This app is very engaging and simple to use. An issue I have is that it does not provide students with a conceptual understanding of addition and subtraction. The app does not keep track of which problems the players got wrong and does not provide additional help in going over the problems they got wrong. I also wish there was a way to review the players progress, like a summary report.

Fun way to practice math skills over the summer

I highly recommend this app for parents looking to keep their children's math skills sharp over the summer. It's fun and engaging and with even just a few minutes a day I feel like we're preventing regression. My kids love watching the cookies get added to their jars so much I don't even think they realize they're practicing.

AWESOME APP

My first graders absolutely love this app! I sent an email to the parents and they are so excited to be able to include this as part of homework and just as a fun way of practicing math facts! Great, engaging way to help kids learn! Huge success in my classroom and my students love playing it at home!

Perfect Daily Practice!

My daughter is in a classroom that uses the Smart Cookie Math paper & pencil program. This app is PERFECT to make sure that she is practicing the same exact problems that will be her daily quizzes! Thank you!

Boring!

This app simply gives an equation and the player clicks the answer. After about 2 minutes they add a cookie to a cookie jar. I have many other apps that practice math facts that are more interactive and fun. My students don't really care to play this one. I'm very disappointed!

Awesome math fact app!

The new update is so awesome! I stand by my original review five stars all the way. Now I can use it with more than one child. I can use it with my whole class of 23. I also use it with my own children at home. Yeah hey smart cookie math excavation finally an answer to my math need prayers Super motivating and fun! My kids love this app. Perfect for helping kids master their addition and subtraction facts.

Phenomenal App!

As someone who allows my kids to play with my ipad/iphone when I am in need of some quiet time, it is so nice to have an educational app that my kids absolutely love to play! The design of this app engages my children and keeps their attention. They love it, which makes me love it too!! Big thank you to the creator of this little gem!

Awesome app to get them excited about math facts.

I love this app. My kids love seeing the cookies added to the jar when they pass a level. It is super cute and easy to use while mastering facts. Love it! I also love that all of my children can have different profiles. It's keeping the competition going with them. Awesome app!

Fun way to learn facts!

What great way for kids to learn their math facts! My son LOVES playing this game. It is such a great alternative to flash cards. It makes math fun and interactive! I have recommended it to all my friends!
