Live portion closes out app

This app had worked fine on my iPad Pro until the last update .. now it closes automatically anytime I try to watch live tv using the app — — if I hit home, live tv, or guide it just closes out the app Strangely, however I can still access “on demand”

Keeps CRASHING

It’s a great app when it works properly but a few days after downloading the app crashes every few minutes

Needs Fixing

Wisconsin student here. Good quality but when you go to full screen, the upper half of the video is cropped out occasionally. Also can’t exit out of full screen, you have to swipe left and right continuously.

Bugs

Saint Augustine's student here. The app is great all the tv shows I could watch. But the app does tend to shut down after about an hr and I just have to reopen it. Getting very aggy.

Having problems

I been having problems wit my app.I try to open the app and it won't let me it's just loading and it won't open the app. I already reinstalled it and it keeps doing the same thing

Does not recognize when wifi is connected

Each time I try to open the app it tells me to connect to the campus wifi. But I AM already connected!!! What gives?

Amazingly Good

This is a great example of cooperation between a cable company and a university. Charter U works on University of Wisconsin-Madison wireless networks. The app is free to download, free to use, and there is no login required. Free for all students, faculty and staff. You don't need to be a Charter customer. The quality is very good.

Doesn’t work

I’ve tried hundreds of times but every time I open the app it says to connect to my university WiFi but I’m already connected! Never worked

Hard to find the programming that I’m looking for

I find it strangely difficult to find what I’m looking for on this app.

one star only because…

this app is great, except when playing movies, the movie doesnt seem to pause while the ads play so you miss a couple minutes of the movie with each ad and no way to go back! some scenes are essential and this really ruins the experience

Stopped working

App stopped working here at UCLA about a week ago. Nothing loads and error messages abound, to no avail. Deleted and reinstalled twice, and it’s still a big NOPE.

The other day I noticed I had a update for SpectrumU app, so I updated it. Now the on demand icon is gone. There’s only live tv and the tv guide. 🤬

Can't Sign In

Freezes up

I use this at UWL. I know this is just a beta. But there are some issues. First, the broadcast freezes up, and I have to close the app and restart it for it to work. And even then, it frequently freezes back up again. Also, it says it's loading... And it continues to say that and won't load. I'm excited to see the updates! I love it!

Good idea, poor app

The idea of what the app is supposed to do is nice, but most of the features fail to work 9/10 times. I constantly have to close and reopen the app because it will freeze or crash. Needs lots of fixes for it to even be usable.

Dosent work AT ALL

Doesn't work off the "Plate Of Wisconsin" I live In Minnesota so it said that it "couldn't find the software" then it brought me to the App Store to get Charter Moble that app I already left a review to. So Stupid
