I really enjoy the rumble boxing staff and their dedication to their customers. Each training session in which I have attended has been very satisfying and driven. All of the trainers are professional and well athletic. Shout out to Alex and his highly intense full body sweat bucket workouts at 5:30am throughout the week! Thank you all for your commitment. You are a blessing to my mind, body, and spirit!
Rumble Boxing backend systems cannot handle if you attend multiple studios
I access Rumble Boxing through Classpass. I attend different Rumble Boxing studios in SF - the Fidi and Marina locations. It seems their backend databases aren’t able to handle having my classpass email exist at multiple studios. Thus the classes I am signing up for through ClassPass are not processing as booked in the Rumble app. It’d be nice to have an update to the systems to be able to have your email account exist at multiple studios and process. Or have some sort of way to contact someone at Rumble to put a fix to my issue to handle my account specifically so I can pick a spot via the app prior to class. Can’t find anywhere to contact someone for help with this.

I had 3 classes on the Watch app save my stats, calories burned, time spent, then never again…???? Does it only work if I bring my phone into class? What’s the point in having an app if it doesn’t give me stats? I could do an unlimited membership, but the app makes me only want class packs on sale or max 4/month because I’m frustrated every time. App support link here just takes you to the rumble site for general contact form Qs, and none of these managers are programmers so what is the point of that?
I had an instance where I canceled one class and it canceled two. Hasn’t happened since. One feature request: can you add a setting to choose what calendar to add workouts to? Right now it goes to my default but I have a fitness calendar and I always have to go change it and add travel time.
While it’s easy to navigate, I can’t enter my gift card information which is super frustrating!! My stats are wrong while it says I’ve taken over 50 classes, I’ve taken over 70+ and each time I scroll through to pick a class the filter bar shows up then disappears and I can’t reset. Please fix this!! :)
It does the bare minimum, i.e. showing your schedule and being able to see your history but my Apple health data never syncs and it takes forever for classes to show up after i take them. There’s clearly a lot to be fixed.
Both of them (app and site) need work. I wish they were as great as the classes - it’s a mismatched experience. And the staff is JUST as confused about the app and the website when you show up there and ask questions. I feel bad for them. When the staff finds the products just as hard as the customers, there’s a bigger problem there. Consider using them for user testing.
I like the concept of the app but there are many issues such as the apple health app data not syncing, not being able to check in for a class, and the rumble not updating after taking a class.
The staff and studio are amazing, welcoming and very helpful! We are just starting back on our fitness journey and feeling super excited to have signed up to the Hollywood Florida Studio!
The update to the app does not allow a user to buy a package for a location other than their home gym. Had to use a second email address to buy a package at a different location which is really annoying. In a city like NYC this could be a reason for someone to use not use Rumble and go somewhere else.
There is no way to contact anyone at Rumble. No contact option in the app, the only option is via an email form on their website - I’ve submitted requests 10 times and not had a single response. I can’t see how this is remotely acceptable - will not be attending anymore classes for that reason.
Everything I could ever possibly want in a gym! Challenging workouts, RESULTS, great music, top trainers and the best group of people to work out with. Love the Rumble Alpharetta family!!

I paid for class credits but I cannot apply them for some reason. The support line redirects me to their online chat (which doesn’t exist) and email. I’ll have to go in-person before my credits expire to resolve this.
I keep getting accidently charged. You can’t look at class size etc without buying a credit and when you do you’re automatically enrolled so beware of that bc I lost a credit bc of that
Great workout/company, but the app won’t let me login at all. Says it’s successful and… nothing happens. And what’s this nonsense with “registering” separately for separate gyms? That’s a terrible change from the unified system they used to have.
Searching by trainer is not possible in this app… I miss that feature. You could select a trainer and see there whole schedule across locations in the old app.
Best HIIT workout in the business if you don’t Rumble Boxing in Anchorage, Alaska. It’s the best training for losing weight and building your stamina, strength training as well. 1st day down and 89 days to go… Challenge Accepted!! @JPBB808
For some strange reason, when I go to login via the app, it continuously says that my username and password is incorrect. However when I use the same login info via the website, it logs me in immediately. I’m not sure what bug this app has now but it wasn’t this bad when it first came out. Syncing of workout data needs to improve as well.
As a long time Rumble client, this app is a step back. - the user experience is poor - no android support - you can no longer book for another person - Trying to find a class from my favorite trainer, I need to select each day, versus a list of what's coming up for a week or more - hard to filter for trainers and locations - should be geo aware, I don't want to see rumble locators in another state - your history of class is off, going from 129 to 80. I know others with the same issue I'd rather use the old app which was so much better
Bad roll out. Bad user interface. Cannot look at spots before booking a class. You’re only stuck to your favorite site and cannot browse other sites unless choosing them. Cannot browse by trainer. I also lost more than half my attended classes, I went from 124 to 50. Even the web based platform is poor. Also still have not made an Android based app. Such a pop design. The old app was so much better.
