I’ve been a very long time customer, and here is my full opinion…. I LOVE their clothing, I really do- but as a long time customer- I have come to find some annoyances that I will share so you can go in knowing what to expect….. 1) stock- almost anything “cute” will go out of stock very quickly….like super quickly…so you have to stalk the app for new releases (which the app is one of the huge draws to the company- I LOVE being able to shop VIA app not browser!) 2) quality- a lot of my seams are usually coming apart which isn’t too bad because I can stitch them back together, but it is an minor annoyance 3) the biggest of them all- returns- you have to pay for any return/exchange shipping out of your own pocket- shipping for just one small shirt comes to $6.75 from my home, making the refund pocket value typically around $4-$6 which is very frustrating…not all shirts and dresses fit the same so sizing does vary and I have needed to exchange something on almost every sizable order I have placed which has required me to eat a lot of shipping charges over the time….. Anyways, I definitely recommend SIP- but they do come with some frustration
Every time I try to get on this app, it won’t load, it won’t refresh, or even pop up on my screen. And when it does load and I add clothes to my cart, I’ll go to the cart to check out and the items I put there is gone. Please fix the app. I love to shop at this store.
It will not let me log in, so I continue as a guest. It will let me add things to my cart, but it will not load the check out page. I love this store! Please fix the app.
I absolutely love the clothes . The only issue I’m currently having is the app is not working for me at all . I’ve deleted the app numerous time on my iPhone & redownloaded. & the problem still hasn’t resolved itself . It definitely makes shopping frustrating on the browser. Please fix the app for iPhones
I’ll just start this off with I love this clothing website and there’s sooooo many things I want for my daughter but myself too lol. But for the last 3 months I haven’t been able to open the app and browse anything. It’ll kick me off every single time as soon as I click on it. I’ve deleted it, redownloaded it and everything and still nothing. I ain’t even gonna lie, i can’t afford to buy anything right now but I just like to be able to get on there and add stuff to my wishlist or even just browse . Please fix the bug or whatever is causing the problem 😩
I love the clothes on this app, but the app itself is horrible! Constantly glitches and closes me out when shopping. It’s so frustrating, especially when I’m trying to do a large haul for back to school and I basically have to start over every few minutes to get back to where I was. Most frustrating app experience I’ve ever had! Didn’t used to have this problem, been about the last couple weeks. I had to completely uninstall and reinstall in the last week or so because the app wouldn't load anything at all.
So I really love this site. The clothes are super cute this isn’t my first or second time shopping on the site so I wanted to get the app. Upon downloading the app when I entered it, it automatically asked to notify me I couldn’t even exit or choose to not allow them, as if they were FORCING to send a notification!! And THEN when I passed that, it wouldn’t even let me create an account. It kept sending me to the same exact “Sign Up”……like I just submitted my info gave you my email, you SENT an email confirmation to my email for verification and still direct me to the same “Sign up”… very complicated.
Cute clothes and great prices but this app has a few bugs. When filtering for sizes it gives incorrect products. I filtered for size 6t and when clicking on an outfit it was out of stock. That happened with a few more outfits too. Filtering works on the website, just wish it worked on the app since it’s more convenient.
Every time I go into the app it says it needs to be updated and I have already done it and it constantly says it. Never keeps me signed in and never lets me sign in. Rather just go to the website and do my shopping. Love the clothes but hate the app.
I hate that SIP has cute clothes because they honestly have awful customer service. I’ve tried emailing, I’ve tried social media.. they literally ‘like’ my comments asking for help but then don’t answer my messages, despite the hundreds of dollars I’ve spent with them. Just collect people’s money and run I suppose. But also this app is AWFUL. Won’t even open. Reviews going back months are consistent with this buuuut still no fix. 😏 I suppose that’s to be expected of SIP.
I love all their clothes but the app itself closes out a lot and there’s not always a back button which is super frustrating!! My girls constantly get compliments on their outfits!!
i love the clothes and prices. my child loves their stuff. but the profile icon needs to be more open. when you tap it, it only shows a few of your favorites. it needs to be laid out different so you can actually see all your favorites. it only lets you swipe left and see not even half of your favorites. so frustrating!!
They use to have lot of variety, unique and good girls clothes but lately is very limited. Also the quality of the clothe is not that good. And for boys options is very limited.
This app is absolutely terrible it won’t even open. I love the site I buy 90% of my children’s clothes from here but the app is trash. It just keeps getting worse with every update rather than better.
I love the clothes from here and there’s so many cute things to choose from but it’s really frustrating when the app just force closes every couple minutes.
As many have said - I love the clothes so much. Some only last for a season (which is fine, because my daughter grows out of them anyway) but others I have passed down and are still going strong. Great prices. Lots of compliments. The app, however, is absolutely terrible. Aside from the glitching not allowing you to even shop for weeks, there are countless other problems. Once you click on an item there is no evident back button and you have to close out and start over. I did finally determine there is an invisible back button on the left upper corner. I tried to use a free shipping code that was emailed as a promo. It shows as applied but still charged shipping. I reached out to the chat customer service and the response was, to summarize, oh well - not sure why it’s not working. It should work. Technology is expensive, I know, but an update in tech and customer service would be so nice to have. Meanwhile - I still adore the cute options and price point and appreciate those very much.
