I’ve had the device and thus the app for about a month now. It does seem to track steps acceptably and the health tracking data is useful. There are two critical glitches that limit its usefulness and make me want to look for a different device and app. First, the app takes way to long to update from the device. I’ve not timed it, but it actually takes longer than an older predecessor from the same bracelet manufacturer. Along the same lines, it can be frustrating to find historical data points. The second issue is more of an issue for me. When using the actual exercise mode (for cycling in this case), the app seems to arbitrarily stop tracking in the middle of my ride. I have to constantly check it which is really irritating when I’m in the zone. Today, it stopped 4 times over about 16 miles. That means that I am not really sure how far or long I biked. It is probably more than reported here. That problem alone makes me want to switch. On a related note, the bracelet that associates with the app is advertised to have a 15-day battery life. I knew better than to believe that, but am surprised at the reality: 1.5 days is about average. For the record, the app updated last week. My phone is also the most recent IPhone and is also up to date.
1. The timer on the exercise is totally inaccurate. If I worker out 30 minutes it will show 15 or 18 minutes 2. The sleep function again is inaccurate. One night I was up all night and it showed deep sleep 4 hours and wide awake 30 minutes despite getting up and laying down all night. 3. My heart rate/ oxygen almost always exactly the same It looks very nice but not reliable in my opinion Text and phone call alerts is a very nice feature as is the weather. I find it a little awkward to take the band off to charge but o guess I can live with that
Downloaded this app about a month ago after purchasing a fitness band. Worked fine when I got it but for almost a week now the app and my fitness device will not connect. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app,no dice. Tried installing the app on my old unused phone, same problem. Customer support is useless;even if you do report a problem they never get back in touch with you. After a lot of aggravation and googling the problem I am left with the conclusion that it is a problem with the device itself and it happens frequently as I have read statements of other people it happened to. Don’t bother with this app or the “fitness band” that it works with. Neither are worth a bent nickel.
I love this product, it’s waterproof, don’t have to worry about sweat or the shower. it has a long battery life, only have to recharge it once a week. The alerts, for goals met , are motivating ,and the alerts for calls and texts, are convenient in that I don’t have to reach for the phone unless it’s important. Also the instant feedback on, heart rate and blood pressure, makes it easy to monitor your health. I especially like the sleep monitor, prior to getting this watch, I was completely unaware of the quality or quantity of my sleep.
Please add three categories number one category that keeps up for the miles that you walk per week. Number two a category that keeps up with how many miles you walk per month and number three category that keeps up with how many miles you walk per year. A good reference to look atis VeryFitPro. It doesn’t have to look exactly like it but keeping up with those three categories helps tremendously because right now I’m looking to purchase another watch that keeps up with my miles with that app and then I will toss this one. Thank you, Mark.
I suppose I should not expect very much out of a nap associated with a $20 watch, but this is ridiculous. I am on my third or fourth watch associated with this app. The first two worked very well tracking walking times and distance, etc. Since then, the software stops in the middle of your workout. My phone is upgraded to the newest operating system and I am on, the latest version of the Runmefit software. I even turned off my screen lock so that this app would have no competition over phone resources, and it still just turned off after I walked a mile and a half. How about having fewer features for the software and instead focusing on a core few to make sure that they work properly.
I bought it hoping to be able to monitor my heart and blood pressure. The reading always says my numbers are good. When checked with doctors office or hospital. Watch never matches up or even close. I have POTS and heart condition if the I have a episode and I don’t get it under control I could die. The watch sleep monitor never right. It said I don’t get up till eight and I get up at six everyday sometimes earlier. All so they say there is over 200 designs for the watch face. Not true there is lot of repeat design and no way to get more. I just wanted something simple with time, Date, also show the battery level. There is nothing on all those 200 designs they have. It’s a joke there is maybe 50 if that. It’s great toy for a kid.
Great product and app. It functions very smoothly and has a fantastic battery life. My two concerns are that the app and the Apple Health app are often not in sync unless I press refresh for both and reconnect the device which is a bit inconvenient but not a deal breaker for me. I also wish there was an option to set alarms from the watch and to turn on/off the text notifications feature quickly. Though it is just a vibration, it still makes a little noise and can be of disturbance.
Adding to someone else’s review the battery life really is about one and a half days which is less than it’s predecessor from the same company. Also really bad at losing time. Unless you constantly sync it with your phone it “loses” 5-10 minutes! When I close at my evening job I need to know what time it is! Again, never had this problem at all with a previous version, which just died after two and a half years. I’m not sure this version will make it six months at the rate it’s going. I’m disappointed.
There is one thing that would make the watch associated with this app better than Amazfit and that is the ability to label alarms. At some points of the day I have alarms very close together (one is often a five-minute warning to the other) and it would help tremendously if I could distinguish one from the other with an alarm label. Other than that, more watch faces would be great, but the ones that are already there are pretty good.
I bought this tracker to track things like my blood oxygen sense it was better price wise than the Apple Watch with the option and it tracks it perfectly! Only issue is it does not sync all information like blood oxygen levels or blood pressure with my health app. I wish I could sync all information not just a little!
The Fitnus watch is seriously limited by its inability to be seen during outdoor exercise etc during daytime. (Or when in vehicle during the day, etc.). Makes it useless for activating exercise mode, viewing heart rate, time of day, stopwatch, etc. very disappointing.
Amazing app and watch but could not do find my phone. I hope their will be a guide to put find my phone. I am grateful for your time spent on reading my message. Your attention is valued.
The app has a very poor interface and doesn’t keep track of the steps I take. For example one day I walked for over an hour and a half and the app only recorded 1030 steps! I haven’t been able to open the app for the last few days, while being able to open all of the rest of my apps! My Runmefit watch can’t sync with my iPhone and reset the time because I can’t open the Runmefit app! What a hassle!!!
Please program ability to use a treadmill in the exercise function. I have changed the options in “more” to include a treadmill but the option does not show up at the top of the screen in the exercise mode.
The weather won’t update regularly. It has to be rest to get to change. That’s my only complaint. Other than that it’s a great smart watch for the price. Highly satisfied.
Purchased a large quantity of watches for work that use this app. Decided to test out the watch and app, and the app quit opening after just 1 night. Uninstalled the app and reinstalled and app opened but for only a short period of time before it froze and quit working again. Very disappointed and may have to get a refund on the watches purchased.
I’ve tried everything I possibly can to get this watch to turn on, including charging it overnight and holding the button for ten minutes! I’ve had one of these watches before and it worked for about a week. Developer, please tell me how to turn the watch on.
The Fitnus watch and app work great. Can you add Pilates please? I have to set it on yoga or fitness during class and am not sure if it is accurate in either mode.
Does not even deserve 1 star. The app worked for about a week and now it won’t even open. I have uninstalled and reinstalled a couple times and no dice. I guess it’s to be expected from Chyna. The Fitnus watch is basically worthless now. I should have done better research before purchasing. I should have splurged and bought the Apple Watch.
The new user interface makes this app very difficult to navigate, particularly if you want to review previous day stats. I submitted a comment via feedback but they don’t respond.I am looking for an alternative app to use. If I can’t find one then I’ll buy a new smart watch that uses a different app.
I was hopeful that this watch would give me some satisfaction but when comparing a Pulse ox with your watch, your watch failed. Went to Urgent care with a high pulse based on a Pulse Ox. your watch never alerted me. I was rushed to ER with a pulse of 135. Any suggestions to making this watch more reliable? Or a Warning???? NSwanson
Does not at all match my actual sleep time! Am I supposed to somehow calibrate this ? Also blood pressure was no where near the doctor’s reading, immediately? Please help me get this watch to activate correctly. If not, it is basically worthless.
It says I am asleep when I am not and also says I am asleep when I have been up for hours. So my step counter does not count the steps I get in properly as well. If possible please fix this.
i am using the app to track my steps. the app sadly can’t keep track. When I went to bed last night I had over 8k steps for the day. Today it says I only had 2k yesterday, and seems to have deleted all other stats from yesterday.
Doesn’t matter what time I got to bed it always shows I went to bed at 11:30 pm when actually I go to bed at 7 pm and is correct at showing I wake at 2am never get the right hours of sleep that it tracks
It worked for one month, and then it no longer connected with my phone. I searched through the help sections for hours and hours, and finally gave up and threw it away.
Find the ability to read the face if fit watch deplorable. Unless you are in a closet or a cave it is literally IMPOSSIBLE to read Anything on the face.
I have asked for a refund and how to return the watch and earbuds . They keep saying they do not have my info . But they took my money . Do not join this scam .
