I really live this player. All its features are nice and I can’t wait until we are actually able to purchase through the app for the premium features (I’m on Iphone 13 pro max and I can’t) Also they could implement the update button in a all in one button, meaning once you click it, it will update no just the lists but EPG as well, and of course if possible implement a auto update feature maybe for premium users? (Not sure how much or that would be possible) In general this is the best Iphone app for streaming xtream codes
Respectfully, first and foremost, I was satisfied until the technical difficulties arose, and currently still difficulties at hand. I just purchased the master features less than maybe 45 minutes ago from writing this. Nothing about this feature is master when I can’t even get any sound when “casting” on my “Vizio” screen. You’d think we be in the game right, “Cast” feature plus Vizio, this app offering it, right? Well, that’s until you actually start casting, and you get no sound. It’s ironic, because if I Airplay it, it’s totally fine, sound, and picture. But for a customer to pay $2.99 for features, that you don’t even get, that’s not the full $2.99, maybe more like $1.99. I’m giving it three stars, because I know and believe these issues can be fixed. In addition to giving it three stars, to even contact you guys through your “app support” but can’t submit an email message through the support screen, but have to play math games to prove I’m not a bot, yeah, you definitely are getting three stars. Like I said, I believe these issues can be fixed. I look forward to it.
Very silky, buttery smooth video playback complete with an organized TV guide listing playlists and channel categories. Landscape only available. That is not a problem. Issue can be a problem. The viewing on some screens, especially small, can cut off the sides when viewing landscape. The preview screen on the TV guide is zoomed in and cut off. Navigating from viewing screen back to menu system takes two taps instead of the usual one tap. Button presses may or may not be a problem.
The app for my iPad will not go to full screen. It went to full screen when I first downloaded it. I haven’t been able to get it to full screen in a week. Yes I hit the little square to expand the screen but nothing is happening. Also why do I have to pay for the app to be on my husband’s phone? We share the same account. I have the app on my iPhone and iPad. I wondering why I only have a small screen on my iPad now. When I first downloaded it I could maximize my iPad screen now I can’t. Can you help me troubleshoot this issue? Yes, I know to expand it. It’s noty working. Please help. I’m not able to use the app like I want. I can hardly see in the little screen. The menu also stays up as well.
This is a good option for cable TV. I personally got it to watch the NFL and NBA games. It does lag a bit and some of the channels don’t work or stop working after watching the. For a while. That said, I am still happy with the choice. A lot of movie options and for the most part, it does work really well. A good alternative for cable television.
Please update the pause, backward and forward on the latest Apple TV 4K
Hello. The channel I subscribed to support only Smarters player lite. I am trying to use it on the latest Apple TV but it does not support he Apple TV pause and play. When I am trying to use your other menus to move forward or backward or the pause, it also does not work. It seems to change channel randomly. Did someone try from your development team or something tried your functions on the latest revision of Apple TV 4K? Please let me know if there an update in which pause backward and forward are working.
There are so many bugs that need to be fixed I don’t even know where to start. To name a few… When an episode is paused, the app needs to be restarted or the playback will freeze about a minute later. You also need to note where you left off because once you close the app, it will lose your progress. Some episodes won’t allow skipping ahead to where you left off, requiring you to play at 2x speed until you get there (this takes a lot of time if you are toward the end of an episode). Some episodes default to subtitles on and the sound must be cycled to get it to work.
It’s gotta be the player. On some streams from the get go the sound won’t work unless I toggle off the sound track and turn it back on. Sometimes it’s mid stream, it will just lose sound and I’ll have to toggle on and off again. The player is pretty solid as it being the best for iPhone but it doesn’t have issues. This is no tivimate equivalent for sure. Thanks for the product. Hopefully you can fix the bug and I can move my rating from 3 to 5 stars.
This app is very good for two reasons. Firstly they have new movies that are in theatres in the app and have child settings which is helpful for those us us who have kids. So thank you for whoever included that because many apps other than the higher profile apps don’t truly have kids settings so very appreciate.
Have got Smarters for several years, from this provider get three subscriptions, and on three don’t have the series, don’t know why. Still I’m very pleased, very easy to navigate the channels ,I’m about to renew two next month and the other on December, could not give a 5star only because of the series. Still IPTVSmarters is the best.
So I had the pro version of this App on my phone ipad and apple tv. I stopped using it for a while because the IPTV service I was using shut down. I got a different provider and now the pro version has been removed from the app store. And the version I had on my devises will not let me update them to use them. So I download the lite version and you can't even perform a search in the movie and tv series section on the apple tv. If that's the case then why shut down the pro version, or why removed this feature from the lite version? Makes no sense.

I would like to know if you could correct the error that appears in the video. I am attaching a video where you can see the application closing unexpectedly. The error occurs when I try to change the season but the application closes as soon as I press the season I want to see. Could you please give me a solution to be able to resolve the situation?.
I tried a lot of product and this one is by far the best. The only improvement I could see is that you remove the home bar at the bottom and the date and time as well as the battery status. It is in bright white and it’s not great when watching a movie s’écaille if the image is dark. Thanks.
This app does not work at all…the pro version worked just fine on my kids iPad and my iPhone…this one just spins to update then says timed out without uploading a single channel…everything was just fine last month…I don’t know why they messed with it but this is horrible worst decision ever to use them…how sad can’t even get any decent tv for the kids…thought this would be a great option as that’s how it was advertised…back to expensive cable we go…at least that is less stressful and works every single time guaranteed.
The program guide is only accessible, if you select, and watch a channel. This is absolutely ridiculous. Also, the app causes channels to lose audio after about an hour of use. It also causes the channels to lose audio, if you switch apps, wow, this app is open… both instances result in you having to close the app, and restart it. I only use this app on my iPad, because TV meet is not available. I refuse to use this app on any of my other devices… I suggest you look elsewhere, if you want a trouble, free, reliable app for streaming IP TV services
I was experiencing issues getting nearly all of the channels to launch. I contacted support via email and was receiving immediate responses, as if I was using a chat feature. Turns out, the issue was on my end, the entire time, but their customer service/support team was amazing! User-friendly, aesthetic appearance, beautiful 4K display.
This player wont allow my iptv provider to play anything. It was working fine and then out of nowhere it stopped working. And its only happening to me. Other people with the same iptv provider are able to watch on their devices through this app.
Regular IPTV smarters and IPTV Smarters Pro are the greatest IPTV applications around, however the lite version isn’t the same, the channels show up in favorites by channel number rather than by when they are added so you have to scroll through a ton to get to the ones you watch most, also need better EPG guide
The yearly subscription is very reasonable. I can watch any NFL game, it just the one’s in my area. One complaint is that it is. It uncommon for it to freeze or lock up in the middle of the game requiring a reboot, even with fiber optic service. I wish they would fix this. Still a great value.
This app works well when the device is connected to WiFi. However, when connected to phone data (with the same 300 mbps download speed on both WiFi and data), the app buffers constantly. It is unwatchable. Not sure why this is happening only on phone data. Further, I reached out to app support; and my email came back as undeliverable. I’m not happy about that.
I really do enjoy this, especially when I’m on the run and it show any newscast anything it doesn’t matter what country I go to is always there . with a good Internet connection. You can do anything movies it’s just great to have i encourage everybody to join

If that wasn't bad enough, it often shows a black screen and sometimes even closes itself out unexpectedly. Overall, it's been a terrible app for streaming. I hope the developers can fix these issues soon because, as it stands, it's unusable. So disappointing.
I purchased a subscription they recommended me, but it didn’t work. It’s too slow, sometimes not even responsive. I asked refund but this is what they wrote me “the app you already used it on your phone , and it's done, the problem from you , not our Iptv service. sorry we dont refund for this Unconvincing reason.” Now they stopped responding. So the 30 days money back grantee written in application isn’t true. On top of that, their customer service during set up was poor.
Thank you for easy to use app with very nice user interface. Small issue with ipad ; when i pause a movie for a few seconds and continue to watch i lost audio. I have to close and reopen the movie again. Please fix it.
I'm trying to search on my iPad using a wireless keyboard, but it keeps crashing. Even without the keyboard, the search feature crashes. When I use the touchscreen, I have to wait several minutes after pressing a letter for it to register, and then it crashes again. These issues have been happening since the beginning and are still present. I can't even search for a show or channel without it crashing.
Was looking for a new streaming app, that pretty much covered all my watching needs, and upon searching, I stumbled on this Gem,, the guy was so patient with me. I’m not a true techie, but he helped me install the app onto my Smart TV,, you would be doing yourself a disservice, buy not grabbing this app!!! Best streaming app ever!! 😃🥰💞
I enjoy using this app but I will like to give a feedback can you guys make the search more accessible and able to look through all the content no just the categories selected. And make a vertical layout for phone users please.
This app should be called Dumber Player Lite. Lots of content but poorly laid out. Most times you don’t know what you are selecting to watch as there is no comprehensive guide. The “search” does not work. You have to work at getting what you want to see. Just a hot mess.
I have been a customer since about a year ago. Everything was working great until a few days ago. I can log in and use the app as usual, even updates on channel list, but when I hit the play bottom it kicks me right out of the app. Sadly will have to let this app go. It was a great ride though!
This is the best app that I have found for iOS. The behavior is good and the UI is friendly. I just have a issue with the AirPlay option, I bought the Premium version and when I use the AirPlay in my TV I just listen the audio but I can’t see te video. I tested in other TVs and I have the same issue.
Playback seems to work fine. I have two problems with the paid version. When trying to do a master search, the app crashes every single time. Also, there needs to be a way to remove or hide groups that I will never use.
Please add the buffering option. The broadcast must load the next 10-30 seconds while I watch it. Without buffering option, broadcasts lag too much and get stuck too often
Great player, just wish it had a TV Guide that shows a full preview of what’s on each channel. The only workaround is clicking into a channel then clicking “more channels”. This should be the main screen prior to clicking on any channel. This is specific to the appleTV version of Smarters Pro
This app is really very good. The only drawback I noted when using in iPhone 7 plus or iPhone XS max while playing when you stop or pause the video and when you start again the video become mute. You need to go back and replay to get sound back
Great app but the developers need to incorporate a search feature for movies and series just like they do for the firestick version. This would enable users to search for a title they’re looking for versus having to scroll endlessly to find what they’re looking for.
I wish you had the option to choose the language in the TV application. I am suffering from this problem. My television does not support the Arabic language, so there is no translation in the application.
Great app for iPhone, but for the Apple TV this app needs an upgrade. Have a type in search, favorite option, fast forward, rewind, etc. instead having to scroll section by section to find a show/movie to watch.
Sad to see people that don’t understand iptv basics saying oh it works great on wifi but not on data and your data speed is great. Smfh, try a vpn, your carrier is throttling your connection to whatever server you are connected to. Common sense people seriously.
I really love this app. Works great and affordable. The only thing missing is my favorite shows that are not added such as Street Outlaws series and Swamp people. Hope this shows can be added to the series. I will recommend any day.

The IPTV service is satisfactory, but their updates of new shows and movies are infrequent. They often lag behind by several episodes or even an entire season. Though I had high hopes for the pro version, it didn't meet my expectations. If they start updating shows frequently, then I would give it a five-star rating. Until then, it deserves only 2 stars.
I can only run this programming on my iPhone or iPad but not my smart TV because my internet service is too slow and there is no way to boost the speed enough to run the program on my TV! My only option is to eventually change internet providers. I am very disappointed.
There’s no audio on the videos sometimes, like after i go to the next episode there’s no audio and then it comes in. and when i search for a show or movie it’s super laggy and doesn’t load much. Happens on my phone and family members phones as well
Easy to install and even better to navigate. I like that there’s so many options from LIVE tv, news, music, travel, sports and the kids channels is a plus as well! Highly recommend ✅
The app works really well on my iPad, but not so much on my Apple TV device. There is no Settings option when using the app on Apple TV, and the user interface is completely different, very plain, with no option to customize the view.
This would be almost perfect if had the ability to cast. I believe the pro version allowed this…which I actually purchased!!!!! But it’s been removed from the appstore
Whatever you do, don’t pay extra to cast video content onto your TV because this app is trash and you’ll be wasting your money. Also, the app has constant playback errors and frequently freezes when you try to pause or switch channels. Also, the audio sometimes just goes out. Now it won’t even connect at all since I logged in 12 hours ago. This app is trash. Avoid avoid avoid.
The only thing I’ve noticed is that the expiration date for my subscription does not update at all. It will update on my FireStick but not on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. But all the channels appear to look like they are updating. Otherwise this is one of my favorite apps.
I really want to like this, and though the mobile version is good, the Apple TV version is atrocious. For the movies and tv section, there is no search function, so if you have a large library, you need to go through your entire library one by one in order to find a certain title. They need to have a major overhaul of the Apple TV version and bring it up to the standards of the mobile version.
