Love Sleep Programs
Had a little hiccup with connecting initially but resolved quickly by resetting box. Stable ever since. I have signal booster pucks throughout home to strengthen signal for all my smart home devices. Being able to setup a schedule for bedtimes and wake times and add adjustments throughout the night is great! I like that I can set up several for different days, like my weekdays program and a different program for weekends. I can’t figure out if it automatically turns on ahead of bedtime so the temperature is right for my bedtime or if it turns on at my bedtime??? I’m still figuring out what the right temp is. I wish there was some sort of guidance to help me figure out the ideal temps for me. Overall I like the app. It’s designed well and makes it super easy for me to quickly do what I need to.

App Doesn’t Change Unit Settings
I’m not sure what is going on, but the Dock Pro is working, I installed under my bed, and was able to use the app the first time to set temperature. But after that initial use, whenever I used the app the change the temperature, the unit doesn’t change temperature and the app reverts the new temperature I wanted it changed to to the one that was set before. It’s inconvenient to have to get under my bed to change the temperature in the middle of sleeping because I got too cold. I also can’t turn on or off the unit with the app. If someone could help me out. The actual unit itself is wonderful, I just need to be able to control the unit while in bed. Edit: I was able to solve the issue by moving the unit from under my bed to the side of my bed. Seems the issue was the Dock Pro not being able to receive wifi signals from under my bed. App has been working well so far since I moved the unit. Too bad it didn’t work under my bed though, would’ve loved not having anything adjacent to my night stand where I usually stand when I get out of bed. One suggestion though, if the devs could change the temperature toggle to be under the temperature setting so the user’s finger doesn’t cover the desired temperature when adjusting the temperature.

Update: connectivity problem fixed
Finally got the DockPro to connect to my WiFi. It was apparently an issue of range, which customer support suggested when I asked for help troubleshooting. (The DockPro is not far from my router, and none of my other devices have connectivity problems in the same room, so the WiFi antenna in the unit could definitely be better in terms of range.) It also only works on 2.4 GHz, so be sure your phone is connected to a 2.4 band, not 5. The app is okay, but pretty basic functionality right now. There’s some sort of upgrade you can sign up to be alerted for, when it’s available, for sleep tracking/insights, etc. I was surprised and not thrilled to see that it’s something I’ll probably have to subscribe to, to get that functionality; the info when i bought the DockPro implied that that was included. Hardware-wise, the DockPro is quieter than the Ooler I had before. Cooling works well. The new ChiliPad is slimmer/less obtrusive than the previous version I had w the Ooler, but you can still feel it under your sheet. Once you get used to it, you don’t really notice it.

Fragile Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity
I have been an Ooler user for quite some time and have loved it. I jumped at the chance to purchase the new Dock Pro We at what at the time I thought was a discounted price as they showed it as such. It is now less than a month later being sold for almost $500 less than I paid! It arrived and I eagerly set up both sides of the king bed. It worked well the first week or so but I noticed every morning I woke up sweaty but thought I just needed to adjust the temperatures. I slept on it two nights without it working and still got sweaty so I think it is the large membrane they use instead of the tubes like the Ooler. Anyway literally the next day it lost its connection to both the Bluetooth and the Wi-Fi. I followed their instructions many, many times to re-establish the connections. In fact, I spent an hour trying to connect it so I could go to sleep. I could never get it to connect. I sent two messages on their help/support feature in the app. And the next morning a fairly detailed explanation of why I want to return the units. It’s been two days and no no has contacted me. Save your money until they get the kinks worked out of it. The Ooler is fantastic!

This app renders this product almost useless
In theory this product is incredible and it does do a great job at cooling my mattress but the app is completely useless and the problem is you need that to do most of the work. Yes I fully understand I can pull the unit out from under my bed and press the buttons but then what is the point of having the app. I have everything pulled up everything fully connected in the app doesn’t even recognize when I hit the power button, try to change temperatures or try to do anything to control the unit. I literally had to get up out of bed in the middle of the night pull the unit out from under my bed and adjust the temperature. Yes it gets full Wi-Fi signal and yes it claims that the app is connected but it just doesn’t wanna actually control the unit. For a system that cost me nearly $2000 this is 100% unacceptable. This is far from the first app that connects to a device to control it it’s not that challenging. If I can’t get something figured out in the next couple days here this whole system is going back and I’m gonna go with Eight Sleep because at least they have a solid app to control your very expensive device.

The worst app integration ever
The hardware is pretty good, and would honestly be great if there were more basic configuration options, like a USB port. Instead this weird Bluetooth to Wi-Fi system makes it very difficult and complicated. I have only ever been able to stay connected for a few hours at a time, and would have to perform full resets to re connect. Now I can’t even get it to connect on a reset, and the device or app has literally no way to use its suite of settings without Wi-Fi for some reason. It has Bluetooth functionality, but for some reason only uses it to connect to Wi-Fi. Imagine if your earbuds did that, connect to Bluetooth so that they could then connect to the internet and forget about Bluetooth. It still works to cool, but now this app and all its features are locked off from me, because I can’t connect it to freaking Wi-Fi. Why does it even need internet connection? If it wasn’t for the fact that it can’t even maintain a connection and apparently had no writable storage to keep settings after a power outage, I’d suspect they were collecting data. But it is clear it couldn’t even do that.

App and WiFi are terrible
Owner of chilisleep products for years. As others mentioned excited about the sleep tracking data for better control of the sleep settings. Unfortunately, this doesn’t exit and like many others have mentioned it was promised when purchased! The WiFi is terrible on this! No matter where you put the device it displays the same connectivity issues. It’s a problem with either the app or device. The app constantly keeps asking me to verify my email, no matter how many times this has been done successfully. Bluetooth is only there for the set up apparently, meaning once you set it up and it keeps dropping the WiFi you have no other option then using manual controls on the unit itself. This makes it more outdated then the cube. I have the Ooler and the app + connectivity on that outweighs this new chilipad pro by a lot. This is absurd considering the higher price tag. Customer service is only by email and responsiveness is very slow. It’s a shame this is happening, I had high hopes but if this isn’t fixed soon I will be returning this product and going to the competitor.

Buggy Software- constantly disconnects
I have been a big fan of Chilipad. I have owned several of their devices over the last 4 years. But the software/app for the Dock Pro is unacceptable for what these devices cost. The units randomly disconnect and require you to reset the device to reconnect. If it disconnects before your set bedtime it won’t turn on, but if it disconnects during the night it won’t turn off - running up your electric bill. I have 3 of these and they are all the same, so it’s not a particular device- definitely the overall software . Good idea in theory, but not ready for production. Instead of working on features to upsell perhaps work on stability so we get what we already paid for. Nothing worse than expecting to get into a cooled bed to find out you have to reset the device to connect it to run your program. The device is super quiet, which in theory is great, until you realize 6 hours after the software was supposed to shut off that it’s still running in wake up mode and has been heating to 116 degrees (💸 💰💸).

Works well; more features than Ooler
I had the Ooler before the Dock Pro. It’s hard to review the app without mentioning the hardware, so that I will do that. The Dock Pro is a big step up from an already excellent product (the Ooler). Are they perfect? No, but this is a new technology, and with every new gen comes significant steps forward. The same is valid with the app. Both apps work, but this app is far easier to use and has more features. It’s straightforward and easier to program. I didn’t have any of the wifi connection issues others have written about, but I have had similar problems with other devices. This works on the 2.4Ghz spectrum, so if you can, disable the 5Ghz radios in your router when you set it up, and you’ll likely have better luck.

Honestly Better Sleep
I don’t know why I waited so long to purchase my chili pad. I had it recommended by several people for more than two years. I resisted spending the money, but my wife complained about our electric bill because I need the room so cool to sleep. She is uncomfortable when the temperature is that cold. Even then I was still uncomfortable. She told me to purchase the chili pad. Thank you. We are now a happy household. I have had the best sleep. I’ve had in years for the past two weeks. I can’t stop talking about it with my friends. I feel rested and younger.

App does not work with 5 ghz
Beware, this app will only work with a 2.4 GHZ frequency. If you have a router that automatically adjusts between 2.4 and 5GHZ then you will not be able to use this app. My router is from Xfinity and I cannot control the two frequencies. It appears that this app is completely useless. The only way to use the cooling product is if you crawl under the bed to change temperature manually. This is unacceptable for such an expensive product. I suspect for those people who keep losing their Internet connection, the problem might be the router automatically switching to a 5GHZ frequency. That might be an option for older routers. Newer routers you can only force it to a different frequency by going out into the driveway to pick up a different range. This doesn’t work for me because I live in an apartment building. Needless to say the whole thing is very frustrating. Just make sure to check whether your router has 2.4 GHC available before you purchase

Unit is great…app terrible
I’ll start by saying I absolutely love that I can cool and heat my bed with the dock pro. However, the app is one of the worst I’ve ever seen. The amount of different issues I’ve seen blows my mind. The app is constantly offline from the dock and I have to reset the dock. I know it’s not the internet connection because my wife’s never fails and she sleeps right next to me. The most recent issue I’ve had with the app has driven me the most crazy. I try to control the temperature from my phone and scroll the slider to desired temperature. The slider will stay put for a second, and then revert right back to what it was at before. I’ve done all app updates and nothing has fixed this. The app is absolutely USELESS to me now. I know, first world problems to have to get out of bed and change the temperature on my bed. Poor me. But it’s annoying that I paid a lot of money for something that was supposed to have a good app, and it’s terrible.

Love the sleep mat, not the app
I love this sleep mat and I sleep 100x's better now! My only problem is the app. It's easy enough to use, however, the need for a 2.4Ghz network makes it nearly unusable. Most Wifi routers only use 5G now and it's a huge pain connecting to the 2.4G. We've had two different routers. I basically have to rewire the router, connect to the 2.4G and setup the system on the app, then switch everything to 5G. It'll remember my prior settings and schedule for a few days and then I have to reset everything and reconnect the app to a 2.4G network. Otherwise the schedule will stop working and I won't be able to control it from the app. It normally disconnects in the middle of the night and I wake up sweating and unable to get back to sleep. When it works though, I sleep the best I ever have! I just wish the app would stay connected using our everyday Wi-Fi.

Turns DockPro on and off without regard to the schedule
I’ve had this for a week and despite having set sleep schedules, I often find the unit has not turned itself off at it’s scheduled time. When I’ve manually turned it off, I’ve discovered in the middle of the day that it’s turned itself back on. I previously had the Ooler system and never had this problem. There’s also quite a lag between the unit and the app - something that was not an issue with the Ooler - it seems to take several seconds for the app to realize the temperature has changed. The display also flicks back and forth between the old temp setting and a new one while trying to figure out what it’s supposed to be doing which was very confusing during the first week I used it. Now that I know the app is going to be confused for a few seconds, I know to wait, but not immediately having accurate information is a step backward from the Ooler.

Does what it needs to do, some issues
I’ve had the app for about a week and It’s okay, I have had a few issues though. I’m assuming that can be resolved in some way though. The main being that the sleep schedule doesn’t trigger one of my dock pro units, even though both are claimed from my device. I’m assuming that can be resolved in some way though. Also I’m not sure why you can’t set different sleep programs for each dock pro/side of the bed? That seems like it would make the most sense for couples, and considering you can change the temperature for each respectively. This is made worse by the fact that one of the dock pro units isn’t being triggered by my sleep schedule. Haven’t noticed any connectivity issues that others complained of, but my dock pro is sitting at the foot of my bed, not under it.

This app needs some work.
This is the second review I’ve written. The first review was less than happy- this one is slightly better. I have (at least) gotten it to work most nights. The biggest problem is that almost every night I have to reconnect the app to our Wi-Fi by resetting the machine. It’s a pretty frustrating process…. The airplane mode comes on when you press the power button for 3 seconds. Resetting the machine involves holding the power button for 15 seconds. Most of the time airplane mode comes on and you have to somehow jiggle it back-and-forth trying to get it back in Wi-Fi to reset it. I’m sure that makes no sense if you haven’t had to do that but I can tell you it’s frustrating. By the time I get back in bed I’m frustrated and not in a frame of mind to get sleep. I think the idea of this app is great it just needs more work. If you want to buy a doc pro just know that the app is hard to work with.

Wi-Fi Disconnects + needs Apple Health Integration
I’ve only been using the system for a few weeks, so I’m still trying to figure everything out, but I’ve had to reconnect the sleep tracker to my Wi-Fi several times (the easiest method has been to simply unplug the power & plug it back in) The most disappointing aspect of the entire sleepme ecosystem is that it does not share its data via the Apple HealthKit. Virtually all competitors, such as Eight Sleep and Tempurpedic integrate and allow their data to be accessed via the Apple Health app, but if there is any integration with the sleepme app, I can’t find it. ( it isn’t listed as an available data source, within Apple Health” Given the system price and subscription service, this seems to be an obvious requirement that has been overlooked.

Needs some upgrades
I rated this a 3 because the app will just shut down the unit in the middle of the night for unknown reasons and I wake up freezing. It also will turn up to the hottest temperature for unknown reasons. When it actually does work, I sleep great. I would like to see some fixes on the connectivity dropping, making sure the program options are actually working, fixing the bug on why it will just turn to hot and PLEASE, give us some more instruction on how to use this app. I don’t know if it’s the app that’s making this expensive machine not work the best or if it’s the machine and since I’m on a 30 day wait list for a response from customer service, I’m stuck not knowing AND sleepless.

Here we go again…
The app is useless. I’ve had multiple issues. First, I successfully set one side of the bed up and, after successfully resetting, got the other side set up as well. However, only one side took, and I had no access to turn the side that did not appear on my app on/off. Only being able to control the device over WiFi once you try setting up the app is literally one of the dumbest decisions ever. Why can we not have a remote, or, at least like the Ooler, have the ability to still control the device manually, since the app is rubbish? When only one side showed on my app, I got locked out of my device and had to keep attempting to reset to regain control and turn the DockPro off. As always, this company finds a way to foul up something that should be relatively straightforward.

I haven’t been having this issues everyone else has
In my opinion the app has worked flawlessly (besides the promised insights that aren’t available and as others mentioned will probably be subscription based). The app is very clean and responsive and I find it much easier to look at and use compared to the BedJet app I also use. It’s very easy to setup a biorhythm schedule to change throughout the night. As far as connectivity, I have a mesh network setup in my house and the only time I’ve ever had issues connecting to the dock pro are when I unplug the unit and plug it back it. Some reason it shuts down the Wi-Fi and you have to physically touch a button to reconnect. I wish there was an option to check for updates for the dock pro via the app though. Maybe I missed something somewhere where the dock already auto-updates.

Constant Problems
We purchased the brand new Doc Pro about a month ago and have had nothing but problems. We had to return the mattress pad because the tubes leaked. Now the system itself keeps dropping from the internet and it won’t reconnect regardless of the trouble shooting attempts. Then suddenly for no reason in the middle of the day it will reconnect. Also the system does not always respond to the app controls. I’ll find the system on and at the highest temperature at random times during the day despite none of those times being on the schedule. It also heats up in the morning despite the wake up to heat toggle not being toggled to on. It’s possessed and does whatever it wants. So now I have to return it as well. Not what I would expect from a $1600 system.

App is VERY POORLY designed for WE Dock Pro
I am very unimpressed with this app so far. It has taken hours to get both Dock Pros to connect to the Wi-Fi. I finally had success, only to find my husband’s Dock Pro hours go offline every night! The worst part of the app is you can’t have different sleep program on each Dock Pro from the same sleepme app/account! So you need 2 “smart” devices and 2 accounts. This is TOTALLY RIDICULOUS!!!!! It knows you are setting up a WE (that means 2) Dock Pros. Their OOLER app allows you to have different sleep programs for each OOLER using the same app/account. Unfortunately, the OOLERS are highly unreliable. We had 2 OOLERS for less than 3 years and each Ooler had to be repaired twice and broke a third time. When they wanted to charge me for a new OOLER I said no.

Took me a bit
Took me a bit to adjust from the Ooler to the dock but now that I have I love it. It is so much better at getting cold which has helped me get much better sleep. The Wi-Fi feature is really cool but you do NEED a strong Wi-Fi signal and I mean STRONG. Possible improvement could be made there. The dock pro also allows to create a sleep schedule with different temps which is nice because I like the warming alarm but not so hot and so you can use that feature better in the dock then the Ooler.

App not connecting
I have my Ooler plugged in and running however I am unable to connect the app to the Ooler. I have the Ooler beside my bed as another review mentioned that the dock wouldn't connect to WiFi under the bed. I reset the device as directed but still unable to connect which is a bummer. It's awkward to change the bed temp in the middle of the night as sometimes I get too cold. I am unable to see the buttons on the dock so I have to run on the flashlight on my phone, then adjust the temp. It would be much easier to change the temp from my phone.

Best Sleep Device EVER!
I have a health condition that makes sleep a challenge. Being able to control my temperature from my iPhone has been a life changing, and I’m hoping they’ll soon create a more compact travel version for hotels - or partner with hotels so guests can upgrade to sleep with a cooling mattress pad. If you have an autoimmune condition, chronic pain, or if you get hot flashes, don’t hesitate. You need restorative sleep, and this device delivers.

Beware of roasting in your sleep!
The hardware seems great. The app that controls it is horrible. It randomly changes temperatures on its own up to the highest setting and when you wake up drowning in a pool of your own sweat and try to turn the machine off via app, it’s still on so you have to get up and manually turn the machine off. I have been going through online troubleshooting and working with customer service with no fix. Either the app loses connection to the dock or it’s not doing what you program it to do making it useless. Not sure who they think is going to invest in the upgraded sleep tracking system when they can’t get the basics to work.

Should not be sold to consumers
I owned the Ooler and when I saw the Dock Pro I upgraded to get better cooling performance. It does cool much better but the software to support the system is a disaster and needs to be fixed or recalled. First, getting it to connect and stay connected to Wi-Fi has been impossible. It is in the very next room to my router and I can’t keep it connected, despite all my other 2.4ghz devices working perfectly. I’ve since given up on that and still the unit acts possessed. It will turn on or off randomly and change temperatures as well. Sometimes the panel will completely lock up forcing me to unplug the unit to reset it. I’ve factory reset the unit multiple times to try to fix but the problems remain. I really hope I can get a firmware update to resolve some of these issues but I emailed support and got NO RESPONSE at all. At this time I can’t recommend this product to anyone. Too bad since the cooling system itself is such a nice step up from the previous system.

Problems with the scheduler
The Dock Pro works great and the app is functional but not ideal. The sleep programs are the issue. For one the clock is two hours off. I have set the time zone in the app and still it seems to think I am on EST instead of MST. Also there are times when the program fails to start. Then I have to start manually and the program doesn’t take over like it did on the Ooler. Also some times in the morning the sleep pro turns back on even if I turn it off In the app. I am not sure why. So then I have to turn it on with the unit itself.

App is so janky
This app is so terrible. I set my time zone to America - Los Angeles and yet my device operates on east coast time. I was able to deduce that and adjust the automatic timing to work somewhat, but if I override it during the program is seems to glitch out. Also, I’ll put in a new program and it just won’t run. I also have to unplug the unit to reset the wifi connection every few days. There should have just been a way to set a program on the device and have the device remember it without needing a constant wifi connection that the device is unable to hold. Makes me miss my old chili cube’s simplicity.

Chilipad is great - app is horrible
I love my chilipad, but the app is awful! I can't use the sleep programs because it will turn the pad off around midnight, thus causing me to get hot and I wake up in a sweaty hot flash mess. And then in the mornings when it's supposed to be turned off, it's not off! I only used the app to turn it on, adjust the temp, and then turn it off in the mornings. Now all of a sudden I can't even turn it on or off using the app. I gotta get out of bed to manually turn it off myself. This app needs major, major work. If you're considering getting the dock pro with the app, consider this your warning.

DO NOT BUY! Return now and save the trouble!
The app and connectivity issues render this amazing technology useless. Worse than useless actually. Because the machine randomly changes temperatures during the night, waking me up in a pool of sweat when it kicks into a 100 degree inferno for no reason. After hours of set up, the connectivity doesn’t work. Even when my phone and the device are on top of each other. The machine has a mind of its own. My experience is so awful with this thing, I feel like the company should be paying me for my time and the lost sleep and stress. Returning it immediately!

Connectivity is horrendous
I love my Dock Pro. I HATE the connectivity. It took me about 25 minutes to get my dock pro connected to the app. And then the next night, it was no longer connected! Thankfully this time it was only a 10 minute process to reconnect. I set a schedule and it works great. But then I made an adjustment to my schedule and it didn’t work. So I checked and sure enough, it’s not connected again. The app and dock pro disconnect literally same day as connecting. So any adjustments have to either be made by hand on the device or you have to reconnect in the app. It literally defeats the purpose of the app.

DOES NOT WORK
I have spent WEEKS back & forth with chili sleep “customer service”. They continuously give me the same troubleshooting steps that are exactly the same steps contained in the manual that comes with the unit. It’s obvious they are aware that they have connectivity issues. The chili pad itself is much improved than older version. WHEN you can get it to work. There should be a physical remote control option. Your only option to use the new system is to use your phone as a remote. I get that we live in a world full of technology… But somethings are better left with manual control!!

Worst app. Unit wakes me up every day and disrupts my sleep.
App doesn’t work like the old ooler app did. Why did they change something that already worked? The new app is complete garbage, never saves the schedule and rarely connects to unit (have to reset unit by removing power chord often). It wakes me up every day multiple hours before my normal wake up time because the unit turns off, every day at the same time. I cannot change this for the life of me! Schedules never save and the unit is mostly manually used. Wish I could go back to my old ooler app with this new unit…

Poorly thought out.
The good: It's easy to dial in a temperature and toggle the unit on or off. The bad: Why can I even define "programs" if there's no way to tell when a program is currently running? What happens if I change the temperature during a program? If my unit is already running when a program should start, the program doesn't start. I may be using the app incorrectly but if so why does the app's UX make it so easy to do it wrong? There was some very basic quality assurance that was not done here.

App does not control dock pro
Whenever I change the temperature using the app (by moving the circle or tapping the plus or minus buttons on the app), it reverts to the temperature it started at—I.e. app says setting is 70 and current temp is 75, adjust setting to 68 and 2 seconds after making the adjustment it bounces back to 70 and no change is made. App is useless and only the tactile buttons on the dock pro set the temp, the sleep schedule doesn’t do anything for the same reasons (app does not control dock pro, at best it relates the settings and status, but cannot control the unit).

Worst app on App Store
This app never connects to my dock pro even after all the trouble shooting and factory resetting. When it does connect after working on it 30+ minutes at a time it will immediately disconnect. I got my dock pro last week and was excited but this app bums me out and having to manually do my dock pro is a pain for something that costs almost 2K. I like the idea but this app seems like a middle school project that was given a D for the idea only. Maybe the developers should hire the Roku app people to help them out. It’s universally awful.

Lots of varied bugs
This is not a very stable app. I’ve been using it since summer 2022, and it’s had many many issues. My latest one is that the app’s power and temperature buttons stopped working. I can adjust the temp by dragging the little circle around still, but the buttons don’t work. Neither do the tabs at the bottom. This is my second time deleting & reinstalling for this problem. Fingers crossed

WiFi is terrible
The WiFi system is terrible constantly dropping signal. Only thing worse is the customer support. It’s only emails back and forth. Takes forever because they start with simple questions. Been over a week with no help other that dumb questions thru email. UPDATE. The router sits 6 inches away from the units. That’s why the customer service is terrible, only emails that take forever. I’m returning it. If you have a problem no one will call. Just emails like you see here suggesting something you already did.

App is fine, but counterproductive… wish they would bring back remote!
Knowing how bad screens are, and how I have worked very hard to exclude them from my bedtime routine, it feels frustrating that the only way to control my system is through an app…On my phone. If I need to adjust during the evening, I have to get my phone to unlock, and look at a screen in order to do so. The old system had a push bottom remote. Wish the upgraded version did not get rid of this remote. It was a great feature and made adjusting possible without even opening my eyes! I sleep way less having to use my phone… BRING THE REMOTE BACK!

Great product
Not sure what issues others are experiencing. Just received the product yesterday and it has worked flawlessly. Both the app and WiFi connection were easy to set up and after my first nights sleep, this thing is great!

Leaks about once a week
This thing is a life saver when it’s doing what it was intended to do. However, it began to leak randomly about 3 months ago. It has some type of check valve that keeps the pad from draining backward into the unit, but this valve does not work consistently. When it fails, the water from the pad flows out the unit and into my floor. I can’t sleep without it, so I keep trying different things to try to solve the issue. So far no solution.

Rarely connects to Wi-Fi
As a long time Ooler user and Chilli Pad customer, I was excited for the new Dock Pro system with Wi-Fi instead of Bluetooth. Got the system this week and while the new pad and unit work superbly, the app inconsistently connects to Wi-Fi. To be clear, I’d say it rarely connects to Wi-Fi. So using the buttons on the unit is all that is left. However, If using a schedule, you have to manually adjust temperature on the dock pro unit by pressing the buttons. This happens in the middle of the night as the program I set (and cannot currently change) executes the changes previously programmed. Please fix this asap and update the app. I’m losing sleep over this. Literally. Spent a lot on this king size dual control system. Oh, we reported the issue the first day and after 3 days, still have never heard back. Shame on you Chilli Sleep!!

non-functional
just got this system, so excited to use. followed ALL the steps. including the troubleshooting suggestions and then some but it WILL NOT CONNECT! won’t connect via bluetooth, haven’t even gotten to WIFI. there is a symbol on the dock of a plane. is it in airplane mode? but no buttons to change that. i guess it means the “jets are running”? but what a confusing choice. i can adjust the device manually but this system is too expensive for such a gross malfunction. i would hold off till the bugs get fixed.

Truly a life saver! Or at least, a sleep saver.
The ChiliPad has revolutionized my sleep. I used to wake up a lot and get restless, until I realized that it was all about temperature. I thought, there must be something out there for this. And indeed, I rest deeply for 8 hours every night now. So grateful for you guys!

App does what it needs to do
The app has worked well for me. I actually prefer to have a manually set program. The idea of a mattress monitoring me in my sleep just seems a bit too invasive to me! The chili pad & dock pro really do work well. I have had great sleep since using this device. For improving the app, I would add in the option of deleting an adjustment vs to keep adding adjustments or deleting an entire sleep program. Otherwise it works well. I would love the option to program the DockPro withoutWiFi. Seems a bit counterintuitive to advocate great sleep and help optimize the sleep environment but then have a device that runs off WiFi….

Water Damage & Poor Customer Service - Robbed of +$1,500
Within a year of purchasing this +$1,500 investment for our sleep: We've gone through (4) different units, as the first two were either periodically buzzing at abnormal levels or leaking. Now, the two units are finally sent out as replacements leak, which is unbelievable. We've taken on water damage in the corner of a room from this leaking. Customer service response time could be faster. It's like pulling teeth to get them to work on/replace a unit. They will fight with you on shipping. If it's not working from a product default, the customer should not be paying for the shipping back to your warehouse. We are out of our money now and feel robbed. Avoid heartache and purchase something else; this isn't worth it.

WiFi terrible, can't save schedules
As others have noted, the WiFi for the Dock is awful and unusable. Contact support and they'll suggest setting it up closer to a router (37% signal when the dock is close by, useless if I move it). But unplug it to move it elsewhere, that schedule doesn't persist. Can't even workaround to get the schedule going. Can't change anything without WiFi. The Ooler at least had Bluetooth which I've had no issues with. The dock uses Bluetooth only for setup, so, this is just a mess.
