Look no further if using the ECG of Apple Watch
I have had arrythmias most of my adult life. When I heard the Apple Watch 6 had the capability of recording and interpreting the ECGs I switched from my Samsung Galaxy watch to Apple. Over a two week stretch the watch said that I had had over 45 episodes of Atrial Fibrillation. I was so concerned I sent some of these strips to my cardiologist who them told me that they weren't. Because I didn't want to worry nor wonder if indeed I was in AFIB, I looked for an app that used real technicians and not an algorithm to read the ECGs. Luckily, ReadMyECG was at the right time for me . Now, instead of bothering my Dr this app receives the watches report and ECG Strip and if I choose to have them interpret the ECG, they do it within 24 hrs of sending it to them. The technicians have debunked all but 4 of the 81 reports of AFIB. This app also tells me what is specifically happening with my rythym. I've gotten a great education in so far as I'm not nervous anymore with what's going on with my heart's rhythm. The other beauty of this app is that it is so easy to use, a child can do it. The new update goes beyond expectations. It is elegant and beautifully arranged. Bravo to READMYECG. Definitely worth the money!!

Best peace of mind for your❤️
Out of nowhere I started having V-tachs. After 10 days in the hospital, every heart test imaginable, and hearing life threatening, catastrophic in sentences, I had a cardiac ventricular ablation. I was freaked and every little weird heartbeat sent me into a panic. At first I’d send my Apple Watch ECG to my EP doctor but then I felt silly as he’d need to reassure me what was going on. ReadMyECG gave me back some control letting me know what my weird beats were, stating if they were within a normal range and giving me some much needed information about my heart. Recently I had an appointment with my cardiologist and showed her some of my reviews from ReadMyECG. She agreed with the reviews and for what I was using it for. Peace of mind obtained. I owe this app so much! I’d encourage you to try it out for 1 month. The cost is nothing given the fear I lived with not knowing and the peace I gained! ALSO, the owners are always upgrading it making it better and more useful. I’m hopeful I won’t need to use it due to my heart issues subsiding, until then THANK YOU ReadMyECG!!!

Life saving
There’s little time in the medical field even though every patient is important. And time with providers, costs money. The more time you need with a doctor(s), the more expensive it is. The less time you spend = more money saved. This app helps me spend less time and save more money. Heart holster monitoring is expensive without insurance and I can send one of my watch recordings that was tech reviewed on this app to my cardiologist when I’m worried about something. This app helps me differ when a flutter in my chest is something more serious or just a flutter I don’t need to be scared about. It can offer great ease of mind to someone with a heart condition. But also, please talk to your doctor before using this app. It could cause unneeded anxiety if you’re monitoring something that doesn’t need to be monitored. Technology is awesome. But don’t let it consume you.

Tried it, and submitted my ECG. Their answer was completely wrong
They can’t read an ECG! Be careful using them. ———————— I started in persistent AFIB 2 months ago, validated first by my Apple Watch and second by a doctor. I have been cardioverted twice in attempts to fix it. I got this app to see what it would show and I ran an ECG and submitted it for analysis. The answer I received did not mention AFIB, a critical mistake so I sent a message about that. Here’s the second answer: —————— I double-check with the team. It's Sinus Arrhythmia with slightly wide QRS (144ms). Apple Watch from time to time will show false Afib analysis. Happen to me personally as well, it also end up being Sinus Arrhythmia :) ————- I wrote again and told them once again they’re wrong, that I can confirm I’m in AFIB. They had someone else review it for a 3rd time, and this time responded with: —————- My head reviewer just confirmed that the reading you had sent us was indeed AFib. She confirmed the reading had no clear P waves and has an irregular rhythm, thus confirming AFib. Sorry for getting this one incorrect the first time. ——————————— So the problem here is, you can’t trust the answer! That’s very concerning.

I just need to know
I have annoying and burdensome symptoms with my autoimmune condition and it’s just reassuring to have immediate feedback when certain sensations become concerning. I can’t read an ECG, so I appreciate the expertise of the technicians in helping me understand what may be going on physically. No waiting for an appointment and hoping the thing you came to check out occurs in the doctor's office. No weird looks or gaslighting. I have a sensitive nervous system and feel everything strongly - I was born this way. I just need knowledge so I can put my sensations into context of my health and potential care needs. I feel more in control of my health when I can just quickly get feedback on an event (the reviews are super quick!) and then go about my day. Apps like this are the future of healthcare.

Life Changing
I truly feel this app can save lives! It lead to me finally being diagnosed with SVT and POTs after years of suffering. I was misdiagnosed and lived with my heart conditions for years. When I got the Apple Watch 6 with the ECG feature, I kept getting high heart rate notifications. I used the ECG feature, but I had no idea what it meant or how to read it. That’s when I found this app and submitted my ECG and received my life changing reading from the professionals. My cardiologist confirmed what I had been told from the professionals that read my ECG and 2 months later I had a ablation and have had no more SVT attacks! I am forever grateful for this app! Life changing!

Subscription price is shockingly high.
TLDR: subscription prices have become outrageous compared to the past. It used to be a great service. Now it’s cheaper to look elsewhere. I joined in with the beta of this application well before it was ever released. The developer sought out people on Reddit to assist with testing and I saw it grow from a very basic program to something helpful to those who wanted a better explanation of what their Apple Watch was telling them. After that beta, and once released, the subscribe prices seemed to shift around but on average we’re very fair, few bucks a month for something I used only once in awhile. I just decided to take a look today, not having submitted one in many many months. I noticed he has changed the name to the App /again/. I also noticed I wasn’t paying a subscription. I went to “renew” only to see he has increased it to over $30/mo or almost $200 a year. I am shocked and disappointed. The product was sound and a great tool. I understand getting your return back for time you put in developing, and paying folks to review the strips, but unless you’ve been forced to take on massive liability insurance costs it seems a bit like you’re over-milking the cow.

Trying to cancel subscription is strange
I was using QALY when I needed a piece of mind since I did not know what was the cause of my cardiac events. I had tried out the free trial period for their trial subscription but eventually canceled because I was able to find a cardiologist. I had cancelled the trial subscription in the settings app where all other app subscriptions would be for Apple. However doing that does not actually cancel the subscription. You have to actually go into the QALY app to cancel the subscription there or else you will be charged even if you do cancel under your subscription tab. I liked the service I received and it was great having a piece of mind when I did not know what was causing my heart issue, but I wish I was just told that in order to cancel subscriptions it had to be through their app instead of being charged.

Great app
Just subscribed to ReadMyECG and sent over my first ECG. I was very impressed by the detailed read of my ECG. My ECG had a lot of issues and the issues were notated and information was provided that explained generally what each notation meant. Levels of severity of issues was clearly and easily highlighted. I feel that this review will enable me to better discuss my symptoms and experiences with my EP. I often feel unheard in my visits to my cardiologists. I hope this additional knowledge will enable me to better engage them. Having other eyes on my data may challenge them to pay better attention. Well worth the subscription price.

Extremely beneficial for some heart conditions
This app is very easy to use, and the technicians read and report back to you very promptly about the ecg you have submitted. They are very friendly and helpful as well. Unfortunately, this app didn’t work out for me on no fault of its own, but because the Apple Watch ecg lead is not best at detecting the heart conditions I have been recently diagnosed with. I already was aware of my tachycardia condition that this ecg will detect. If you have a heart condition that will show up on lead 1 of an ecg such as AFib - I can see how this would be extremely helpful for you and would recommend it 100%.

Awesome app!
I’ve been using this app since it was in beta testing and it has really been great! It has helped me to identify several heart rhythm issues that have later been confirmed with my cardiologist and electrophysiologist. I had an episode of a potentially very serious heart rhythm that, without this app, I would have potentially blown off but the guidance from the professionals who interpret the ecgs encouraged me to talk to my doctor. This app is user friendly and constantly being update with new features. Would recommend to anyone with an Apple Watch who is concerned about their heart health or even who just wants to learn more. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could!

New fav app! It’s a keeper. Great data
I had prolonged palpitations today and used the ecg app on my Apple Watch. It’s good but only tells you if you’re in afib. I got a few inconclusive readings and then found this app and sent them all in. I had several readings. The app is super easy to use. I really like the layout and how it shows the reviewed ecg’s and filter options. The techs that reviewed my ecgs were quick and very kind. This app is super helpful to me. Ill be calling my doctor tomorrow to make an appt. I now have data to show them. I’ll be keeping this app after the trial. Great job and thanks so much for developing this!

Indispensable if you need it
The app is clean and easy to use, the subscription price is fair, the technicians seem competent, but most of all they are responsive. Not once did I wait more than five minutes to receive an interpretation, even at 2:30 AM. Don’t worry about getting charged for the free trial, even though the payment window looks like it will charge you. You will have 24 hours to cancel (easy, 1 button in-app) until any charge hits your account. If you’re worried about your heart, this app is a straight up coping mechanism, it will soothe your worries. 10/10.

Grateful for the person on the app who reviewed my ecg! Thank you!
I’m extremely grateful for the person who reviewed my ecg. You saved my life. It was my deciding factor to see immediate medical attention at an ER. Although it was a sinus rhythm, you alerted me that my electrical pulse was weak which an indication of a myocardial infarction or other serious heart issues that need immediate intervention. I ended up going to the ER and it turns out that I my blood pressure was very low and my bloodwork pointed out some other issues/possible causes. Following up with my primary care Doctor and specialist. Thank you my friend, I appreciate you!

I love this app
Being able to get a technician to read my ECG between the time I graduated from hospice and got back to see a heart specialist has been a true help. I was able to accurately get my ECG readings and know when I was pushing my own limits too far accordingly and able to take useful information to my doctor for him to help accurately diagnose me. Thank you to all the technicians who helped to read my ECG’s I have submitted. It helps to not have to worry when you are trying to make your heart get stronger.

“Free trial” is not really a trial at all…
The “free trial” offered by the app does not allow you to request that ecgs be reviewed by actual humans. It only allows you to use their algorithm to get automatic analysis. While I understand why they may have made this choice it feels like false advertising and a bit of a bate and switch which I don’t appreciate. I also don’t appreciate their lack of transparency about the pricing. You have to actually download the app and create a whole profile and everything before you can even find out about the price. Why not just honestly state this information upfront so people can make informed decisions? It just feels like they’re hiding things.

If you catch it they’ll tell you what it is
I had been having heart palpitations for a few days and after the second day it started worrying me. The problem was I couldn’t ever get the dang ecg as it happened but on the 3rd day I finally did and got it on the report. Sent it on here and after about an hour they said it was a premature ventricular contraction so I could at least narrow it down. I had no idea if it was something serious or not but this helped.

Excellent
I struggle with chronic chest pain and palpitations. While QALY can’t diagnose anything they can let you know what they see on your ECGs which is really helpful when you’re feeling bad. It’s super simple and you get a response back under twenty minutes, usually less. They explain any if necessary I can send these to my doctor as well and she has always agreed with their reviews. The techs are kind and explain everything very clearly. Great app and brings peace of mind!

Fascinating times
Within minutes of submitting an ecg for review, I had a kind, caring, detailed review. And this reviewer (just looking at a 30 second, ecg from a watch) had a similar take as cardiologists using hospital grade, 12 lead ekgs. Impressive. I personally wouldn’t use this as my primary doc, but I love it as an almost real-time second opinion. It would be even more impressive if they were able to use all 6 leads from Kardia mobile to work their magic.

Amazing idea
This app is so wonderful. I’ve always wondered what the point of these amazing device advancements like ECG recordings is if getting them reviewed by a medical professional is so arduous. Not only is it so amazing to have your ECGs so quickly reviewed, the people reviewing and leaving their feedback put so much effort in their note to you! I wasn’t expecting such an in depth review tbh and am more than impressed. Thank you to whoever created this app and takes the time to review ecgs!!!

DODGY PURCHASES! CAREFUL
Their subscription is not done through the App Store like all other apps do, instead they charge the subscription fee directly on my credit card. When I wanted to cancel the subscription, I couldn’t find it in the App Store where all my subscriptions are, it is simply not there. And then I figured out why, because it is NOT done through the App Store at all, and they will keep charging the subscription fee until you realized and tried to cancel it on their app and found it does not stop the charges at all. Very dodgy business they intentionally ask you to pay through Apply Pay which fools you think it is done through the App Store.

Surprisingly helpful app!
Hi everyone, I rarely if ever leave app reviews but I felt the need to briefly comment on this app. I’ve been undergoing quite a bit of cardiology monitoring post COVID-19 infection and have found it helpful to capture an ECG reading on my Apple Watch when I’m having heart/chest issues. The Apple Watch health app is great but lacks detail. This is where I’ve found huge value in the ReadMyECG app! It provides immediate detail not found in the health app and then the true game changer.. technician review of your reading that givens ever more clarity around your data. While I know this app isn’t providing medical advice and you should seek professional medical care in an emergency, this app has helped provide me peace of mind and additional data to bring my cardiologist. Thanks, ReadMyECG.

The information the techs provide is also very helpful for teaching you to understand what you’re looking at in the submitted ECG’s. Seriously, the app and the techs are fantastic!

Fantastic app for Apple Watch and Kardia
I had been seeing a cardiologist for about a year when I stumbled across this app in the Beta stage. I signed up to use it because I was developing very serious health anxiety because of my arrhythmia’s The quick and informative interpretations of my Ecgs from both my Kardia and Apple Watch has not only calmed my fears, but also taught me how to recognize my PVCs and PACs on my readings.

Reviews Taking Too Long Since Rebranding
When the switch happened from ReadMyECG to QALY the time in which it takes ECGs to be read is getting longer and longer. If I pay for a service where the ECG is supposed to be read within moments, that’s what I expect. NOW, it is taking hours and I’m going to cancel my subscription and pursue a refund for this horrible month of service. This used to be a wonderful invaluable service and now it is lacking. Hoping to find something comparable to replace this app as it is no longer work the $30 a month I pay for the service.

FANTASTIC!!!
Really great service. They give the QTc values from your ECG. This seems like a very important value that determines heart health. This from doing allot of Googling research as a consumer. This, in conjunction with the $10 a month KardiaMobile, is complete results satisfaction (though together it’s $30 a month). Seems Kardia won’t give out this QTc STAT even with the $10 a month plan.

After you pay the subscription they stop readying your ecg
After you pay the subscription they stop reading your ecgs in a timely fashion. During the free one day trial, I was so impressed at the quality - the turn around for the ecg interpretation was really fast. AS SOON as I paid the expensive subscription price, it was as if they didn’t care anymore. I waited HOURS even on a simple ecg. Save your money guys. They need to do better. And they don’t read 12 lead ecgs, only one rhythm strips or one lead on a 12 lead (usually II)

Inaccurate and poor customer service
For someone who has SVT I wanted an app that can analyze and check for this rhythm as well as skipped beats. Though it does sometimes analyze correctly I got many that were not correct and many reviews that were “custom”, inconclusive or it could be this or this etc. The customer service is not great either. If you have a problem with your account they are not very helpful.
