Old school theater just like I like them… I’m Glad I’m able to support your business…

Not friendly at all

If you aren’t going to keep our payment info on file, at least build the app so I can use the auto fill and key chain functions. It takes forever to purchase tickets. Almost worth the service fee to just do it all through Fandango. Their app is a breeze.

App does not Recognize My Account

The app does not allow me to log in into my account. It says that the password is incorrect and will not allow a reset of the password. The Regency website, however, does recognize my account.

Bad start

I used this app the first time to buy tickets not anywhere as good as Fandango. Not even an email confirmation, accessing the app to locate purchases is non existent as far as I can tell. Got to our theatre no tickets the kid who had a bit of an attitude towards my hubby caught a bit from me I Was Not Pleased. I had to buy tickets again. Will be checking credit card charges when we get home 😡

Error in showing my debit card as invalid.

Tried to use card, but not accepted this time, however it has worked before. Trying one more time after deleting and then reinstalling the app. We’ll see.

Crashes when searching for a location

I love that it shows currents view playing in their theater, but the app has not been updated or cared for and crashes when searching for a location or says it cannot connect to the server. All I want to do is find out the times at a specific location. I wish the company would pay to have the app builders fix this.

FIX the issues. Quit put a band aid on it.

Just downloaded the app. Why? I can’t choose a theater, buy tickets. Nothing. It won’t let me. Every time I try to, it closes. All I can do is check my point balance. I think I’ll stick to doing everything on the computer. “Last bug fix a month ago”? Sure about that? I had to choose at least one star. If I could, I would choose none.

Great App, but missing Regency Rewards

Very convenient app for buying movie tickets and selecting seats at Regency Theaters without any annoying "convenience" fees. Would be rated 5-stars if it allowed users to enter their Regency Rewards number to get loyalty program credit.

No Bueno

Sadly the App no longer works with IPhone 6 and newer up to X. It’s a shame no one has bothered to respond to requests to update the iOS compatibility or to respond to complaints in advance to update. Now we can longer view movies or select showtimes. The theatres will suffer a big loss in money as a result. Please get it together Regency, it’s almost 2019!

Where are you?!

Says the closest location for me is 1700 miles away in Vegas?! Last I checked I had one 8 miles from my house. Pointless app. And yes I do have location services on and even entered my info manually.

Showtimes won’t display!

Since the last update, showtimes won’t display. Worked well before last update for my iPhone.

At first this app was great. Now my local Regency theater movie listings never load. A call number is offered, but why would I need the app then?

App doesn’t work

I’ve been going to the regency by my house for years now. I’ve only been able to purchase tickets on here like 5 times. There is no auto fill so you have to have your card info every time. And I can no longer buy tickets. It gives me an error every single time no matter how many tickets I try to buy. The code error says “purchase rate limited”. Super inconvenient.
