know it would be nice instead of always sending them a message saying hey, I seen the picture or hey I see when you posted about what you worked on they get tired of the messages the messages should be for like a note back-and-forth and when they post something on the homepage of your Child portal that you should be able to comment underneath it or like it or an emoji smiley heart sad thumbs up thumbs down. You can do it I think that was something that were able to do. I think I’d love the app right now it’s like a 2 1/2 out of five but if you were able to do all these things, it would be a five I think that should be done but again, that’s just my opinion and everybody has their opinion. Some people might love it some people might not even like it at all, even though there is three stars lit I only give it 2 1/2

Lifesaving app for preschool!
As a Preschool Director of 65+ students and 10 staff members, this app has improved my job immensely. Tuition collection was the easiest ever, ongoing balances for additional charges, automatically calculated late fees, allows for recurring scheduled payments. Parents have given tons of positive feedback during the 2 weeks of piloting this. Attendance, sign in sheets, incident reports, toddler charts, potty training charts, notes and videos for documentation (can use staff view only feature) are all in one place and paperless! You can print reports of any kind for licensing. Best feature is instant communication with parents and notifications of injuries, needing picked up for illness/injury with alert and text message capability. Great customer service but sometimes takes an hour for them to respond to messages. Would love updated themes and options for newsletters and ability to switch profiles since my child also attends the school so I have a staff and parent profile. So worth the monthly cost! We paid the year subscription to get a discount. Lifesaver of an app!!

Love the peace of mind!
One of my other kids went to daycare 15 years ago and you basically just had to trust your gut. While thankfully that did work out for us, I love not having to worry at all. My son is extremely clingy. He wants his mom and his mom only, 24/7. That’s part of why we put him in daycare so he could realize that other people are ok too. On the flip side of that, my anxiety was through the roof. Was he going to miss me and cry all day? Was he not going to eat? Are they not taking care of him as well as they should? All those thoughts ran through my mind before his first day. But then with this app, I know everything he eats, when he gets a diaper change and even what kind of diaper change. I get updated pictures and messages from them constantly, letting me know that not only is he ok…but he is happy and well taken care of! I also love the ease of paying right on the app as soon as I get the notification for it because I tend to forget easily.

Work Usage Bonus
It’s wonderful to use to keep up to date with parents and their little ones. I enjoy the features such as the allergy section so I can verify that what they are eating/drinking is a-ok. This is especially helpful right now. I am a preschool then the after school teacher and this is very useful when it comes to my after school kids. I am able to keep in touch with parents and send messages for them to pass along to my kids. While our school is closed down right now, I very much love the fact I am able to check up on everyone. My only suggestion (unless I’ve missed it) is to always list the child’s name in each selection (such as messaging, sending photos, etc.) due to the fact I may have started one and have to come back to it. Whether that be at home or school. Life/kid troubles happen and I do not want to be messaging the wrong parent about another student accidentally, just due to walking away.

Have not been impressed
My child’s school just switched to this app from another program and I am not impressed. For starters I’ve been asked by the app 3 times to give feedback directly to Procare and when I say yes I will it disappear and I cannot actually give my feedback. So I’ll leave it here. Now I understand some of my issues may be with the school- and I have addressed this with them too. It is possible they need additional training/ communication from the Procare team on how to use the program from a sales person. I have the most updated version of the app and I still do not receive real-time communication re: my daughters day. I will get photos and messages but sometimes HOURS later from when the teacher sent them. The messaging system will not allow for the teachers to communicate back to me when I ask questions or communicate attendance. My daughter was sick one day and the ability for the teacher to update me was significantly delayed. The only notification I get real time is potty breaks. I am happy to discuss my concerns if somebody wants to reach out. Should these issues be with the school, I’m happy to update my review here.

Peace Of Mind For Parents
It’s always nerve racking when your little one is off with a sitter or at daycare but my wife and I love the updates we get through the app. Being able to see when she eats, naps, plays, and see pictures helps us relax knowing she’s in good hands! The app is well made and works well. I only have a few critiques which are minor. I wish I could scroll through the photos with a swipe instead of having to exit out and select each one. Also I hope they add the ability to comment or “like” some of the updates and messages sent by daycare so they know we received them. Messages such as “we need more diapers” could be acknowledged with a like or thumbs up, or react to the photos with a like. I want them to know we appreciate all the information without having to send a separate message via chat which can make it seem disjointed. All in all we are so happy the daycare uses the app so we can keep tabs on our little one while we work!

Amazing!!
We’ve been with a few different day cares (and; with that; few different communication systems). This one is super easy to use, and acts almost as a live feed throughout the day instead of just a play by play report at the end of the day - LOVE that. Also love that it’s a “one stop shop” for teachers and administrators; could be just a great school we’re in, but I’m thinking this system makes the teacher life easier so they focus more on the kiddos - ie, great school! AND it’s a cumulative/running timeline - if you want to know a regular schedule/routine (feedings, diapers, potty breaks, BMs, naps, etc)... Lets say you’re taking a trip and want to try to make days a little easier for LO or you’re trying to figure out a natural potty training schedule - BOOM. Easy peazy info right there for ya. AAAANNDDDD the comprehensive end of day report summarizes by category (naps, meals, activities, potty breaks, etc). Two thumbs WAY way up.

Solid, but room for refining Messages
This app replaced a different one at our daycare. My family didn’t have any complaints about the old app, but this one does pretty well. There is one area, though, where this app falls short: messages. Our daycare communicates frequently through the messages. It is hard to sort through the single thread. I wish the app were able to manage different treads or chains of messages. At a minimum, I wish we could sort by sender. A messages from the classroom teacher is visible only in the same thread as messages from the administrator or the center director. It would be very helpful to be able to filter by sender or organize conversations by subject. The other daycare app did this fairly well. Instead, this messaging service seems to lack even the basic features of texting (sort by sender) or email (reply chains). Please add this feature to help improve communication between parents and staff.

Push notifications
This good is good in theory but not so much in real time. I’m not sure how it works on the caregiver side but the parent side there is very little functionality. The most important thing for a parent is to be able to see and hear what is happening at daycare in real time… or at least close to real time. We need to know if our child has eaten lunch, has napped properly as it determines pick up times etc. the push notifications are not even close to the time stamp. At 6pm i get notified that my child had a diaper change at 11 am. This isn’t helpful and defeats the entire purpose of the app. The user experience is not the issue this is pure development and bug and I would prioritize this in the bug fixes. Teachers and administration gets frustrated as parents are still calling the office and the teachers to get informed. The messaging platform is simple and easy to use. I also don’t understand why the app hasn’t piggybacked off of the existing iOS camera instead of launching its own app. This has contributed to the heaviness of the application. I had to delete and make room for this app on my phone.

Love Procare, hope 2 features can be added!
I absolutely love using this app for the sign in/sign out function and primarily to stay connected to both of my children while I’m at work (mostly my 6 month old). I have 2 suggestions for user features from a parent perspective (I wish there was a feedback button from within the app) - well, I guess that’s 3 suggestions now: 1. Feedback button/form in the app 2. A “reaction” and comment feature for pictures. I wish I could love or comment on the pictures instead of messaging the teachers. I want to tell them I appreciate seeing the pics, but sending a message seems almost overkill and could be more distracting to them if they see a message come through thinking it’s something urgent, when I really just want to say “awww!” Not really message worthy! 3. We get notified when baby starts a nap, but not when they wake up. My baby is an okay napper, so sometimes I’ll see he starts a nap, but if I don’t check back for a while I’ll think wow, he’s still sleeping! Then I’ll check and realize no, he stopped sleeping 30 min ago. Darn. The only way I’m notified he’s stopped sleeping is if he has a bottle when he wakes up. Would love to see a little notification pop up when the teacher “ends” a nap. Anyway, those are my suggestions, I still love this app and hope these ideas can be elevated somehow. Thanks, Procare!

Picture access could be better
I love that I get updates throughout the day. I wish there was a way to go in and see all the photos for each kid in one place without having to scroll through for so long over time where they are embedded. I wish there was an alert letting me know when the kid has been dropped off and picked up like in tadpoles. It made me feel better knowing that if I didn’t get an alert that drop off occurred, that I could call my husband and find out what’s going on (in case there was some sort of emergency and as a good way to ensure one of us don’t forget). It was also nice in our old app when I got alerts that they were picked up early. Just another check so If I wasn’t expecting that, I could follow up with my husband immediately in case god forbid someone did so without our knowledge or permission. I like that we can pay through the app. I also like that I can send messages directly to the teacher through the app, I just don’t have a way to see if they were checked or received.

Almost Perfect: A Couple Suggestions!
I love this app! It helps so much from day to day. BUT there are a couple of things that bother my wife and me, or things we think would enhance the user experience . 1. I would really like to permanently change the “total amount you pay” number if I choose to. Every session our tuition is different, and I break that down into an amount to be paid each week. At least once I have accidentally paid the entire balance for that session, which was over $1500. The default should be what I set it to, with the OPTION to pay for the full amount; not the other way around. 2. Being able to click on a staff picture and see a full sized photo, or even staff profiles would be great, as we do not always know every staff member. 3. Notifications when your spouse comments in the message thread. We only seem to be notified when staff send a message, so we are often sending similar messages because we didn’t know the other had already sent the information. 4. When clicking on a text thread, it should load at the most recent message sent. Right now it is loading further up in the thread, which is just frustrating when you feel like you’re having to search every time you open the thread. Thanks for all you do! Just know that these tweaks would be awesome for your app!

Notifications not working
I love this app so far as a caregiver but, I will say not receiving a notification is not ideal. I have all the push notifications turned on and I still get nothing. I never know when a parent messages me because even when I’m actively in the app it doesn’t even have an icon by the messages. I can not constantly be checking the app for messages when I’m busy teaching the children. This has caused issues for me in a couple situations. Also, it would be great to be notified when a parent updates a profile, links to their child’s account or when they’ve seen an update. Besides that flaw, I absolutely love the app! I like that you can customize activities to add your own. I like that you can do individual post for a child or you can do a whole group post. It’s pretty easy to navigate and all my parents love it this far (besides my complaint above).

Love this! But I have a suggestion!
Hi! So I’m an infant teacher and absolutely love this app. It’s removed wasting paper and has actually made communication between teachers and parents so much easier! It’s so simple to use, and it’s convenient, too! I have a suggestion for a new feature — an apple watch app AND complication. We have an iPad in our classroom where we all can input diaper changes/feeding/etc., but we can also use our phones. I usually use my phone since it’s always on me. But that requires me to get out my phone every time I do something. It would be so convenient if I could touch a Procare complication on my apple watch and input a diaper change straight from my watch. This is definitely a non-essential feature, but it would definitely be handy!!

Great App, but Needs Tweaks
Using the app as a parent, I love it. It keeps me informed about my kids throughout the day. The daily summary email is nice, too, if you don’t want to get every notification of every thing. Just a couple things I would change: - be able to “react” or comment on a picture - get more granular with notifications; I don’t need to know every update, but if the teacher leaves a comment (“need diapers”, “need a pacifier”, “baby had a blowout and needs more changes of clothes at school”), I want to know about that separately. This should be configurable by “event” type (I don’t need to know real-time that she ate all of her bottle, but I do want to know if her diaper change was a blowout and she needs more clothes). - other minor things; example: if you don’t have a profile picture for your kid, their initials are shown as Last Name Initial then First Name Initial, instead of the other way around.

Loving it as a parent AND a provider
This app has so far (1 month in) been very usure friendly as both a provider and a parent. I like that I can have 1 login for both aspects and can toggle between what I need to do for my class, and what I need to see for my own children. As a provider I like that it allows me to track pretty much every aspect of my students day and leave notes for parents about events, how their child is doing, what has gone well (or not) during the day and send direct messages when needed. These are also awesome as a parent as I am able to see details about my child’s day and get notes from their teachers. I especially love that there are sections to upload photos, track moods (nice if my child is having a fussy day), and upload curriculum notes for parents so see what we’re learning and how it relates to state standards. All in all this is a fantastic app!

Curriculum
I am that kind of mom who loves communication and updates I like knowing when my child is having a good day, I like knowing when my child is having a bad day, I like knowing if my child got hurt and I love knowing what my child is working on and doing well. I think it’s great that they a daily schedule and curriculum that they follow I feel like I’ve already seen improvements with my child’s emotions and receptive language at home. I love being kept in the loop, and I appreciate the teachers and how they coparent with me because it takes a village. My child loves going there and it’s sad when it’s time to leave. This app helps me know that my child is safe and well taken care of and it’s a great way to communicate with the teachers and I appreciate all that you do

Great app, but could use a few updates for parents
We love this app and how it keeps us informed about our children’s daily activities. Is easy to use and our school provides us tons of updates via the app. That’s said, there are a few quirky things that I’m surprised have not been addressed. First, the message feed doesn’t automatically jump to the most current message, so you have to scroll down and find it. It would be great if the current message appeared when you click into that section. Also, messages never go away, so the scroll gets long. I get the benefit of being able to acres old messages, but could there be a filter or archive feature to help organize it? Parents can’t add anything to the events section. Our school doesn’t use this feature, but it would be great for us parents to be able add things like vacations, schedule changes, lessons, etc. to help communicate with teachers and staff. Lastly, a nice-to-have feature would be the ability to like a message or photo from the teachers so we can show our appreciation for these updates. I can imagine it would be awful for teachers to constantly get alerts for likes on everything, but even just the photos would be nice.

Does a fine job!
No frills, but it seems to work very well. No bloat, just simple and effective. You can get and send messages between you and your daycare provider, get reminders about events, see picture your daycare provider posts, and you see your child’s activity feed like a social media feed that only features your child. Notifications pop up on your phone, so you don’t have to check the app or your email. Ultimately it’s up to your daycare provider to post the content, so if they do a good job posting, that will improve your experience with this app. I can’t think of any feature that I wish was added to this app. Maybe something for specific medication timing, or perhaps diaper changes... once again that would be up to the daycare provider to post accurately.

Sufficient, glitchy
Going down a star after a few more days use. It’s been an hour and the main timeline still hasn’t updated based on a notification of a nap from the teacher. Also I just noticed my sons teachers profile picture is showing up under my name also in the messages. Seems pretty decent, though I’m a parent so I guess I can only see what the school lets me. For me it’s more of a notification tool, which I think could be improved. For instance, I get a notification whenever my son is checked in or out, regardless if I was the one who did it, or my wife. Why would I need to be notified right after I did something? Also just in general I’ve found the the main timeline and the messages don’t refresh very well and it’s a bit clunky. I’ll get a push notification and then open the app and I can’t see what I was altered to, but if I click the notification it seems to refresh the app and then I can see it. After more use it seems that the teacher interface might not be very clear because sometimes going to sleep and waking up are separate activity blocks, and sometimes they are in the same one. But if they are in the same one I don’t get a notification for my son waking up. Honestly I can’t understand why this app has so many 5 star reviews. I must be looking at something different than everyone else.

Peace of Mind
The Procare app has helped my husband and I feel comfortable utilizing our time and attention at work without the stress and worry of our children’s safety and satisfaction. We get real time updates throughout the day for bathroom breaks, meals, activities and even reports & teacher-parent communications straight to our phone. We are plugged in to our children’s well being while allowing them to have a safe learning experience at school/daycare. As a working mom it can be nerve wracking not being available to help guide my children through their daily experiences but Procare has helped me find peace of mind while at work by allowing me transparency throughout the day for both my littles. Thank you Procare!!!

Needs updates on parents view
I cannot speak to how this app is for schools and teachers. But for parents this is one of the worst apps I have used (this is my 5th app for daycare/school). The parents do not have the ability to log anything for their child ie diaper, bottles, food, sleep; which informs the teachers easily about my child’s morning. The message section for me only shows one message, not all the message exchanged. The Activities sections only updates to include “today” info after I completely close and reopen the app. I cannot speak to pictures as I have yet to receive one. The calendar function should be updated to allow different views and future activities. It is okay but needs improvements, which honestly shouldn’t be too difficult to complete. Wish my school would have chosen a different app, but will look forward to update to make this more useful and user friendly.

Happy Great Grandma
Love this and seeing pics of my great grandson and what he’s doing through out his day! My granddaughter tells me he doesn’t cry when she drops him off in the morning and waves goodbye to her! This is first time being in a daycare and this days a lot about you all, since he doesn’t cry! Thank you to each and every one of you for taking care of him When there was an incident where one of his “friends” bit him, I appreciated when there was paperwork filled out saying what happened and showed pic of paperwork as well as where he was bitten at. Thank you all again for taking care of him and the didn’t activities you have and come up with otherwise we would never thought about making such sensory items or letting him paint, play with play dough etc. Very happy great grandma

Love the app, just wish one modification
I love this app for our daycare. I love getting notifications throughout the day of what she’s eat/learning/napping/etc and most of all the pics they can send :) you can also change the setting to have email notifications instead of push notifications, or none at all, or just the daily wrap up 1x per day. The only downfall is the school can send us photos but we cannot send photos back, which would have often been helpful: example: sending them a pic of a doctors note, or like one time my daughter came home with a mark on her face that we didn’t get an incident report for, it would be nice to be able to send photo of the mark so they can see what we are talking about in case it is healed over the weekend, things like that.

They actually let me opt out of being asked to rate it!
This app does the job. Easy to use, easy to download the photos, lets me keep track of as much as the daycare workers have time to update. I prefer it with notifications turned off though because I don’t need to know every time my child naps for only 20 minutes when she’ll nap for hours at home. The feature that convinced me to go ahead and write a review is because when the popup soliciting the review came up, it gave me the option of never getting that popup again. Of course, since I decided to write a review I don’t know yet whether they’ll solicit me for a review again, but it was a nice gesture.

Really great app
I love getting updates in real time throughout the day. It’s so reassuring to know what’s going on with my kid. It also helps us prepare for his specific needs that day when we pick him up. We can see if he didn’t eat well, for example, and come prepared with a snack for him. I love the pictures feature, although the camera quality could be improved. One other technical thing that could be improved is the information in the pushed notifications could have the same details as the entry when you look at the activities list. For example, if I get a notification that says my kid ate the morning snack, that just means that snack time happened. I have to go into the app to find out whether he actually ate any of it or not.

Love it with a couple suggestions
I’m so thankful for this app! It really has given me peace of mind when going back to work after maternity leave… They notifications all day are amazing and the app is really designed well! My only suggestions are the following… I love the messaging feature but I wish it showed up more as a conversation rather than just separate areas for inbox and outbox… Sometimes it would be easier to see our entire conversation in a thread rather than separate pieces. My second suggestion is to add the ability to comment on photos that the center posts. I think this would be a great way to feel as though you’re interacting with the day care provider although I’m not sure the daycare providers would want this function as much as the parents would.

Procare is getting there
This app is definitely a learning curve after coming from sandbox. The app has been lagging when it comes to refreshing the page after a caregiver or guardian picks up. We have found that referencing the live sign in page has been helpful when verifying that an authorized pick up has signed out the child. Instead of using the attendance page. There should be a pull down feature for each measure of development within each domain. the list is too long to scroll when trying to find a specific milestone within one domain development. Each measure should have a pull down menu to select building earlier and fundamental with reference to evidence for observations. The app could have a scan QR feature to ensure authorized pickups like sandbox had.

Peace of Mind
I have trust issues when it comes to who watches my babies because of a past friend/sitter neglecting my oldest when she was 3 which in turn allowed her to leave the sitters house at 5am in just her diaper and cross a trucking route and walk to a gas station a block away. This chick WAS my friend and I trusted her with the most precious thing in my life and she of all people broke my trust. Also not a fan of lazy sitters who just plop kids in front of tvs. Primrose is worth every penny paid for my son. I love this app they use because they tell me what he ate, when he is changed, who picks him up and drops him off, and they upload pictures of my son doing curriculum throughout the day. I love it.

Great app, helps with peace of mind!
My wife and I brought our baby to a new daycare, and the provider uses this app. We love the daily play-by-play updates, and seeing photos/videos of Baby Girl helps reassure us that she’s doing well! The embedded text chat feature is also great! So far, we haven’t experienced any bugs. The only feature update/improvement I can think of so far would be in the text chat section. Neither of the “parent” accounts gets a notification when the other parent sends a message in the text chat. It would be good if we would get notifications when the other parent sends a message, not just for the provider messages.

Fantastic Daycare App for Keeping Parents Connected
As a parent, finding a daycare app that not only meets but exceeds expectations can be a game-changer, and that's exactly what we found with ProCare. From its user-friendly interface to its thoughtful features, this app has truly transformed our daycare experience. One of the standout features of ProCare is its seamless user interface. Navigating through the app is a breeze, making it incredibly easy to stay connected with our child's daycare activities. Whether we're checking in on our little one's daily schedule or viewing photos and updates throughout the day, the app's intuitive design ensures a stress-free experience.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE!!
I have used a few different Care/School apps and this is, by far, the BEST! My 2 year old daughter has Type 1 Diabetes and she started daycare full time for the first time since she was diagnosed. Her school uses the app to post updates and pictures and it has drastically reduced my anxiety about her going full time. I am able to see if she’s eaten her snacks and lunch and then that allows me to notify them of how much insulin she needs. I have never had any issues (feed loading, connection, etc.) with the app, which is rare for an app that has so many features. I definitely recommend this app to any school, daycare, institution, etc.!!!!

Good app for staying up to date
Being able to check up on my little ones throughout the day is great! I previously waffled between receiving notifications, but the updated settings introduced a week ago let me get only the ones I want. Several times, the app has been helpful for checking nap trends so we can continue them into the weekend. Response time when switching between kids or scrolling through more than a handful of events lags as the app loads the data, but the app still provides a nice overall experience. I particularly like getting photos delivered in a good resolution so I can save local copies and see them again later. Thank you to the developers for a decent app that keeps me in touch throughout the day!

App is terrible from staff POV
This app has great features like deleting messages, previewing the messages (great on Apple Watch) and informing parents the staff present on activities. But that’s it. You are unable to choose which way you want to sort the children, it’s only by last name. There is two separate messaging for staff and parents. The app runs very slow and only allows you to be in vertical mode. The messages for some reason don’t start at the most recent message but instead halfway through all the messages. I would prefer messages be one single thread instead of hundreds of messages on staff. For student head count you have to go through attendance instead of it being on the home page. For bathroom option it does not have the option of both Pee and BM. And there’s no option to put a potty accident!!! This app could be better!!!

Good, not great
As a parent, this app has two very important functions: Communication and Information (photos showing the activities my child did during the day, etc.). The communication piece works well but reviewing every photo taken during the day is a pain because you have to click on each photo to see the entire (larger) image and then close the photo to view the next one. To make this app 4*+, add the ability to swipe through (back and forth) photos and include the associated message included with each photo as a caption underneath the photo. That way, parents can quickly review photos and read the message(s) attached to each one without having to open and close photos dozens of times. Thanks in advance!

Notifications aren't coming to my phone for the app.
Just looking for some insight as to why the Procare notifications aren't coming to my phone. My child has been at this school over 2 years now and I haven't been able to get any of the notifications that are sent throughout the app daily unless I open the app and check for myself. I've deleted the app, re-downloaded the app, made sure the notifications are on in my settings for the app and yet nothing! I've missed a lot of important updates in the app for this very reason and it's really not helping me stay updated if I can't receive the notifications. Other than overall I love the app.

Love the play-by- play updates
I smile every-time a get a notification! 😊 Seeing my son engaging in learning and activities is the best feeling. The written comments and detail of what type of learning objective was achieved kid great for parents to reinforce and continue each skill. For example, yesterday I received a picture of my son setting the letter T and A. The day before it was C and E. I was able to ask him questions to check for understanding and build on him retaining the sound each letter makes and apply words that begin with the letter. Then I had him work on upper and lowercase writing. Long story short, the app is awesome! 😊

A good & helpful app
Procare is user friendly & a no-frills app. Love that it’s helping us (parents) keep us in the know w activities that our kids has learned or had fun doing at school. Also, teachers being able to post photos on it —allows my little one to share more details on what they were up to at school in each photo we get to review & talk about. A great storytime & that great feeling of enthusiasm that we need to invest to our kids to make them feel good & always having that feeling that they’re “seen” in everything they do while we’re away from each other for few hours! ❤️ Thank you!

Wonderful & Super Easy to use!
Throughout the years, I have had to use countless different apps from daycares or the different schools or after school programs that my kids have been in over the years but this app is By FARRRR the EASIEST interface & the most simple, yet productive app that we have ever had to use! I am prayingggg they continue to utilize this app because of how easy it is to use regardless of how “tech-savvy” you may or may not be & how incredibly simple it is to get into contact with their teachers, make payment & just send general questions or updates to their weekly schedule! I HIGHLYYYYYY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!

Notifications show specific activities for my child; app never shows the corresponding entries
The first few days of using the app, we could see our child’s activities throughout the day. Notifications would come in about something that happened during class and you could see in the app what happened during that entry like recess, pics of class work, etc. Now, both of us have to close and reopen the app to get new entries at all (refreshing doesn’t help) and virtually all of the events during the day aren’t listed, except usually sign-in and sign-out. We get notifications on our phones about entries, but they don’t exist when opening the app. We’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling; doesn’t fix the issue. If a developer will respond with contact info, I’ll gladly send a recording to see the issue.

Works reliably for talking with school
This is a pretty good app for talking with my daughter’s school. It doesn’t say everyone that gets the message (just “staff”) and it doesn’t allow you to pick who you send a message to. So basically any message gets seen by everyone at her school, which is not ideal when talking about personal things. When she was a baby, her daycare (a different business) used another app called Kangarootime, which allows for selecting who sees messages and sending pictures. It was nice to be able to add her Dad to the messages to keep him in the loop. Overall, this is a reliable app and works but it could use some feature improvements.

Absolutely love this app!
My children’s daycare recently started using this app and I love being able to see pictures of my kids and the activities they’re participating in while I’m at work. I’ve often struggled with being a single mom, working full-time and not being able to know what my 2 young children are doing during the day. This app makes it possible to see what my kids are eating daily, what they’re working on and learning, their nap schedule and pictures throughout the day. I love this app and I think all daycare centers should use it, especially for the working parents who can’t be around their children during the day.

The update is terrible
If you gave this app anything other than one star after this recent update, then you might not have multiple children enrolled at different places that use this app. Apparently now you have to fully log out and use your “other password” in order to access your other children. Obviously this doesn’t make sense bc you CAN’T have two passwords under one login. So you will just not receive updates for the children under the “other password”. Not only his this not acceptable but it’s not sitting well with parents who happen to want to know how their kids are doing or receive updates about them. It’s been almost 2 weeks and I haven’t had access to all of my children on this app. Resetting the password is not the solution! The app developers need to fix this assinine update.

The best daycare center in riverside California
This daycare center is a blessing sent from god the teachers there are so amazing my baby is only 7 1/2 months and they are very awesome with you baby on this you will receive daily updates on child and how he/she is doing and what they are doing the best part about that is even though they have other children to attend to they still take the time to take pictures of you little and post them individually on each student’s profile for us as parents to see how our littles are doing. I highly recommend not only the app but the daycare center too😁

Please look elsewhere for your daycare needs
As a parent that’s used both Procare and Brightwheel. Procare is so antiquated and on top of that they do not let parent users interact with them for bugs / issues with the software and you have to do everything through your childcare center. I don’t think they understand that majority of their users will be parents and that us as parents if we won’t like it we will let the daycare know. Layout feels dated, navigation is terrible and overall feels like this app was created with the original iPhone. My daycare just started using this and I’m going to ask them if they are still in their trial phase and if they can switch because it really is terrible. And for all the people that supposedly love this app. It’s probably because they haven’t used or tried another app before.

Get your issues fixed
As a teacher this app has been my nightmare lately! I legit cannot think of a week that there has not been an issue! I get more SERVER ERROR messages than a tech support worker. It’s ridiculous. We PAY FOR THESE SERVICES and if you cannot handle the service than DO NOT take on more clients until you get your system working. Parents want to know how their children are doing but how can teachers do that when your app is complete garbage since we cannot use it? And why can I not just type in a time? I have to scroll through all the numbers like it’s 2007… tell your developers to fix the issues, we cannot handle this ANYMORE! And why can we NOT send pictures through messages just to parents? You have to post on their pictures. If I get one more message about your app being down, my heads going to EXPLODE!

Junk app lately. Logs out automatically and won’t work for days.
Used to be a decent app but lately would log out randomly at the beginning of the day and then won’t login for days. Multiple password resets, multiple change of passwords, multiple rounds of deleting app and reinstalling and endless other things over a period of few days to get it to work. If you keep on releasing new updates without testing them fully then maybe just shut down this app for good. Can’t believe what kind of development team you have that kills users sessions with each new update/release and then won’t work after that for days. I guess only motivate of pushing a new release is to frustrate it’s users. Horrible horrible people that test it to let it go to Production without making it work these basic things work.
