I have now been enjoying reading the e-version of the Record Journal for about a month now. I do like having the extra spotlight on local news & events. The e-version has been flawless and enjoy sitting with my iPad and cup of coffee each morning. Plus I feel as I’m helping the environment by not filling up the landfill with my discarded paper. Thanks and keep up the good work.
Love being able to read a well written and presented newspaper. I grew up in Wallingford and subscribe to keep I. Touch with what is going on. In a world of huge newspaper conglomerates I look forward to reading a informative and entertaining as well as well written paper every morning. Thank you.
I love having the “paper” right there when I’m ready for it, which is usually first thing in the morning. The front page having top stories in all area towns. Mostly I really look forward to the puzzles!! Jumble - you’re the Best Cryptoquote- I HAVE to solve it. Soduko ❤️❤️❤️ Crossword- wish I could do it on my iPad screen 😏 I also love all the human interest stories and pictures You always have great photos. Love the online version much more than I thought I would!!
I love reading the local information from the Record-Journal but for some reason the app keeps signing me out. Also when i switch to another app a lot of times the app will time out and lose the page i was reading. Overall, the information provided is great but there can be some tweaks to the tech side to make it better. SUPPORT LOCAL NEWS!
I have been using the app for a couple of years and for the most part, I enjoy it. I use it on an older iPad and it works well. There was a period of time when I had to log in every time I accessed it which seemed unnecessary to me but that is no longer the case. One tap and I've got my morning newspaper!
I am not a tech savvy being but knowing I can read my newspaper on line comforts me- then I get the print copy and I get to hold my favorite sections- especially the comics Mary Willmott
Why do I need to enter e-mail address / log in to read the news etc? I grew up in Meriden, and would like to see what is new etc. Description does NOT indicate username & password needed. Unistalled the P O S.
