The app was working quite well till the recent update. We cannot choose different locations each time we schedule our kid’s workout sessions. If we choose the home court in Garden Grove, all our previously scheduled appointments in Irvine switched to GG. At the time signing the contract, it says we can come to any locations. The app update took away that option. Due to work schedule, half of our scheduled workouts are in Irvine to be close to work. With this issue, my kid can only go to a few sessions. Please fix the issue asap.
1. I’ve noticed that in the gym the map is correct and recognizes 3-pt shots, but in the app it calls them 2-or shots. 2. Feature request for when you click on a section of the court where you shot, this should filter all of the statistics at the top based on only those shots
Biggest frustration is the Mindbody integration for booking classes. Once you book, there is no way to check later and see what you booked. You can’t search multiple dates at a time to look for events, classes or a specific time slot. Design wise, the red, black, white color scheme is really awful visually. Everything looks the same. Scrolling through the workouts, there is nothing visually separating the different classes other than the words.
looks like it from 2010. should remove the $10 notice, we don't need to see it everyday. put an option that says "don't show again." also needs ability to book an hour of shooting. no one is ever in my gym in the morning, so i always tell them to set the timer for an hour. if it was rush hour or kids were out of school, then i could understand limiting to 30 minutes
Love 360 facility and what it offers . Been members for 2 years . But ....the app is so bad . It bugs out and won't let you book. And it won't let you chance locations . Every "update" makes the app worse than before . Now you can only see the last workout , or the previous week/month. You can't scroll back and see 3 workouts ago. They need a new developer this thing is trash!!!
It takes forever to load, I have to sit there for like 2 minutes straight just to load in, it takes in extra 2 minutes to load into the booking page, then another 2 minutes to have it load for it to schedule. Whenever I try to cancel an appointment, it loads for so long that it doesn’t let me cancel it.
App is just alright. Biggest problem is it never saves login information. Every time you open the app you have to enter your email address and password. I wish it would just pre-populate the login fields or better yet, use FaceID to authenticate. 2 stars for this basic issue.
We have been members for about 2 weeks and they just sent an update out and we can no longer use the app at all. Cannot schedule a thing unfortunately and my son is dying to play. Very frustrating.
Since the update to the new platform, I am barely able to schedule appointments before the program crashes. I’ve reinstalled and there is still no change. At minimum, I have to reopen the app 4 times before I am able to make an appointment before it crashes again.
This app is complete, fun an easy to use, however if you have two memberships then that’s an issue because you can only have one player in the app. Apparently it’s a glitch, but no one at Shoot 360is replying me or the training facility.
the ability to change locations has been removed. this feature was made available to premium membership; ability to schedule at the other locations. what happened here? did they remove this feature ?
Half the time the app says unable to retrieve schedule. Really annoying. When the app works its decent at best. You can only pick 30 minutes for ball handling and shooting. It's a great idea thought. They should have put more work into the app before releasing somewhat working.
This app is awful! You cannot log in... if you reinstall the app it will work one time. Doesn't allow you to modify scheduled workouts or set up personal training, very disappointing!
UI needs a lot of work. The layout does not allow for you to see your stats or be able to change or re orient your view of the data. Did no one on the dev team test layouts on most used devices ? If you are going to ask members to use the app for checking out player progress and scheduling at least test the builds before roll out.
I am stuck in a loop when I enter my location, username and password and get redirected right back to the same spot. Cannot log into the updated app- but I can still access via web browser. I updated my password when logging into the updated app as well. Help.
