I’m two days away from completing the 42 day transformation program and can’t wait to do another! The further into my 30s I get, the more I’ve struggled to find a health/fitness routine that works for me and my changing body. I’ve always had the mindset of needing to do 45-90 minute workouts a day in order for it to count and I’m amazed with how great of a workout SOTO provides in such a short period of time. It makes the workouts fun and easier to fit into a busy schedule. It’s also allowed me more time to stretch and incorporate other self care practices into my daily life that I never felt I had the time for before. I also always thought I needed to keep upping my weight in my strength training workouts to see results and, yet again, I’m AMAZED with how toned my body is getting just by using body weight or 1-5lb hand weights. The limited equipment also makes the workouts super easy to stick to when traveling. I haven’t been this excited about a workout and optimistic about continuing results in years!
I’m 52 years old and have maintained some degree of fitness most of my life. However in the couple of years prior to finding SOTO, I had been “counting” walks with the dog and golfing as enough fitness. A bestie made me do the workout with her last September and we have held each other accountable since then (and also recruited another friend to join us). Hilary is a wonderful instructor and motivator. I follow the weekly routines and am seeing real results in strength and fitness. The workouts are hard, but scalable. The format and the flow/instruction add a layer of predictability, and I love that Hilary demonstrates and then does the whole workout with you! I’m a fan and grateful for a program that really works and that I’m able to commit to. Thank you Hilary!!
Soto is the perfect workout. The method gets you to the point where you feel like you can’t do something just when your body allows you to give an extra push. The sequences and reps are perfectly calculated so that you never feel blindsided or defeated. You come out feeling tired enough that you know you worked hard, but energized. And sore in all the right places. This is an intricately well thought through method that I can’t recommend highly enough. Thank you SOTO!
I don’t normally leave app reviews, but the word needs to be spread about this! I’ve loved boutique fitness classes but after a recent move was looking to use my apartment gym complex with the help of virtu al instruction. Finding The SOTO Method was the answer I’ve been looking for. These classes are TOUGH and you will SWEAT but you finish your workout feeling accomplished, satisfied, and excited to do it again! Love how the classes are broken up and also love the different offerings from sculpt to cardio to the guided runs. A+
Hillary is so amazing, I have never stuck with any workout program as long, I literally look forward to working out with her. Not only is her class amazing, she is such an amazing person & is always looking to give you what you need. Always looking to improve on the classes, and always listening to us to tailor the classes to give us what we want. I can go on and on, but I won’t, just know that this program with Hillary at the helm is the best program out there!!!!!
I’m a WFH mom and this is the most efficient and effective workout I’ve done in the last three years. Post baby I needed something to tone me up and lose the last 5lbs post partum. I’ve lost inches and see amazing ab definition. My core is strong and I feel so confident in my body after these workouts. It’s easy to get in 6 per week with the schedule ready to go for you. I've been doing Soto for about 3 years and I love Hilary so much! The format keeps you engaged because you know exactly what's coming and can push through anything for 20 seconds. Honestly, it seemed like it was going to be easy at first but holy cow... every section is a burn out!! Classes are from 5 min to 45 min (maybe longer?) and are mostly body weight or 1-2 lb weights so there's always time to fit one in!!
I have been using this app since January 2023. It has changed my life in countless ways. I’m healthier, happier and excited to workout every. single. day. Loveeee Soto so much. They make it easy for people like me to workout but also feel hot, toned, and part of the girl boss crew (ha!) this is the only class I’ve been able to consistently stick to. And Hilary is so amazing at explaining everything throughout. I find myself understanding my body and the way it works, as well as my mindset, because of her.
This is hands down the best workout app I’ve tried. I travel so much and need something I can incorporate into my schedule. I travel with the simple equipment and regardless of where I am I’m able to get my workout in. It has changed my life and I look forward to logging in and working out!
I’ve struggled with chronic fatigue and health issues the past 6 months and Soto is the only thing that gets me up and working out! I’ve been loving the shorter, cardio-free sculpt classes so I can dial my effort up and down based on how I feel that day! Definitely worth a try.
SOTO method is by far my favorite online platform - I wish I lived in NYC to enjoy the in person classes (come to Philly)!!! Hilary is incredible and Grace is also amazing. If you’re looking for a 45 minutes sweat or a 5 minute no sweat - you can literally find anything on this platform.
Whether I have 5 minutes or 45 minutes, I use the Soto app at least once a day. I can always do a 5 minute arms while waiting for my dinner to heat up, or do a triple A in a hotel room when traveling.
SOTO is smart, effective and challenging but also manageable because of Hilary’s thoughtful progression throughout the program. There are endless options to choose from, depending upon your fitness level and goals. It’s the best fitness app and program out there, no question!!!
I’m only on day 5 on my program but I've found it so easy to follow and keep up with. I love that the program I’m doing gives the option of a 30+ min or a 25 mins or less workout.
For a woman that’s always traveling and in hotels this is fantastic. I’m an athlete and always working out and find this to be incredibly challenging and gets the job done. I also have incorporated SOTO into my strength training at home. Love it.
I am fully addicted to Soto method in the best way possible. It’s challenging but fun at the same time. Working out is hard but knowing each move lasts 20 seconds makes it much easier. 5 stars to Hilary and team!

I love this class! After doing it a couple of times a week for 2 months, I see significant results. The classes are fun and challenging and I leave physically and mentally stronger. Hillary is awesome!
