I used this service for a self play dual destiny run with a pro. Due to my crazy work hrs it’s hard to find a time to commit to this with friends. Most LFG want experience but it was my first run. He took his time and explained everything and it was only 2 tries and it got done. The pro was awesome. The price was very fair too. Only complaint was it took a lot longer to get it started than I was told. Otherwise it would be 5 stars

I placed an order for priority service at a $20 premium didn’t hear back for multiple hours despite the site saying the time to start was 30 minutes. I got cold feet because I realized I wanted to grind the game with my friends and decided to cancel the order. At every interaction they have tried to offer alternatives instead of cancelling the order. I can understand them trying to keep the business and I was understanding the first time. Irritated the second time they tried and exasperated at the third attempt. Even the accounting department instead of refunding my order asked for my platform. At a certain point this becomes less charming and feels more like a scam. I have yet to receive confirmation of my refund 24+ hours later. I am not confident they will or can refund the order. Again I want to reiterate that I never used them so maybe the service is great but not having a system for order cancellations and refunds is unprofessional.
Been using Skycoach for a few years, since Beyond Light came out. Occasionally there are hiccups as with any service but I give 5 stars because 95% of the time, my order is fulfilled in a timely manner, they are professional, and everything goes smoothly. They’re all very consistent, reliable and the sellers ALWAYS get back to you within the day of your purchase. The sellers are always so polite, helpful and very flexible around your schedule. If you need something done correctly and or just want something at a cheaper price than anywhere else, then SkyCoach is the perfect thing for you.
You have to do a lot of critical thinking for this organization if you want things to go smoothly. They’re based in Cypress, so if your timezone is radically different, expect delays on your order. I verified with support staff that I could order something specific and the site let me order it. Only after the money left my account did I learn that they’re short-staffed and that the process for taking assignments is elective- the Pro’s can choose whether or not they take the order. If you order something tedious, it’ll sit there and not do anything for days. I initiated the process to receive a refund and as of writing this, the refund was initiated a full day after requesting it. I was told 2-5 business days to receive it. In summary, ordering trials cards is a good idea. Ordering anything difficult or expensive is not.

Talk with support before you order to get a better ETA of a start time instead of looking at the website.

Let me start off by saying, do whatever you want. In my experience if I could I would rate SkyCoach 0/5 stars. I specifically ordered their badge boosting service for nba2k24 for my ps5 and they led me through a 4 day process where I was passed around to like 6 different people who all said the same exact thing and were no help. They ended up saying they couldn’t fulfill my order. When I asked for a full refund they said they couldn’t do that. I am still trying to get my money back. Their customer support is basically useless as well so don’t bother trying to get anything out of them. As of this moment I am trying to reach management so I can get my money back. I honestly would not recommend them.

Buyer beware! The prices quoted in the App don’t always agree with the Web version and if they don’t the seller will not honor the App price. The seller also states they will match lower prices by competition but when asked they say that feature is unavailable. If you do place an order it may take them 2-3 hours to find it and once they do it may take another 2 hours before delivery. Based on experience if I could rate them a 0 that’s what they’ve earned and deserve. From the chat log: “ The app doesn't have a marketplace, that is why the prices are not accurate there unfortunately. Our tech team is working on that new feature for the app!”

Made an order waited 12 hours when order stated it would be started in 1-2 hours. When I requested a refund was told my order couldn’t be completed and they would provide another. I said okay then another 12 hours goes by, I ask for a refund again and now being told this. “Oh, in case the service is provided there is no refund that is correct, however i am ready to offer 5$ cashback for the inconveniences caused”. “Aranea” There was never any Service provided!! This company is a complete scam I paid $250 for an apex boost for 10krp with there so call express option was told 3 days. Now its 3 days later and they only gain 300+ I watch the booster play might as well just let me play in 3 days no one can do there job right . They have no customer service by phone so it’s chat automated I actually spent 3 days of my life constantly reaching out to support. One of my boosters literally had no internet so they switch him then the next guy lost points and the third guy same so I’m stuck with a negative account terrible customer service and they stole my money this company is a scam

Nowdays this place is a scam, my latest order after 6 days was never fulfilled. I was never offered a refund after being in chat for over 10 hours. Instead they just offered things that I did not want nor need. I paid for a service for the convenience but ended up getting no service, my time wasted, and a pounding headache. This place builds their clientele with a few orders smooth, then after a few under your belt you will see the scams start trickling in until you start getting no service at all.
The app can glitch a little bit in the orders tab when updating the order but aside from that and occasional longer than expected wait times, it’s a solid app. I also like the cash back feature although i wish you could apply it to the whole order rather than a fraction.

I was browsing around to buy a service so I could go to bed while having my Destiny 2 account actively grinding. I didn’t know how long it would take to find/get a booster to start working. I messaged one of the support members and they told me it would take less than 30 minutes to find a booster and 6 hours to get the activity done. I asked him to reaffirm and he said yes.
