Sentinel and Enterprise

Really love the sports coverage especially Oakmont Spartan baseball great job!

User friendly app...well organized and easy to find news/stories.

The Sentinel on-line app is ok, but not great. The updates are very slow and old news lasts forever. I also read Channel 5 on-line and often news about Fitchburg/Leominster is there a day before the sentinel and when it does hit the Sentinel it is a copy of the Channel 5 article, nothing new. Today when I click on Top News articles it just goes to a blank screen, same with Local news but breaking news articles are available, but they are old stories only ( not breaking news!). This is only the 2nd time that has happened in the 6months or so I have been reading the Sentinel with this app. Usually I wait about 2-3 days and check in because of the slow updates of news and that it saves old stuff for a loong time. The obituary section search feature is really archaic and super frustrating and time consuming...

This is a great app to get the local news with major news stories thrown in.

I was born in Leominster in 1944 but left in 1962. This great app allows me to keep up with , what I still consider, my hometown. As a kid I delivered the Leominster Enterprise and Fitchburg Sentinal. Thanks for letting me stay in touch. Chip

Great app but no way to refresh content. Have to force quit and restart to get current news

App is user friendly enough, but the content isn't upgraded regularly

I am having s hard time liking the new app. Find it hard to navigate, opening page shows all sports , while I like sports that does not usually constitute important or national news! One has to search through this app. To find anything . I believe there is s lot that can be done to make online reading a better experience ! Thank You, R. Boudreau

Does need more stories more often And police briefs should be updated more otherwise nice job

I turn to a local paper for the local news I can’t get from larger papers. I don’t want to see national news in this app. I also don’t want to see anything about sports because I jut don’t care about sports. But that’s all fine because I live in the future and I’ll just go to settings and filter only the stuff I want. Nope. No way to filter or customize the feed. This app is pretty pointless.

Can no longer read the articles without paying for a subscription. Will get my news elsewhere.

Could only read obituaries. Click on articles and wouldn’t open!

Since the last update on February 10, every time I try to open up an article, I get a login screen for press+ for the Santa Cruz Sentinel.

I know alot more people get arrested in the leominster area, why arent the police briefs updated more than once a week ?

No way to see recent obits! Brief news story are okay but not an easy site to navigate. You need to up your game sentinel!

Previous version was much better, more local news and easier to find.

One of the most common searches for online media are Obit searches. Who wrote this app? Probably someone who never read an Obituary...

Works

The latest version as of 7/15/14 crashes about every other time I try to open it on my iPhone with iOS 7.1.2. Hopefully a new version will fix that.

Its 2019. Lets get with the program.
